Namira was finally forced to obey his father's will to have breakfast with Rafka, a man who is foreign to him. He did that because there was no other choice because rejection was impossible.
They both came out of Mr. Pramana's room at the same time. But once outside the room, Namira walked ahead of the man in wide strides with her face bent.
Of course Rafka can actually catch up and compensate for the shortfall, but he doesn't do that. Rafka lets the woman named Namira do what she wants at will. He just followed behind like a stalker.
Namira continued walking down the hospital hallway, looking for a place that read Canteen. He turned his head to the right and to the left looking for the whereabouts of the place.
Since last night Namira hasn't gone anywhere. He just stayed in his papa's ward. So Namira was a little confused if he had to find a place that he did not know the ins and outs of what it is today.
Suddenly someone's hand held Namira's hand and pulled her through several rooms and finally reached the place Namira was looking for from earlier, the hospital canteen.
Don't think Namira is silent. He tried to take his hand out of the man's grasp, but in vain. After knowing that his efforts were useless, he finally complied to let what the man did. Namira also does not know where the cafeteria is located. To ask others is also lazy.
Namira threw his hands rough when Rafka was caught off guard, and this time his efforts were not in vain. He managed to remove his hand from the man's grasp.
He walked towards one of the empty tables that were in that place, then sat casually there. Rafka shook his head slowly and followed Namira's steps. They sat at a table at the end of the room.
"what message do you want? it's a variety of food menu here." asked a waitress while thrusting a menu book at them.
"yes, for a moment, let me choose first" Namira said as she began flipping through the menu book, looking for the right food for her. Rafka just kept quiet.
"good brother, please" replied the waiter was friendly.
"i want a chicken soto deh mbak, one"
"oh, yes, brother. and then drink it?"
"emm. The strawberry juice drink is just one, yes!" Namira like to emphasize the word ONE at the end of his sentence. It was as if he wanted to show that he was alone, as if he did not know the man who was sitting opposite to him, when they had just met.
The waiter was confused as well. There were two people at the table, but why only order one portion. That's how it is in his mind.
"if you want what message?" the waiter hesitated, as if afraid of being wrong.
"it's equivalent to mbak's menu" replied Rafka.
"well, please wait a minute" The waiter left after taking down Namira and Rafka's order.
"why do you keep following me? no one told you to sit here!" said Namira, ketus.
Namira spontaneously looked around. It is true that the man said that there was no empty table other than the one occupied by him, because all the tables were filled with visitors to the cafeteria which was quite crowded in the morning.
"i. very nice!" Namira muttered to herself venting her frustration.
The man in front of him was silent, not responding to Namira. He knew that this woman must hate him so much.
It didn't take long, the food Namira and Rafka ordered came too. A waitress placed the food they ordered on the table, then passed away afterwards.
Namira immediately devoured the food in front of him without hesitation.it could not be denied that his stomach was hungry because it had not been filled since. He did not realize that the man who was sitting opposite him was watching all his movements without blinking.
The man was fixated for a while, but a few seconds later immediately regained his senses and quickly turned his face away. Grabbing a plate containing food on the table, then start eating it with a different mood.
Namira burps hard enough that the people around her seat table look with strange looks at her. Namira did deliberately do that so that the man she was betrothed with was ilfeel or even cancel their marriage.
He must risk his pride by enduring shame for his deliberate shameful actions. For him it does not matter, if with it the marriage he does not want can be canceled.
I can't oppose papa's will, but I can make this man not like me or if he can be disgusted at me, so that he himself cancels his wedding plans. Wouldn't it be a problem if he refused, because I'm sure papa would never force his will on him.
"why? never seen a burp person?" Namira smiled with satisfaction because she thought that her plan would succeed in seeing Rafka who kept looking at her with a look she did not understand. He thought that the man would definitely think twice about marrying a less ethical woman.
"the more you act like that, the more I like you" said Rafka half-whispering, leaving Namira shocked to death. It turned out that what he had been thinking about earlier was very wrong. Instead of ilfeel, Rafka is even more interested in him.
"why do you want to just accept this match? did you not sell, until you want to be asked to marry someone you do not know in the slightest?!" Namira said in a high tone due to emotions.
"then you're alone, why would you?" Rafka throws the question to Namira instead.
"my position is clearly different. I'm papa's biological child, so it's impossible for me to refuse his wish" Namira said.
"i also can not refuse the request of om Pram, because he has been like my own parents since the departure of the father" Rafka's expression was like saving the novelty when saying it.
"basic liar. don't make it up!" Namira doesn't trust Rafka at all. For him the purpose of this man is only to take advantage of the goodness of his father. Because according to him, Rafka willingly accepted the match because of the status he holds as the sole heir to the Pramana company, owned by his father.
"it's up to you to believe it or not, I don't ask you to believe it anyway" Rafka said as she sucked her strawberry juice.
"do you want what the hell?" Namira had exhausted her patience with the man before her.
"i want to marry princess om Pramana" Rafka replied casually with a smile full of mystery.
