Making the Heart Jump

Dirga gave her lips when she heard Kenan's words that sounded very serious in her ears. While Nindy was already staring intently at Kenan. No one thought, Kenan peeked softly at Nindy's forehead in front of everyone. Including Dirga, Nindy's older brother. Nindy's heart was about to jump out of place. Especially now, Kenan's hand was already coiled around his shoulder.

"Now we will get married" Kenan said.

Not only was Nindy surprised, Dirga was surprised by Kenan's words.

Rico and also his papa just fell silent. A Kenan would not do anything stupid in front of his business associates if he was not serious about his remarks.

They enjoy eating in silence. Dirga chose to go home first because he would accompany his wife to check the contents.

"Go home with your future husband." Dirga's speech was like a prick in Nindy's ear.

"I know what you're saying is very serious" whispered Dirga in Kenan's ear.

Along the way back to the office, only silence was created in the car. Not a word was said from the lips of the two of them. The car stopped at the parking area. Nindy chooses to walk first leaving Kenan.

"To my room" Kenan said when he saw Nindy who pretended to be busy.

No response from Nindy. His eyes were still focused on the rectangular screen in front of him. Kenan snorted in annoyance and brought his face closer to Nindy's face.

"I don't accept rejection" he said.

Kenan passed by and there was a loud door slam when Kenan walked into his room.

"What else do you want to say? Not enough to make the heart of the cave want to jump," grunt slowly.

Before entering Kenan's room, Nindy took a deep breath first in order to face the reality. Nindy knocked on the door first and then she went into the room that felt very cold.

Nindy did not see Kenan in her seat of greatness. His eyes continued to wander around and found Kenan sitting on the sofa with his body rested.

"Sorry, what's wrong, sir?" As much as possible Nindy spoke politely.

Nindy chose to sit on the single sofa until it made Kenan snort annoyed.

"Sit next to me" he said.

Inevitably Nindy followed the orders of the confidant of the older brother. Nindy still left some distance between the two of them.

"The problem was ...."

"Thank you for saving me a second time" Nindy said.

Kenan looked towards Nindy who was also looking at him.

"I know ... You are not serious about your words. Just protecting me on orders from my sister. Again I am very grateful. Sorry, always bothering you," said Nindy.

Kenan just silently heard Nindy's words.

"I hope you're not saying the impossible in front of your business partner. I'm afraid .. they'll charge you what you say" Nindy said.

"Lying is as necessary, don't bother yourself either." What Nindy thought was true, Kenan wanted to discuss about what she said at the restaurant.

"I thank you again. I'm sorry, I can't repay you for your good service." Nindy nodded respectfully then got up from her seat.

"I'm sorry, sir." Nindy's feet took her steps away from Kenan.

"I'm serious about my words, Nindy." Kenan's voice echoed within the room that there were only the two of them.

The hand of Nindy who was about to hold the doorknob was as if frozen to hear his words.

"I love you."
