Chapter 28 The beginning of the catastrophe begins

Alvan opened his eyes slowly after fainting for several hours. He looked around and remembered everything that had happened.

Where am I? wasn't I sitting in a cafe with Reno. Then after he left, I drank the drink and after that I didn't know anything else!

Ah. yes, I remember Namira sent a message earlier, I promised to see her soon but instead ended up in this place.

Oh jesus.. Namira must be waiting and worrying about me right now!

Alvan rushed up from his sleep, but he was very surprised to wake up naked, and only wearing boxer shorts.

He also looked for the whereabouts of his clothes and trousers. And finally found it near the bed. He quickly picked up his clothes scattered on the floor and put them back on.

After wearing the full outfit. He saw the clock in his hand. It turned out that it was now late at night, the time showed at one more ten in the morning.

Alvan was still very confused by this incident. He scanned the room again and his logic began to work. Alvan was sure to be in a hotel room. But in his heart he was still wondering, who brought him to this place, and what his purpose was.

Suddenly Alvan remembered his future wife again, he wanted to call but was afraid to disturb Namira's rest because now he must have been sleeping. Finally he decided to send a short message, at least Namira would not feel worried because he had given the news.

Alvan went home with a million questions about the incident that happened to him earlier. He doesn't know what that means.

Starting from his head that was suddenly dizzy until he ended up half naked in a hotel room. He was sure that someone had put something in the drink because he felt strange after finishing the drink.

Alvan woke up early this morning, but his sleep was not at all sound. He could only fall asleep at three in the morning because he thought about yesterday's events. Today he has an appointment with Namira to fit their wedding dress.

He hopes everything is fine and there is no problem whatsoever arising from yesterday's events.

Alvan can breathe a sigh of relief because everything is running normally as usual. The wedding dress fittings went well and Namira was not angry because she did not come to see him yesterday. He gave a reasonable reason and Namira understood.

He was forced to lie, not tell everything that happened to his future wife so that the woman did not worry. After all everything was fine and there were no problems related to the event.

But it turns out that the guess is wrong, Namira suddenly gets angry and breaks off their relationship. Even the wedding plans of those who had just counted the days were also canceled unilaterally by his fiancee without him knowing why.

And when Namira showed a picture of herself as if she was sleeping in one bed with another woman, she realized that she had been trapped. He only understands that the perpetrator's goal is to destroy his relationship with Namira.

Alvan tries to explain the true events to Namira but the woman he loves doesn't listen at all. Finally he had to accept bad accusations that he never made.

He promised himself that he would investigate everything and find out who was behind the incident.

Alvan begins his investigation by looking for the whereabouts of Reno and also looking for other evidence that will clarify all. He even hired a private detective to help him uncover the mystery.

A few days of investigation, his efforts finally came to fruition. It turned out that Reno was not the mastermind behind the incident, but Erin.

Reno's lover planned everything carefully. Starting from the charade about his parents' debt, then asking for Reno's help will inevitably make his lover ask Alvan for help because of the economic conditions that are not possible to help Erin.

And from there it all started. Erin put a high dose of sleeping pills in the drink Reno ordered, and made sure that Alvan would take it.

The plan went well too. Alvan drank the drink and passed out. Erin who was on standby and hiding immediately launched her action.

He enlists the help of a male friend to help bring Alvan to the hotel next to the cafe where Alvan and Reno meet, and pays for it.

In the hotel room he stripped Alvan of his clothes leaving only boxer shorts. He also undressed himself and began posing as if they were sleeping together and capturing it through camera shots.

But in the photo he takes a pose that does not show his face and sends the photo to Namira. And the result was as Erin had expected, Namira immediately took it for granted with the photo and cancelled her marriage to Alvan.

Erin intends to approach Alvan after. But all that he planned was in vain because Alvan finally knew all his deeds.

Alvan could not forgive her for ruining his life. He charges Erin with fraud and defamation, leading Erin into a cold detention cell.

Erin ends her story and settles down before Namira with tears. He deeply regrets his actions and destroys Namira and Alvan's relationship.

If only time could be reworked, he wouldn't be able to do that stupid thing. He will choose to live a normal life as usual, living his life without doing evil to others. It is because of his evil deeds that he has to bear his own consequences.

"why would you do all that, Erin?" that sentence sounded cold.

"forgive me Namira, I'm really sorry" Erin put together her palms apologizing sincerely.

Namira could not hold back her tears. Truly, he was devastated to hear the true truth.

He regretted, why is it so easy to be fooled by a photo and believe it just like that. It felt like Namira wanted to go back in time and repeat everything from the beginning so as not to act rashly.

And what he regretted the most was that he didn't give Alvan the chance to talk and prove it all. If only he could trust the man he loved more, maybe they are living happily now.
