Chapter #61 - Going Home Together

Darrel still could not believe there was a man like Jibril in this world, who was invited to meet his parents immediately replied okay without hesitation, as if he so wanted Eliza to be made a companion of his life.

But if you can be honest, that's exactly what Darrel likes. Jibril is always what it is and not long-winded. In the business world, Darrel had known Jibril enough from some of his colleagues even though Darrel himself had never worked directly with Jibril.

The point is, Darrel never heard bad news about Gabriel Emerson's son. So that he could open his heart a little to Gabriel.

After Jibril meets Eliza in her apartment and expresses his wish, Jibril immediately does his job faster than he scheduled. Because Jibril can't wait to see Eliza's parents too to bring Eliza to see her own parents.

"This is my last meeting with the hotel's owner, Ummi. Later in the afternoon I will go home, oh yes, I will go home with Eliza," said Jibril told his activities to the mother.

"Are you going home with Eliza, Jay?" the mother asked in a voice that sounded anxious and Jibril knew what the reason behind the mother's anxiety was.

"Yes, Ummi. Inysaallah I will take care of myself, I did not do something that makes you all disappointed" replied Jibril. "At the same time we boarded a public plane, there were a lot of people there. God willing, nothing will happen slander," he assured the mother.

"How does her sister Eliza respond?" the voice of the mother who followed asked.

"He said before I bring Eliza to see you, I have to see Eliza's parents first" Jibril replied with a smile.

"What do you need to answer?" ask Ummi Firda.

"Okay" replied Jibril briefly.

"That's it?" ask her brother again.

"Yes, what else?" ask Jibril with the list.

"It's okay, yeah, be careful, huh? Remember Ummi's message, take care!"

"Goddessa, Ummi. Yes, I'm going to get to the hotel" Jibril said later.

After saying hello, Jibril closed his phone. He got out of his cab, then he got into a hotel called Galaxy Star Hotel. Jibril was greeted by a beautiful woman with blonde hair, then he was invited to enter a special room.

After that the woman asked Jibril to wait for a while because the person who was going to see Jibril might be a little late.

While on the other hand, Eliza continues to grumble because suddenly she has a sudden meeting to represent the Owner of her hotel.

Though today Eliza wants to rest at home because later in the afternoon she has to return to flight, return to her country with the prince.

The prince? Eliza chuckled considering that one man, an old man who was already four-headed but still very visible and charismatic.

Eliza also could not sleep because she easily remembered Jibril was able to respond to what Darrel asked. Even the man looked very enthusiastic and impatient, as if this was what he had been fighting for all this time.

Arriving at the hotel, Eliza immediately rushed to the meeting room and when she got there Eliza could only gap to see Jibril was sitting sweetly while reading the file in front of her.

"Jibril?" call Eliza. The one called out immediately raised his face.

"What are you doing here?" eliza asked as she sat in her chair. Gabriel who saw it was getting confused.

"I want to meet Mr. Charles Wilson," said Jibril.

"God, Mr. Charles' wife is sick again and he's asking me to meet his client named..." Eliza opened the file given by Mr. Charles' assistant. "Jibril Emerson?" great-grandson Eliza doesn't believe it. Slowly he looked up, looking at Jibril in confusion. "Geez!" he then patted his own head. "So the business relationship he said from Indonesia is you?" peekit Eliza's.

"You work here?" Gabriel asked back. "His assistant, Lord Charles?"

"I'm one of the shareholders in this hotel" Eliza replied, to Jibril's surprise. Jibril also re-opened the file that had been prepared by Erma, he took the dossier slowly and there was indeed Elizabeth's name there as one of the shareholders in the hotel who would open a branch in Indonesia.

"Astagfirulla." Jibril muttered between confusion and amazement, likewise with Eliza who can only chuckle after realizing the ridiculousness that does not pay attention to how the hotel develops and what activities because lately he is very busy traveling.

While Jibril also felt very silly, he was, this was the first time he hadn't really read such a very important file because the one who took care of this cooperation was Michael and Charles was one of their father's friends because that's why Charles invited Jibril or Micheal directly to meet him.

"So how?" ask Eliza then.

"It's actually a special meeting, Eliza. Mr. Charles invited me directly here, but why didn't he tell me he couldn't come?"

"I don't think he had time to do that, his wife who is currently in Russia is ill. Just a few hours ago he flew there and he asked me to replace him. That's also the reason he asked me to specifically represent him because he said this business associate is an old friend. It's not even you who came."

"The old friend he was referring to was Abi, Eliza. This is the first time I've made an appointment with him."

Jibril and Eliza were both surprised, confused and in the end both laughed amusedly at the circumstances that kept playing tricks on them.

Because the two are currently in a business meeting, they also talk like coworkers who are working. Jibril who knew that Eliza was not educated like people in general was amazed because Eliza could do her job very well.

"Oh yes, Mr. Emerson. I can't stay long, yeah. Because this afternoon I had to do a flight as well" Eliza said suddenly which made Jibril immediately chuckle.

"I also have to go home this afternoon to Indonesia, Miss Whitney. Because both my parents were waiting for me to bring the woman I wanted to marry." Eliza's face flushed hearing what Jibril said.

After completing their respective work, Jibril and Eliza immediately went to the airport. However, Jibril set out on his own with Eliza. I don't know what Darrel had in mind, but he did not allow Jibril to take Eliza to the airport and he himself was also reluctant to invite Jibril to go to the airport together.

Jibril felt strange about Darrel's attitude, and he told Micheal because he was talking to Micheal on the phone to report his work while in London.

Micheal responded to that as something natural, it was natural for an Elder Brother to be jealous of the man who approached his younger brother.

"Tell me when you get there, El," Darrel asked before Eliza checked in.

"Yes, don't worry" Eliza replied as she glanced at Jibril who had now checked in first. "Darrel, free to know you forbid me and Jibril to go to the airport together anyway at the end we stay home together," teased Eliza while winking at her sister. While Darrel is reluctant to respond to that, Eliza chuckles.

But, true also what Eliza said, free all the distance given to them if in the end they stay home together and that too on a much longer trip.
