Istikharah Love Jibril Emerson

Istikharah Love Jibril Emerson
Chapter #16 - The Shadow of the Past

I just want to make sure, is that the woman you're talking about Elizabeth?" ask Shalwa who also can't talk.

Jibril nodded softly in response to Shalwa's question, it instantly made both of Shalwa's eyes immediately glazed over. However, Shalwa will not let tears come back out of his eye sockets again and again.

"Why, Jibril? How big a difference are you?" Shalwa asked in a trembling voice, her heart getting sicker. However, he knew now he had no right to cry over the choice of Jibril's heart.

"I know," replied Jibril while lowering his face, he took a deep breath.

"Certainly? Do you want to try something that you know won't be easy? It'll just hurt you."

"I'm not trying anything, Shalwa. I'll let everything flow as isβ€”"

"You're too naive, Jibril!" cut Shalwa quickly. "Something you let flow as it is could one day drown you!" press it.

Jibril was silent, and he had no plans for his feelings for Elizabeth. He just stepped in to where the wind was taking him.

"So ..you're the man who slapped Eliza when Eliza kissed you?" shalwa asked who again only answered a nod by Jibril. "If Eliza asks who your ex-wife is, what will you answer? Are you going to answer that I am the one? You will answer honestly like last night."

"Hem," replied Jibril who again nodded. Shalwa breathed a heavy sigh, she looked at her ex-husband with nanar.

"Not everything you have to answer honestly, Gabriel!" hiss Shalwa then made Jibril stunned. "Sometimes honesty is better to keep so as not to hurt a lot of hearts" he added.

After saying that word, Shalwa got up from her seat and waltzed away just like that. Leaving Jibril in confusion as to what Shalwa really wanted, why did Shalwa seem to not want Eliza to know about their past relationship?

Jibril recalled what Eliza said, what women say is the opposite of what her heart wants. Jibril grimaced, it turned out to be as difficult as it was to understand a woman.

If Jibril loves Eliza, Shalwa can't do anything. He felt sorry for the man who was too naive, went with the flow without planning anything. Shalwa knew that such love would be very difficult. However, Shalwa has no right to stop Jibril or Eliza. All he can do is wish the best for the man he loves as well as for his new best friend.

While on the other hand, the Jibril family and the Shalwa family now no longer have a close relationship like before. Both families have tried to behave like there is no embarrassing problem, have tried to restore the situation as before. However, in fact, the paper that has been squeezed can never return to its original form.

In addition to the talk of the neighbors like an endless plague, maybe today no one is talking about. However, tomorrow there will definitely be one person who again insinuates the topic again and again.

After thinking about many things, the Shalwa family decided to match Shalwa with his own cousin. They hope that after Shalwa's wedding the neighbors will not talk about their children anymore.

Eliza went back to see her psychiatrist to tell her what she was going through, doing and so on. In fact, Eliza also told me that she slept very well last night. "For 11 years, it felt like only last night I could sleep soundly without sleeping pills" Eliza said with a smile that puffed up on her lips.

"I'm happy with your change, Eliza. Love is indeed the most efficacious medicine, love can make a mad person so sane and make a sane person go crazy," quipped dr. Alma who makes Eliza laugh instantly. Alma was amazed to see Eliza's laughter so loose, her eyes sparkling, very different from usual.

"Oh yeah, Doc. Please keep this a secret from my family, let me tell them myself later," Eliza's request, of course, will be supported by dr. Alma.

After the session with dr. Alma, Eliza is leaving. He wants to take Ruby to his college. This afternoon they plan to watch instead because the previous Sunday they failed to watch.

While driving while listening to music, suddenly Eliza's attention was on a child who was dragged by an adult man. Instantly the shadow of Eliza's past returned to spin so clearly in her mind. Eliza's chest was tight, her head was dizzy, her vision began to unfocus until she finally hit a car that drove slowly in front of her quite hard.
