Love Wrong Target

Love Wrong Target
Chapter 69 Let's go our separate ways

Namira went into the workspace of her husband who dominated the pastel brown color with a stubborn heart, because during being Rafka's wife she never once entered this room.

It turned out that the room was quite spacious and neatly arranged. The desk is complete with the chair near the window. And there is also a matching colored sofa that perches sweet not far from the work desk. Some bookshelves on which many books arranged according to the theme of the book are also there.

Namira just found out that it turns out her husband likes to read books as well as it seems. It's just that Rafka's reading book looks heavier than he who only likes to read novels, comics or magazines.

At Rafka's desk he accidentally sees a complete picture of Rafka's family with her mother's father and Alena lying on the table. And next to him was one more photo, but he could not see clearly who was in the photo because it was covered in a paper on it.

Namira's soul is struggling. He was curious about who was in the photo, he reached out his hand and a little more would succeed in reaching the mysterious photo. But before he picks it up, someone's voice manages to surprise Namira. He got so shocked that he was surprised.

"What are you doing here Namira?" Tanya Rafka then hurriedly walked to her desk, then took a photo that would be seen by Namira earlier, and put it in a drawer located at the bottom of the table.

The thing that her husband did made Namira even more curious and wondering in her heart, what was wrong with the photo.

*Who is actually in the photo? why is Rafka hiding it from me?

And how important the person in the photo is, so Rafka looked at him along with the family photo as well..

What are you hiding from me, Rafka?*

"I want to tell you that lunch is ready. Where are you from? I didn't look at it, suddenly it was just behind me!" Namira's question mark was full of questions

"I'm from there!" Rafka pointed to a closed door point in the room, apparently this room is equipped with a toilet as well.

"ohs.. That's why I'm waiting outside!" Namira turned around intending to leave the room. He chose to let his curiosity in the photo, without daring to ask Rafka directly.

"Namira, can we talk for a second!" call Rafka before Namira holds the doorknob intending to get out of there immediately.

"Well, what's Raf talking about?" Namira didn't leave. He approached Rafka's position again and sat opposite him.

"Let's split up, Namira!" said Rafka suddenly that makes Namira flabbergasted because of disbelief. He did not expect that Rafka would say such a painful sentence.

I don't know why Namira's heart ached hearing her husband's words. There was no wind, no rain, and Rafka said that. It made it like getting an unexpected surprise in broad daylight.

"Why do you suddenly want that Raf?" namira asked as she squeezed out her own fingers, trying to reduce the anxiety that perched on the heart.

"I.. I want to focus on Alena's health" Rafka replied, leaving Namira feeling even more hurt. She felt that she was completely worthless in the eyes of her husband.

Namira let out a long breath. His throat felt choked, unable to make a sound.

*Isn't this what I wanted first? parted from Rafka after the time came..

And now that time has come, I should be happy because Rafka himself asked for it, so that papa and mama will not blame me for this separation..

Why does it feel like my heart is so sick? I didn't even think it would hurt this much..*

There was an unwilling feeling in the corner of his heart that he was unaware of. All he understood was the sudden pain. Which makes his chest feel squeezed by a sense of tightness.

"Well, if that's what you want, Rafka. We'll be separated soon enough" Namira had to say that sentence.

"I'm sorry Namira" Rafka looks Namira in the eye. The man felt the same way as Namira. It's hard to part with the woman he loves, but he still has to do it for a reason.

"You don't have to apologize, Rafka. Because you are not wrong in this. Well, then I'm going!" Namira got out of her seat and walked out of the room with a wound in her heart that she did not understand.

Rafka watches Namira leave until she disappears behind the door. She pulled her own hair out of frustration. Even the innocent desk did not escape the overflow of his anger, he hit the table hard enough to be moved from its place.

He picked up his phone, then read it again the incoming message after he came home from the hospital. The short message was a chat message from Alvan that contained..

Keep your promise now! release Namira..

He simply read the message without even replying. Actually it wasn't just his promise to Alvan the main reason the man let go of his wife. All this he did for Namira's own happiness. He felt that Namira was never happy with him.

For several months of marriage, all he gave was sadness. Never once did he see Namira smiling happily.

Therefore, he finally decides to let go of Namira so that he can be happy together with the man he loves.

He took a photo that was stored in the drawer earlier, then looked at the photo without blinking. It felt like his heart was so sick to imagine the next days he would live without the woman he loved.

In the photo, Namira is seen laughing even though she is not staring at the camera, because the photo was taken secretly as Namira chatted with Imas's bike in the kitchen without her knowledge.

Rafka will always keep the photo as a longing remedy, because deep down he still loves his wife very much.

Distance and time can separate them, but Rafka's heart will always love Namira, until anytime.
