JIWO PROMISE

JIWO PROMISE
Could it?

The same night at the hospital

Witri gently stroked Aksa's forehead which was asleep on the small fenced-in bed.

It was very sad to know that the tiny baby who was happy to go around on all fours had to be hospitalized for dengue fever.

High fever since three days ago although not fussy because Aksa more sleep, lazy su su su su, and do not want to eat, and the peak mun tah with no blood in mun ta hannya, he said, made Witri panic half to death on Sunday afternoon.

By carrying a motorbike and shaking Mamak who carried the hot Aksa, Witri took the motor to the clinic with a heartless heart.

You're not papa, are you, son? Please don't do anything, son...Mama and uti will be sad.batin Witri along the way.

After a question and answer with the doctor, it was decided Aksa should be treated because the signs are very leading to dengue fever.

"Many more have dengue fever in our village" said Mamak a little make Witri shocked. Mamak's intention said that to make Witri not feel hard on his own.

From entering the nursery, Witri did not move from the side of Aksa who was sleeping soundly.

Many times Mamak asked him to go to eat first and let Aksa awaited Mamak first, but not ignored Witri. His stomach was not hungry at all. He also did not feel thirsty, nor did he have the desire to do anything else.

He just has to always see Aksa. Make sure the child is still breathing. She doesn't want Aksa to be okay.

His stomach was filled when Nadi followed by bringing bread and rice packs.

Mr. Aksa was confused when he came to Witri's house but the state of the house is dark without any lights on.

After asking the next door neighbor and being told that Aksa had been taken to the clinic, Nadi just called Mamak asking news of Aksa's condition.

And soon he was in the nursery. His heart was sad to see there was an infusion hose into Aksa's tiny body.

He clearly knew Aksa was not well these days because every day he always approached the cute baby even though sometimes just to hold him for a while and inhale the fragrance of telon oil which for him smells beat the fragrance the most expensive perfume.

Nadi was happy to hear Aksa started calling her bababa. Because the boy began to be able to talk mamama to call Witri and bababa to call him.

The baby's voice kept ringing all the time as if it was the most beautiful voice in this world.

"Have she been fussy?" tanya Nadi while looking at Witri who was lazily chewing bread while sticking her gaze at Aksa without turning away.

"No. Just cry for a moment just want to be infused. After that it's just mamama aja." replied Witri by reviewing a thin smile and back chewed bread still half-heartedly.

"Bang.." call Witri after a while both of them just silently look at the same object, Aksa.

"What?" ask Nadi because Witri does not also connect his words.

"I don't want Aksa to do anything. I don't want him to go like Mas Hari." Then broke out Witri's muffled cries of her two palms that covered her mouth tightly.

Since then, he has wanted to express his greatest worry. But from then on who accompanied him was only Mamak. There is no way he said that in front of Mamak because he knew Mamak would also be worried and sad of course.

"Astagfirullahaladzim's chat...Don't talk about it. Can't say that anymore. You are a mother. Every mother's word is a prayer. Good talk, though. Don't think weird. Aksa is not papa." said Nadi with a tense face even though he still voiced slowly.

He had time to see the doctor who treated Aksa to ask his condition and he was relieved because Aksa was not in a worrisome condition, he said.

He certainly still remembers how Witri condition when accompanying Hari in the hospital until the death of his best friend. Even since then Nadi is like a shadow that always exists in the life of Witri to this day.

He could not imagine having to repeat such an incident again in accompanying Witri.

Not to God...Pity him.

Witri's cry eased as the sound of Pinselny singing from inside the bag she had placed on a small table beside Aksa's bed.

"Let's just be outside for a second. Aksa let me keep sleeping" said Nadi who suspected that who called Jiwo. Mamak Witri likes to call Jiwo at night.

"No..."

"Kasian has called from far away." cut Nadi who made Witri then shifted the green button on his phone while moving out of the room after staring fixedly at Aksa.

Mamak who recently sat on the front bench after from the mosque clinic chose to enter to accompany Nadi.

Chat dime with Jiwo able to entertain a little Witri who was previously filled with worry.

He didn't say he was in the hospital with Jiwo. After all Jiwo just asked Aksa had slept yet, did not ask news Aksa healthy or not.

After twelve minutes of chatting, Nadi called her from the doorway and said that Aksa was crying. That means Aksa is awake. He quickly ends his conversation with Jiwo and rushes to hunt into Aksa's bed which is being pacified by Nadi and Mamak.

"Mamama.." Aksa's voice softly extended her hand towards the smiling Witri approaching.

"It's Mama...I woke up ya.." said Witri softly while stroking Aksa's forehead who asked in a sling but a little difficulty because of the infusion hose.

With Banguan Nadi and Mamak, Aksa finally can be carried by Witri and calm back.

"Udah does not have a fever" said Witri relieved when he felt Aksa's body temperature was not as hot as before.

"Alhamdulillah...Cepet healthy yes, champ.." muttered Nadi while stroking the soles of Aksa's feet that felt very soft.

"Ready, Dad.." said Mamak while chuckling which greeted the embarrassed laughter of Nadi.

"Udah, you go to sleep, Wit. Aksa has become so swollen again." said Mamak while bringing his face closer to Aksa's face.

"Yes. Mama also rests. I take care of it outside." continued Nadi later.

"Return home is not papa. Aksa has no papa yet" said Witri not feeling good.

"No papa. I'm going to take care of it tonight. Tomorrow I have a day off, I can sleep a lot tomorrow" Nadi ngeyel said.

"Yes, whatever" said Witri then never want to extend the debate with Nadi.

"I'm out now. Quickly go to sleep, Mak." said Nadi as she gently massaged Mamak's shoulder and smiled.

"Yes. You also try to do the brushes. Later if we need you, we will call you" said Mamak.

"Ready!" replied Nadi while walking out.

Witri then laid her body beside Aksa. And either because of a tired body or because it had passed the hours full of anxiety before, Witri immediately fell asleep.

The mamak lying next to Aksa's couch could not close his eyes. His full eyes stared at the other child.

Never imagined in the mind of mamak first, Witri will live life as it happens now. When he heard the news that Hari died, he thought that his son would be a young widow and hoped that he would soon be able to continue his life.

But Witri is pregnant. When you know that, of course, Mamak is sad. Not sad because there will be a successor to Hari. But sad to imagine that Witri will be difficult later through pregnancy and will babysit alone. It's so sorry for his son.

Then suddenly Jiwo reappeared and expressed his intention to propose to Witri when the time came. Mamak is frankly relieved and hopes that Witri's life will be normalized along with Jiwo's presence. But Mamak saw what he expected did not seem to be in accordance with reality. Witri clearly can not be separated from his love on Hari. Jiwo's presence back in Witri's life did not bring too much change to Witri's heart.

What is. The two are not really paired?
