Istikharah Love Jibril Emerson

Istikharah Love Jibril Emerson
Chapter #6 - Two Broken Hearts

Although Jibril now has a chance to pursue Eliza, it does not necessarily make him happy. Moreover, there were a lot of people that he hurt because of this, but now he could what? Honesty is sometimes very bitter, but it is very important.

The cancellation of Jibril and Shalwa's marriage certainly shocked everyone, and as they suspected, the neighbors began to gossip about this and that. Shalwa's family sent Shalwa to her grandmother's house in Jakarta, because they did not want Shalwa to continue to hear the neighbors' jeers about her.

Abi and Ummi also asked Jibril to go to Jakarta for a while until it was calmer, but Jibril refused because he did not want to run away from the problem and gave everything to his family.

Jibril had apologized to all members of his family who were very disappointed in him, Aira was even angry and reluctant to talk to Jibril because he judged his brother had played tricks on the self-esteem and feelings of a woman.

Ummi Firda was seen contemplating what happened, he was often alone for several days until finally Jibril came back to see him to apologize.

"I'm really sorry, Ummi" said Jibril, holding his mother's hand.

"There's nothing to really forgive, Jay. It's just..." Ummi Firda sighed heavily. "Ummi feels guilty to Shalwa and his family, we've hurt them so much."

"I'm sorry..." That was the only word Jibril could say for now. "I'm so disappointed, sorry that I ruined you all."

Umm Firda rubbed Jibril's head as he used to do when he was a child, smiling Ummi said, "Don't keep feeling guilty, son. Maybe this is the best way, honesty is bitter but it's better than a sweet lie."

"That's what I always thought, Ummi. I don't want to lie, because the impact is many times more painful."

"Then what is your plan? You're not going after that woman? What's name?"

"Elizabeth."

"Good name, is she pretty?"

"Not as beautiful as Ummi and Aira."

Ummi Firda gave a smile at Jibril's reply, although the child's words were cold and stiff, but to his family Jibril was so sweet and warm.

One week has passed, the gossip out there again warmly conveyed from one mouth to another. But as much as possible both the Shalwa family and the Jibril family tried to ignore it.

And if anyone asks why the marriage is void, then both families agree to answer that this is the decision of both brides and they respect the wishes of their children. There are some people who support, especially those who fail in their marriage until the end of the conflict. "It's better not to start at all than to end up with percerain." they say. Of course, some say bad things too.

On the other hand, Shalwa always tried to calm his broken heart. And during this one week there was no night that he passed without tears, but he tried to be sincere with the situation even though it was very difficult, not infrequently he felt all this was very unfair. However, Shalwa must always remember, God the author of destiny knows what destiny is good and not good for His servant.

Suddenly the boy fell, Shalwa ran to help him but at the same time came another person who also helped and immediately nagged him. "Eat him, don't play running around like that."

"The name is also a child, Ma'am. It must be playing like this" said Shalwa. "But the child is beautiful even though he is crying."

"God! This is the neighbor's son, not my son!" shalwa's pupils widened to hear the beautiful woman's words, Shalwa looked wrong and felt guilty. "Udah, don't feel so guilty. I didn't know them either," the woman chuckled and then she walked to the chair that Shalwa had been in.

Shalwa sat by his side. "Some times I've seen you here, brooding and looking sad." Shalwa frowned when she heard the woman's words. "I see you because I'm also here every day, comforting a broken heart."

Shalwa was stunned, it seemed that the broken heart was not just her now." But how else? Life isn't just about one heart, is it? Now there is a man who breaks my heart, maybe tomorrow there will be a prince who will reunite my heart. Then it made me his queen and we lived happily ever after like in a fairy tale." Shalwa listened carefully to the foreign girl's speech, what she dreamed of was the same as what she dreamed.

"Again." the girl let out a heavy sigh. "Life isn't over just because we broke up and not broke our breath, lost our heart, bled out and so on." Shalwa chuckled at this girl's babbling, his heart was slightly comforted.

"Whose name is mbak? I'm Shalwa..." Shalwa extended her hand to the beautiful girl beside her.

"Elizabeth...." Eliza welcomed Shalwa's helping hand while throwing a sweet smile. "How long have you been heartbroken?" The question that actually made Shalwa again chuckle.

"One week," Shalwa answered honestly.

"Ck, just one high," decak Eliza underestimated. "I've been two months" he added with a clouded face.

"A broken up girlfriend?" Ask Shalwa.

"The man I was appraising turned out to have a future wife," replied Eliza Lirih. "If you? In a breakup of a girlfriend or fiancee?"

"My husband-to-be confessed to loving another woman two days before our wedding, so our marriage was off."

"Crazy! What a cruelty to your future husband! Evil really!"

"He's the best guy I've ever met, even his honesty makes him look good in my eyes even though it breaks my heart."
