Happiness in Movement

The third day of training at Guyon Private School began with the morning sun shining brightly. The spirit of the new disciples grew even more intense after two days of training filled with happiness and laughter. They gathered on the training ground, ready to continue their journey.

Xian stood in the middle of the field, and his face shone with vigor. "Today, we will learn about happiness in movement" Xian said in a warm voice. "We will do a simple meditation practice that will teach us to feel happiness in each of our movements. Remember, laughter is our strength."

Xian began by giving examples of meditation movements. He smiled broadly as he moved his hands and feet slowly. "Look," Xian said, "smiling is the key. When we smile, our bodies feel more relaxed, and our movements become smoother."

The new disciples diligently tried to imitate Xian's meditation movements. They try to smile while making gestures, but some of them look very serious, even stiff, in their attempts to smile.

One of the new students, Mei, painstakingly tried to smile as she made a meditation move. His face looked very serious, and his smile seemed forced. His movements were not very smooth, and he looked a little awkward.

Xian saw this and walked closer to Mei. He smiled and said, "May, remember that a smile is natural, like a gentle gust of wind. No need to force yourself. Try again more casually."

Mei tried again, this time more casually. He smiled more naturally, although it still looked a bit stiff. However, suddenly, Xian said with a casual laugh, "May, that is the most serious smile I have ever seen!"

Everyone on the field laughed. Mei herself also started laughing when she realized that she had taken herself too seriously in trying to smile. Their laughter filled the air, and the mood became lighter.

Xian continued the meditation practice, and this time, the new disciples tried more casually. They began to feel happiness in their movements, and the smiles they displayed became more natural.

The practice continued throughout the morning, and the new disciples were increasingly skilled in movement meditation with more sincere smiles. They felt that happiness was a natural part of every movement, and laughter was their best friend on this cultivation journey.

As the day ended, Xian gathered with his disciples and said, "Today, we learn about the importance of a smile in our movements. But remember that a sincere smile comes from a happy heart. So keep having fun on this journey, and let our happiness strengthen our every move."

Everyone feels inspired and ready to continue their journey. They know that at Guyon's Private School, they not only learn silat, but also learn about true happiness and joy. The third day of training ended with laughter, smiles, and high spirits.

The fourth day of training at Guyon Private School is a day full of new challenges. Xian and his disciples decided to introduce the practice with traditional tools, such as swords and sticks. They knew that the ability to master weapons was an important part of cultivation, and they wanted to teach that laughter and happiness could also help in controlling these tools.

The training field was filled with various traditional tools, which had been carefully prepared by the old disciples. Xian stood in the middle of the field with a sword in his hand, while old and new disciples gathered around him.

Xian explained, "Today, we will learn martial arts using traditional tools. When we swing a sword or a stick, we must feel happiness in our movements. Laughter is our faithful companion on this journey."

Xian began by giving a demonstration of the use of the sword. Her movements were elegant and beautiful, with a smile on her face as she moved. "When we smile, our movements become smoother, and we are better at controlling the sword" Xian said.

After the demonstration, the new students were given the opportunity to try for themselves. They took out a sword and started swinging it with varying levels of skill. Some of them looked stiff and awkward in controlling the sword, while others tried excitedly.

Suddenly, one of the new disciples, Liu, lost his balance and almost fell down while trying to swing a sword. However, he managed to save himself and stood up awkwardly. Everyone on the field was stunned for a moment, but then, along with the sincere smile on his face, Liu laughed to himself.

After training with the sword, they switched to sticks. Xian explains the basic techniques of using a cane and how happiness can help in controlling the cane better. The new disciples took out their wands, and as they tried to swing them, some of them looked ridiculous as they tried to compensate for the tools.

However, the interesting thing is that they all started laughing at themselves and each other. They realize that this exercise is about learning and growing together. They comfort each other with their mistakes and feel closer to each other.

The practice continued throughout the day, and although there were many comical incidents as they attempted to control the sword and the stick, everyone felt that they had made significant progress. They also feel that laughter and happiness are their loyal friends on this journey.

As the day ended, Xian gathered with his disciples and said, "Today, we learn that weapons are an extension of our bodies, and laughter is an extension of our souls. When we swing a sword or stick with a smile on our face, we strengthen our body and soul. Keep smiling in every move, and we will reach a higher level of strength."

Everyone feels inspired and excited to continue their journey. They know that at Guyon's Private School, they not only learn about martial arts, but also about the friendship, happiness, and laughter that brought them together. The fourth day of training ended with laughter and smiles, and they were ready to take on the next challenge in high spirits.

The fifth day of training at Guyon Elementary School began with the sunrise radiating warm rays throughout the training grounds. New and old students gather with passion, ready to continue their journey towards mastery of silat with the philosophy of laughter and joy.

Xian stood in front of them, speaking excitedly. "Today, we'll focus on defensive training. This is an important part of silat science, because we need to be able to protect ourselves and those we love. However, remember that happiness and laughter remain part of our every movement."

They start with warm-up exercises, preparing their bodies for intense defensive exercises. Xian and his old disciples demonstrated various defense techniques, showing how laughter can help in dealing with difficult situations.

Then, when it was the turn of the new disciples to try, they were divided into pairs. Each pair is given the task of playing roles, one as an attacker and the other as a defender. They were asked to use the defensive techniques they had learned.

One pair was Wei, a feisty new disciple, and Lin, an experienced old disciple. Wei enthusiastically tried to attack Lin with quick movements. However, every time he approached Lin, Lin easily dodged his attack with a smile on his face.

After a while, Wei felt frustrated at not being able to hit Lin. He started to change his strategy and tried harder. However, Lin remained calm and happy as he dodged any Wei attacks.

Suddenly, Wei decided to try a more complicated move. However, the movement made him lose his balance, and he fell down with a gurgle. Everyone around him was stunned for a moment, but then, with a sincere laugh, Wei stood back up.

Lin smiled and congratulated Wei on her efforts. "It's okay, Wei. This exercise is about learning and making mistakes. We all have to have fun while we're learning."

Defending practice continues throughout the day, with each pair taking turns being both attackers and defenders. Although there were many ridiculous incidents like falls and wrong moves, everyone felt that they had made significant progress in protecting themselves.

As the day ended, Xian gathered with his disciples and said, "Today, we learn about the importance of survival training in silat. But remember that happiness and laughter are our loyal friends even in difficult situations. When we laugh at ourselves and see that we can learn from our mistakes, we become stronger."

Everyone felt inspired by Xian's words. They know that in Guyon's Bond School, they learn not only about physical strength, but also about soul power and true happiness. The fifth day of training ended with smiles, laughter, and high spirits. They are ready to take on the next challenge with greater self-confidence.
