Almost three hours later Hari's body was able to leave the hospital because it had to wait for the ambulance queue that was being used.
There was not the slightest cry of Witri since her husband breathed his last until now they were in the same ambulance.
Witri hugged tightly the coffin containing the body of her husband without making a sound.
His heart was empty, and so was his mind.
She wanted to cry, but tears seemed to forget how they were created. Leave tightness in the chest immeasurably.
Nadi stared at the grief of a husband and wife who had been different in nature.
The tears that had just risen would not stop as if representing the sadness that he knew must have hit Witri's mind.
He must often look up and turn away so that the tears that trickle are not directly visible to Witri or the ambulance driver who is occasionally arrested see the middle spy.
Arriving at the dormitory, Hari's body was immediately greeted with the sound of tahlil and tears of the women in the dormitory.
Especially when he saw the expressionless-faced Witri, their heart's pity grew.
After being purified and sholated by almost all residents of the dormitory and also his friends who came to mourn, Hari's body was buried on the terrace of the mosque.
It is like that in this dormitory. If someone dies, the body will be buried in the mosque.
With persuaded many times by Teh Lilis finally Witri would briefly go from beside her husband's corpse to go home, take a bath and prepare everything for the afternoon will fly to Java.
Yes, Hari will be buried in his homeland.
Mr. Nadi and Mr. Zulkarnain prepared everything together to be helped by Mr. Ikhsan and his wife and Teh Lilis.
The two women closest to Witri were never far from Witri. Worried that Witri will suddenly fall unconscious.
"Your stomach will be in a tight weight huh, Wit. Let your son be comfortable and safe." said Bu Ikhsan when Witri finished bathing and awaited Bu Ikhsan in front of the bathroom door that was left slightly open just so that the movement of Witri could always be peered by Bu Ikhsan.
"Yes. Don't wear a little shawl papa?" asked Witri with a blank face.
"Yes, no papa." replied Bu Ikhsan as he followed Witri into the room.
Bu Ikhsan's heart throbbed miserably as he looked at the half-body photo of Hari in her uniform.
You're home soon, Har...
"Have the shawl? If there is nothing I bring it to the house" said Bu Ikhsan when he saw Witri slightly stirring one side of his closet.
"There was. Mas Hari likes to wear to bulldoze his legs." replied Witri who had gotten what he was looking for.
Without making a sound, he rubbed his stomach area down to the bottom of the navel with the shawl tightly but still comfortable for him.
You must be strong, Sa...Temenin...We drive Dad home to Eyang today, murmured inner Witri with a hollow heart.
"All of your equipment was already packed Lilis in the suitcase. Try to check again less what you want to bring." said Ms. Ikhsan while pointing at the large suitcase that was still lying and not locked next to the door.
Witri nodded then opened the suitcase. See the origin of the suitcase. The important thing is there are long clothes, hoods, and interior.
Clothes Day!
Hari's clothes no one has entered.
Witri rushes towards the closet where Hari's clothes are stored and picks up some Stel Hari's clothes then stuffs them in the suitcase.
Bu Ikhsan held back his cries while approaching.
"Not much to take his clothes with him Hari, Wit. Just one or two that you like" said Bu Ikhsan gently.
"Yes." replied Witri without turning his head let alone arguing.
He then simply picked up a piece of Hari's beloved shirt, one tee shirt that he thought Hari was very cool while wearing, one parka jacket, and one sarong that Hari last used for prayer.
With a heart he hugged and kissed everything gently before stuffing into the suitcase very carefully, as if the clothes were very fragile and easily broken items.
The Lilis tea that had just caught up in the entrance was only able to tear along with Bu Ikhsan without being able to say anything seeing what Witri was doing without the slightest sound.
"Have you?" teh Lilis asked as Witri finished closing the suitcase and set up the suitcase.
"Already, Tea." replied Witri with a slight smile.
"Your office friends come to see you. Can we go to the mosque now?" teh Lilis asked with a smile even though her eyes were still glazed.
While developing a smile between his pale face, Witri grabbed the phigura photo and hugged it.
"I have to take this. It's a pity to be left behind." said Witri muttering as she held the phigura to her chest.
Bu Ikhsan's cry and Lilis Tea broke again.
The two flank Witri's arm and lead him back to the mosque.
Witri's arrival was greeted by hugs and stuffing of his coworkers without anyone being able to speak.
They were very happy to see Witri who still seemed a little confused by the situation.
If only they found Witri was crying bitterly maybe even they would understand and consider it natural.
But seeing Witri's bewildered face without any tears that could be present made them know how shaken Witri's soul was at the moment.
"No cry since the hospital earlier" said Bu Ikhsan to Brother Berli who was sitting next to Witri who just set his eyes on the coffin in front of him.
"You are sad, cry, Wit. No cry, let's be relieved. Don't be held back, your chest will hurt." said Berli as he hugged Witri's arm who just nodded whether he understood or not with what Berli just said.
"I'm not sick. Bada Mas Sick day. It hurt so much that he was no longer strong. I didn't have the heart to see it earlier." said Witri as she lowered her head and re-mas her own hand.
Shown back Day's last look at her.
"I can't bear to see he's having trouble breathing. As much as breathing energy. It hurts here." murmured Witri while patting her chest slowly with the grip of her hand.
Brother Berli and Bu Ikhsan and some of the women around Witri have returned to the flood of tears staring at Witri who has not been able to cry.
"Now your husband is no longer sick" said Bu Ikhsan, sobbing.
"Yes. Me and Aksa are not papa left as long as he is not sick anymore" replied Witri with a sad bow.
Berli looked at Bu Ikhsan looking for an explanation of who Aksa was.
With a hand gesture Bu Iksan explained that Witri was pregnant with a child who had been named Aksa by Hari before she died.
"Oh my God." murmured Brother Berli as he smothered his own mouth and wept again.
She was pregnant and left her husband forever...Poor little witri.
"You're strong Witri...You will not be alone through this. We're all here for you" Berli said, hugging Witri's shoulder.
"Yes. Thanks." replied Witri between conscious and unconscious.
His eyes were always fixed staring at the coffin ahead.
Without babibu, he walked away from his friends towards the keranda Hari by holding the phigura he had brought earlier.
A look of pity and even a gentle sobbing accompanied her slow steps towards the place where her beloved body lay stiff.
"You really went there, didn't you, Mas? Why should I think it should be like this? Why don't you wait for me and Aksa?" muttered Witri while hugging the coffin weakly.
Nadi who had not long sat near the corpse, his eyes were glazed again hearing Witri's murmur.
O Allah, Har.. Am I able to carry out your mandate to accompany your wife and children to find their happiness after your death? Why are you giving this heavy job anyway?
A soft pat on Nadi's arm made the 35-year-old dead widower turn his head and nod in understanding to a young man dressed in army who had just whispered to him.
He then stood closer to Bu Ikhsan asking for help to accompany Witri because the body would be immediately sent to the airport.
After a simple last-minute tribute ceremony, the body was returned to the ambulance and taken to the airport.
Witri followed everything without any meaningful expression.
The only thing that makes him still look alive is the blink of his eyes and eyeballs that always move wherever Hari's corpse is brought.
Returning to the land of birth by bringing the body of a lifeless soulmate is not easy for anyone. Especially Witri.
During the trip her mind was what she had to say to her in-laws later.
How she'll be responsible for all this in front of Hari's parents.
He went both in good health wal afiat. And once the two returned home after so many years in the region of people, Hari returned home in a state of lifelessness.
