Chapter 30: Ngarsinah's Thoughts

Meetings in the big office are ongoing, today Ngarsinah just quietly pay attention, for some things she took to record in her little blue sky book. Fierce debates occurred several times between Rangga and the people who were there.

“What makes you think like that Arsi?” ask Rangga.

After all if we take off it will be taken by other distributors, not only that, it means our customers will also be taken them. The customer or user was loyal to the product instead of loyal to the sales who marketed the pack.” Ngarsinah explanation short length and made Tomy nod his head, while Rangga still thought about it. 

“I am disappointed with the chairman of the distributor company, because it can not be firm with employees who commit corruption, and it is large lo the number, because, yesterday we have signed a zone contract but somehow I think again to continue it,” explained Rangga with a sad gaze, at this time his mind is quite forked, the construction company led him corruption so forced Tomy he sent to lead temporarily. 

Now the distributor company is also like that, and replacing its leader is it the right step? that is the confusion of the Ranggga. 

“If the problem is the person, it means that the person is dismissed or moved his position, do not lay off the product, if I may suggest, just continue the contract with the X flour factory, then, and replace the current leader and give sanctions to troubled sales.” Clearly Ngarsinah was relaxed.

“I had thought to fire them,” said Rangga, there was a tone of annoyance that was combed from his words. 

“If I may suggest, as long as it can be rolled, maybe it is a good choice sir, dismissing people can cause new problems, it could be that he is vengeful because the source of his income we destroy. For the sales, I think we should investigate first why he was reckless to do misappropriation of money that amount is not small, from the results of the investigation then we decide whether to dismiss it or maybe in change position. We all make a living for the family sir, if the source you turn off because you have power, I think it will cause new problems because of heartache.” With great courage Ngarsinah explained her opinion, and it made Rangga smile.

Dense work sometimes makes it difficult to think in balance.

The owner of the company who had been patronizing it looked very simple, if the layman who saw this man was not like a conglomerate.
