Understanding the Other Side of Conflict

Facing the young man from Qingfeng Village who dared to speak, the two leaders of the armed group finally agreed to sit down together and listen to the peace proposal from Xian and the Qinglian group. However, the meeting did not go well. Conflict still erupts, albeit in an intense verbal form.

The leader of the first group, called Lao Chen, was an old man with white hair who led an armed group that had long controlled the mountain region. He was stubborn and felt that the territory was his. Lao Chen felt that the villagers did not have the right to live there.

The leader of the second group, called Mei Hua, was a brave and courageous young woman. He led an armed group that came later and claimed the same territory. Mei Hua believed that the village was part of their territory and that the villagers had to submit to it.

Xian tried to mediate the meeting. He talked about the suffering experienced by the villagers and how this conflict has damaged the region. However, Lao Chen and Mei Hua were still unwilling to reach a peace agreement.

That night, Xian sat in their tent with a deep look. He felt a dilemma on how to end this conflict without violence. Cin Xiu and Mei Mei sat next to him, feeling that they had reached the lowest point in their mission.

Cin Xiu tried to distract her by asking funny questions. "Xian, if we had to choose one of them to be the leader, who would you choose, Lao Chen or Mei Hua?"

Xian smiled broadly at Cin Xiu's question. "Cin Xiu, this is not a good time to joke. We have to figure out a way to end this conflict."

May added, "But we have to find a way that will be accepted by both sides. Maybe we need to figure out a way to combine their interests."

The next morning, they tried again to talk to Lao Chen and Mei Hua. They are trying to find common ground in the demands of the two armed groups.

After several hours of talking, Xian, Cin Xiu, Mei Mei, Lao Chen, and Mei Hua finally reached an agreement. They agreed to allow the villagers to remain in the region and share the plentiful natural resources. They also agreed to help rebuild villages that had been devastated by the conflict.

Ending this conflict is the first step towards peace. Xian, Cin Xiu, Mei Mei, Lao Chen, and Mei Hua were relieved and grateful that they had reached a peace agreement. However, they also knew that they had to work hard to keep the peace and help the villagers start a better life.

After reaching a peace agreement between Lao Chen and Mei Hua, Xian, Cin Xiu, and Mei Mei felt relieved and optimistic that they could help restore the region. However, they soon realize that the real work has just begun. They need to help villagers rebuild their lives and repair homes destroyed by the conflict.

On a clear morning, they walked to Qingfeng Village with Lao Chen and Mei Hua. When they arrived at the village, they saw the excited villagers and hoped that their future would be better. However, they also saw how severe the damage had been in the village.

Xian, Cin Xiu, and Mei Mei soon joined the villagers in an effort to rebuild the destroyed houses. They used their cultivation skills to lift heavy building materials and speed up the reconstruction process. Meanwhile, Lao Chen and Mei Hua helped in organizing the logistics and resources needed to recover the village.

During the reconstruction process, Xian heard horrifying stories from the villagers. They have lost homes, land, and even family members in the raging conflict. Xian felt deep empathy for their suffering and promised to help them recover their lives.

Cin Xiu, while lifting a large wooden block, tried to distract Xian from the heavy state. "Xian, have you ever thought about opening a home reconstruction college?" he said with his special smile.

Xian smiled broadly at Cin Xiu's play. "Cin Xiu, your ideas are always fresh. But now we have to focus on helping the villagers."

Mei May added, "We can help them rebuild their homes and provide moral support. They have suffered tremendous suffering."

The reconstruction process continued for several weeks. Xian and his group work hard with the villagers to rebuild their homes. They also help provide the necessary medicines and medical care to the injured and the needy.
