Nine Gates to the Power

Cin Xiu and his friends had left the forest where they had met Huli Jing. They continue their journey to find an ancient artifact that is believed to stop a crime that threatens the world. However, they arrived at a small village that looked desolate and abandoned.

The village looks like an ancient village abandoned by its inhabitants. The rapidly decaying wooden buildings had been covered in moss and foliage. The once crowded streets are now only marked by traces of ruins.

Cin Xiu and his friends were looking for signs of life, but everything was empty. Suddenly, they heard the sound of quick footsteps among the ruins. They were getting ready to fight, but what appeared was a man who looked extremely tired.

The man looked surprised to see them. "You guys are the first people I've seen here in a very long time" he said in a hoarse voice.

Cin Xiu and his friends asked about what happened in the village. The man explained that the village once prospered, but then came an evil ruler who wanted to master the ancient artifacts that existed in the village. He used his power to destroy the village and force its inhabitants to leave.

"He has opened the Nine Gates Towards Strength," said the man. "And that ancient artifact is the key to unlocking the ninth most powerful gate."

Cin Xiu and his friends knew that they had to stop this evil ruler before he managed to open the ninth gate. They vowed to help the man return their village to its original state.

They spent several days clearing the ruins and restoring the village. The people who had left started to return, and their spirits grew again. The man introduces himself as Lao Chen, the village leader, and they forge a close friendship.

During that time, Cin Xiu and his friends heard more about the Nine Gates Towards Strength. This was a series of tests that one who wanted to master true power had to face. Each gate represents a different element of nature and tests the nature and strength of the individual.

Cin Xiu, Xian, Wei, Lu Jian, and Zhuang decided to face these Nine Gates in order to gain enough power to fight against the evil ruler. They knew that they had to become stronger if they wanted to stop their plans.

After months of preparation and training, they were finally ready to face the Nine Gates. In the following chapters, they will enter these tests one by one, facing terrible challenges and strengthening their bonds of brotherhood. But the question that remains hanging is, are they powerful enough to defeat evil rulers and save the world?

Cin Xiu and his companions had made incredible preparations to face the Nine Gates Towards Strength. They had trained hard, honed their fighting skills, and got to know each other better. Now it was time for them to face the first test of the nine, the Water Gate.

The Water Gate was located in the middle of a dense forest. They arrived at that location in high spirits, ready to face anything that might be waiting for them. As they approached the Water Gate, the atmosphere of the forest changed. The wind blew slowly, and there was the sound of calm water ripples.

"We have to walk through this Water Gate together," said Lu Jian, who had knowledge of the water element.

They entered the Water Gate, and were instantly at the edge of a calm lake. The water was so clear that they could see small fish swimming at the base. Across the lake, they saw a young woman sitting under a willow.

The woman looked peaceful and calm, but there was something mysterious within her eyes. He smiled at Cin Xiu and his friends as they approached.

"Welcome to the Water Gate, the place of the first test of the Nine Gates Towards Strength," he said in a soft voice.

The woman explains that they must face a test that will test their courage and calmness. They had to cross this lake without using boats or bridges. The water was calm, but they knew that there was something invisible in it that would test them.

Cin Xiu and his friends held a short meeting to plan a strategy. They had to swim across the lake one by one. The physically strong Xian was about to leave first, followed by Zhuang, who had great swimming skills. Wei would help them with the help of a wooden stick to keep their balance. Lu Jian would be the last because he had knowledge of the water element and could identify the threat at hand.

Cin Xiu and his companions were stunned when Xian was suddenly dragged away by a powerful current and vanished beneath the calm surface of the water. They screamed in worry, but vaguely, they heard Xian's voice telling them not to worry.

"Don't worry about me! This is part of the exam!" xian said with a loud voice, even though his voice seemed to come from the depths of the lake.

Hearing that, Cin Xiu and the others felt relieved. They knew that Xian was an extremely powerful warrior and would not be easily defeated by this test.

Despite seeing his friends fighting hard, Lu Jian knew that this test was part of their journey towards greater strength.

He entered the water carefully, feeling the tension in the air. But suddenly, something strange happened. The water around him started to shake and formed faint images. The images looked like flashes of memories, flashbacks from the past. Lu Jian saw himself as a little boy, playing by the river with his older brother, who had died in an accident.

She looked at those beautiful moments with incredible detail, every expression of her sister's face, every laugh, and the happiness they shared. And then, the images changed, showing moments of sadness and loss. Lu Jian felt tears welling up on his cheeks as he recalled how great the sense of loss was in his life.

But even though the flashback was so powerful, Lu Jian knew that he had to stay focused on his task. He dived deeper into the water, away from the flashback. And then, he felt something strange under his feet. It was an underwater door.

With a curious feeling, Lu Jian touched the door, and he suddenly felt dragged into it. She is in a beautiful underwater world, with sparkling sea plants and fish swimming around her. In the distance, he saw a creature that looked like a sea dragon.

The creature approached Lu Jian gently, and he felt an incredible peace and happiness. The creature takes her around in the underwater world, showing her the incredible beauty of the underwater world. Lu Jian felt like he had found a truly magical place.

But then, he was reminded of his test. He had to return to the world above and complete this test. The creature brought him back to the door at the bottom of the lake, and with a heavy feeling, Lu Jian took a step out.

As he reached the surface of the water, he looked at his waiting companions anxiously. They cheered cheerfully as Lu Jian emerged from the water, successfully passing the Water Gate exam.

After they all managed to cross the lake, the mysterious woman again smiled at them. "You guys have passed the first test successfully" he said. "Your strength is growing, but a greater challenge awaits ahead. You must remain united and strong."

They saluted the woman before continuing their journey. They had made it through the Water Gate, and now they knew that they were ready for greater trials in the future.

Cin Xiu and his friends continued their journey to the next Gates, not knowing what awaited them. But they have built a strong bond with each other, and they are ready for any challenges that may come their way to a greater power.
