After completing the leadership takeover ceremony and a festive feast, Lee Xian felt it was time to travel to other lands. He knew that the Guyon Military college would be in safe hands under the leadership of Xiu and Mei Mei. They have shown the determination and passion to keep the Guyon philosophy alive.
Xian stood before the gate of Guyon's Embroidered School, with the sun setting on the western horizon. He was dressed in simple travel clothes, with his loyal sword hanging on his waist.
Xiu and Mei Mei stood beside him, wearing their new college uniform. The two of them looked full of respect to his teacher who had taught them so much over the years.
"Thank you, Master Xian," Xiu said in a sincere voice. "You have given us more than we could have imagined. We'll take good care of this college."
May May added, "We will make sure Guyon's legacy lives on and we will continue to teach his values to the next generation."
Xian smiled at his two students. "The two of you are the right choice to lead. I never doubted your ability and determination. Remember, Guyon is not just about martial techniques, but also about laughter, happiness, and wisdom."
Xiu and Mei Mei nodded, understanding their teacher's message well. They know they have a huge responsibility to keep Guyon's vision alive.
All the disciples gathered in the courtyard, carrying travel supplies and other preparations. They wanted to give their teacher, Lee Xian, a memorable farewell before he set out to travel to the martial world.
Xian, with a sincere smile on his face, stood in the middle of his disciples. She felt overwhelmed by the warmth and affection they showed her. Around him, his students began to approach one by one, bringing gifts and supplies of travel.
Lin, one of the most cheerful disciples, approached Xian with a small, beautifully wrapped box. He handed the box carefully to their teacher. "This is for you, Master Xian. May this be a memento to your journey."
Xian gently opened the box, and inside he found a beautiful pendant with a shining blue gemstone. He was surprised by the beauty of the gift and said with gratitude, "Thank you, Lin. It's so beautiful. I will wear this pendant proudly during the journey."
Meanwhile, Wei came up with a scroll of cloth that looked like a painting. He explained, "These are paintings of natural landscapes in places you might visit, Master Xian. Hope this gives you some encouragement during the trip."
Xian unrolled the cloth and smiled widely as he looked at the beautiful natural landscape painting. "This is amazing, Wei. I'll take this painting with me and remember you every time I see it."
Mei Mei, approached their teacher with a box that looked very mysterious. He smiled and said, "This is a notebook that contains various recipes from different regions. Hope you can enjoy delicious food during your trip."
Xian opened the box and looked at the thick notebook with various tempting recipes. He laughed and said, "Thank you, May May. I'm sure this book will be very useful during the trip."
Other disciples also gave their gifts, including lucky weapons, healing potions, and alchemical ingredients that might be useful on the way. All the gifts were accompanied by a loving farewell.
After receiving those gifts, Xian felt deeply moved. He felt lucky to have such caring and dedicated students. He spoke to them in a grateful voice, "Thank you, everyone. I'm gonna miss you all. I'll take good care of all these gifts."
However, as the parting atmosphere grew warmer, suddenly the sky became cloudy and the wind blew fiercely. The rain began to fall rapidly, flushing the college quickly. All the disciples and Xian were forced to take shelter under the roof.
Xian smiled and nodded. "Maybe true, May May. But it looks like we have to postpone our departure until tomorrow. It's raining too hard to travel."
The students nodded in agreement, and they all returned to the college. They know that tomorrow will be a special day to say goodbye to their teacher. The warm atmosphere and togetherness of Guyon's college remained, although the rain had disrupted their teacher's departure plans.
The day of Lee Xian's departure from Guyon College has arrived. All the students gathered in the courtyard of the college, feeling a jumble between happiness and sadness. They had learned a lot from their teacher, and it was time for Xian to wander into the outside world.
Xian stood in the middle of the courtyard, dressed in simple travel clothes. His loyal sword hung on his waist. He saw the faces of his students who were full of respect and love. There was silence filling the air, as they all knew that these moments were special.
Then, one of the disciples, a young man named Wei, approached Xian with hesitant steps. He was one of the closest to their teacher, and he could not hide his feelings of sadness. Shaking, he hugged Xian tightly.
"Thank you, Master Xian," he whispered in an emotionless voice. "You've changed my life."
Xian smiled gently and returned Wei's embrace. "You are an outstanding student, Wei. Don't forget everything you've learned and continue to grow."
After which, all the disciples present started to approach Xian one by one, giving farewells and hugs. They could not help their mixed feelings, and some of them even cried sincerely. Xian listened attentively as his students talked about their experiences in college and how he had influenced their lives.
Mei Mei, standing next to him with teary eyes. He knew that they would wander together, but this moment was still very emotional for him. He saw all the disciples gathered around Xian and felt proud of their teacher.
The atmosphere became even more emotional as a disciple named Lin, who was usually cheerful, began to cry sincerely while talking about how Xian had taught him the silat and the philosophy of laughter. Laughter echoed among the disciples, along with flowing tears.
No one wants to miss this moment. They all wanted to convey their gratitude to their teacher who had given so much in their lives. And Xian received all that gratitude and love with humility.
After a while, Xian signaled that the time to leave had come. He wanted to give his students a chance to get together one last time before he left college. All the disciples embraced him once more, as if wanting to feel his existence as much as possible.
Xian smiled, although tears were also in his eyes. "I will always remember all of you. Never stop practicing and living the philosophy of Guyon."
Mei Mei spoke with determination, "We will take good care of this college, Master Xian. We'll continue your legacy."
With mixed feelings, Xian finally stepped into the gate of the college. His students gathered there, looking at his teacher with love and respect. They knew that Xian was going to make an incredible journey, but this farewell remained difficult for all of them.
As Xian stepped further from the college, the sounds of applause and parting cries rang out behind him. This was his students' way of saying goodbye and encouraging their teachers.
As the sun set on the western horizon, Lee Xian continued on with high spirits. He knew that even though they were leaving college, the relationship he had with their students would remain strong. And under the glittering sky, Xian continued on his way, ready to go on an adventure waiting in the outside world.
