Labyrinth Guards

They entered a labyrinth completely different from the one before. This labyrinth is full of darkness and moist air. The walls of the labyrinth seemed to be made of shiny black stone, and each step they took sounded resulting in a distorted and sinister sound of strides.

"This maze feels like a very gloomy place," Xian said with a worried tone.

Thio Ling nodded in agreement. "We have to be careful here. Whoever sent the dark-clothed man earlier must have had a sinister plan."

They continued their journey carefully, passing through sharp twists and endless dead ends. As they walked, they began to sense that there was something strange in this labyrinth. They felt as if there were eyes watching them from the darkness, and an odd jolt of spiritual energy surrounded them.

Lu Chen, who was always on guard, said, "I feel like someone is watching us. We need to be more vigilant."

As they continued to walk, they suddenly heard the sound of the approaching whirring of the wind. From the darkness came a strange creature. They looked like humans, but their bodies were made of shiny black stone, and their eyes were bright red in color.

"Maze Guard," Mei said in a trembling voice.

These creatures were the guardians of an extremely powerful and cruel labyrinth. They quickly approached Mei, Xian, Thio Ling, Lu Chen, and Jiang Feng, preparing to attack.

A battle broke out, and it was not an easy battle. These labyrinth guards possessed incredible strength, and their attacks were extremely deadly. Mei, Xian, and Thio Ling had to work together perfectly to deal with this threat, while Lu Chen and Jiang Feng provided support from behind.

However, despite their efforts, the labyrinth guards kept coming. Every time one guard fell, another replaced him quickly. This was a futile battle, and they soon realized that they would continue to fight endlessly until they found a way out of this labyrinth.

But in the midst of that despair, an unexpected surprise occurred. Suddenly, a loud laughing sound filled the air, and from the ceiling of the labyrinth, a group of strange creatures appeared. They had bat-like wings and bright faces, as well as glittering weapons that they skillfully swung.

These creatures attack the labyrinth guards quickly and efficiently, defeating them with ease. This was an unexpected help, and Mei, Xian, Thio Ling, Lu Chen, and Jiang Feng could only look on in surprise as the powerful labyrinth guards were destroyed.

After the battle was over, the strange creatures approached them with friendly smiles. One of them, who looked like a leader, said, "We are creatures from the outside world trapped inside this labyrinth. We've been waiting for a long time to get out of here. Thank you for helping us defeat this labyrinth guard."

Mei, Xian, Thio Ling, Lu Chen, and Jiang Feng received such thanks with pleasure. They felt grateful for getting this unexpected help.

The leader of the creature then said, "We will help you find your way out of this labyrinth. We know the right way."

With the help of these strange creatures, they finally find a way out of the dark and creepy labyrinth. As they stepped out into the bright sunlight, they felt relieved and grateful. They knew that their journey was not over yet, but at least they had passed the strenuous test in this labyrinth.

After exiting the sinister labyrinth, Mei, Xian, Thio Ling, Lu Chen, and Jiang Feng were relieved to return into the bright sunlight. They sat together on a huge rock on the edge of the forest, resting for a moment after a grueling battle.

"Who are these strange creatures?" xian asked, still confused.

The leader of the creature, named Liora, replied, "We are beings from another dimension trapped inside this labyrinth. We've been fighting for survival and finding a way out for years. But our meeting with you guys is our greatest fortune."

Lu Chen nodded in understanding. "We are also grateful for your help. We won't survive without your help."

Thio Ling added, "But we are curious, who sent the labyrinth guard to stop us?"

Liora shook her head. "We don't know for sure. The labyrinth guard is an evil creature that has long ruled this labyrinth. They may have been ordered by someone who wanted to stop you."

Liora smiled. "We will help you find your way to your destination. We have knowledge of this world that may be useful to you."

They continued their journey together. Liora and her creatures, referred to as Seraphim, help them navigate the forest and provide information about the dangers and obstacles they may encounter along the way.

As they walked, Xian approached Mei with a mischievous smile on his face. "May, you know, I was impressed by your prowess in the battle earlier."

Mei turned her face shyly. "Don't try to divert the conversation, Xian. This is not the time to joke."

Xian laughing. "But I'm serious. I've always been amazed by your ability."

Thio Ling joined the conversation. "Indeed, Mei, you're really great. I feel proud to be your friend."

Mei smiled, warmed by the words of her friends. "Thank you, guys. We're all great in our own way."

As they continued walking, the natural atmosphere around them began to change. They entered a more open region, with vast meadows towering and gentle breezes blowing. This scene was a beautiful and soothing one, and they all felt like they were in heaven.

However, an unexpected surprise awaited them in this place. When they reached the top of the hill and looked down, they saw a village that was burned to the ground. Scorched houses and ruins are scattered throughout the village.

"Lord, what's going on here?" jiang Feng said with a breath of breath.

They immediately descended from the hill and approached the ruins of the village. There were no signs of life, and only dust and ash were left everywhere.

Lu Chen tried to figure out what was happening. "This is a village that burned down not too long ago. But who could do something like this?"

They walked through the ruins of the village with heavy hearts, looking for signs that could give clues about what happened. As they walked, they heard a rumbling sound in the distance, like the sound of a large army approaching.

Suddenly, from behind the rubble, came a group of heavily armed soldiers who were fighting gallantly. They were a strong and well-organized army, and they seemed to have put on a long chase.

The leader of the force, a black-robed man with a helmet covering his face, raised his hand to signal his troops to stop. He looked at Mei, Xian, Thio Ling, Lu Chen, and Jiang Feng sharply, and he said, "You guys are strangers in this region. Are you responsible for the destruction of this village?"

They were all surprised by the question. Lu Chen immediately spoke, "We are not the ones responsible for this. We even just arrived here and found this village in this state."

The black-robed man looked at them suspiciously. "You have to provide proof that you're not involved in this."

Suddenly, from the burning ruins of the village, a badly wounded boy appeared. He fell down in front of them, with burns all over his body.

"This child," said Jiang Feng with a thumping heart. "We have to help her."

They soon approach the boy, and Mei quickly uses her skills to take care of his injuries. The black-robed man looked at them with a sharp look, then said, "You guys might be right. But we have to investigate further."

The black-robed man raised his hand again, and his troops formed a formation surrounding them. They were then closely watched while the man further investigated what had happened in the village.
