Chapter #20 - Meeting

"Astagfirullah, in a match?" tekik Shalwa when he gets word from his grandmother that he will be back in a match and this time with his own cousin named Farid.

"Yes, Shal. You want to?" the grandmother asked with a face that looked concerned about Shalwa's situation.

"Obviously, Grandma!" shalwa is sure. "The marriage was not like choosing which school I would study at for a few years then I could go out when I was uncomfortable. That marriage is a home that I will place all my life, Grandma. Why is the decision unclear as this can be taken so?"

Shalwa really did not think about what he wanted his parents who now want to marry him to Farid, he said, his cousin who also lives in Jakarta and is currently working as a director at one of the big companies in Jakarta.

"But Farid agreed, Shal," said the grandmother.

"But I'm not! I don't want to!" shalwa. "I don't want to marry Farid just for the run, Grandma. What will our marriage be like?"

"We think first of the wishes of these taumu people mature, son. Grandma sure, they decided it was for your own good, too" said the grandmother, hoping Shalwa would understand. However, Shalwa does not seem to be trying to compromise right now.

His heart had just been wounded by a man, and there was no way he could run to another man let alone that man was his own cousin.

"You're still sick, El. Is it time to go?" lady Jill asked because her daughter insisted on leaving.

"The doctor said no serious injuries, Mom," Eliza replied.

"Oh yeah? Didn't you say a severe concussion yesterday?" keep Darrel who makes Eliza tick.

"Snap, Darrel. It's late!" eliza exclaimed as she glanced at the circular watch on her wrist.

After that they went together, actually Darrel was very busy as well as his parents. However, Darrel still has to take a little time to take Eliza to the restaurant because Eliza is not allowed to drive alone for a while. Eliza is also unlikely to go by taxi and they also do not have a driver because Eliza rejects the new people in their lives.

"Will I pick you up at what time?" darrel asked when he dropped Eliza off in front of a restaurant. "Do you want to go home with Ruby?" he continued because Darrel thought Eliza was seeing Ruby.

"I'll be on the phone" Eliza replied. Darrel just nodded, Eliza was forced not to tell him that she actually wanted to see Gabriel.

After Darrel leaves, Eliza goes straight to the restaurant where she once ate pasta with Jibril. He looked around for the figure of Jibril. However, the man did not appear to have arrived yet.

Eliza also chose to sit at the table that she was at with Jibril, shortly afterwards the man she was waiting for came who made Eliza immediately smile and her eyes sparkled. However, his smile was suddenly wiped out when he saw Jibril coming with a woman holding a baby. In fact, Jibril embraced the woman possessively. Elizabeth again felt heartbroken, the twinkle in her eyes was extinguished.

"Hi, Elizabeth," said Jibril.

"Your wife?" eliza asked without further ado, Jibril had already opened his mouth to answer. Eliza is back to speaking. "You said you haven't been a mate, this is coming with a child. Would you like me to eat a warm paste, would you like to give your wife and child?" accuse Eliza with a roaring chest that makes Jibril unable to hold back his gelatinous smile.
