I Am Yours, Mr Chevalier!

I Am Yours, Mr Chevalier!
The Part 55

"You sure you didn't see it wrong?"

Ben exclaimed, at someone talking across the phone.

"No Mr. Chevalier . today I'm watching Miss Soetodjo as you tell me."

Ben took a deep breath. Chests rumbling. Holding her phone with someone calling her name from across the street.

Ben put the phone back in his ear.

"Pablo, is that guy with black hair a little curl?" ask Ben then.

"Right, Mr. Chevalier." Pablo, Ben's confidant, replied.

"Damn!" maki Ben's. "You know what the man did inside Laras' apartment?"

"Sorry Mr. Chevalier, I can't just break someone's door. They were inside long enough, then the man went to drive Miss Soetodjo to McFadden."

"Okay, thank you, Pablo."

Ben hangs up. Throwing his body on the couch. His eyes went out the bus window. From afar, the city of Houston is beginning to be seen.

"Mary!!" he called half.

A woman who was a little fattened in a hurry approached Ben. His name is Marry, an assistant who takes care of all the logistics of The Rebellion during the tour.

"Yes, Ben .. what do you need?" ask Marry.

"I need some whiskey, please!" ben replied without looking at him. His eyes are still out the window.

"Okay."

Ben closed his eyes. Waiting for Marry to bring him a bottle of whiskey he asked for. The contents of his head were filled with questions, what did Laras and his ex-girlfriend do, did they?

"Hahhh!!" Ben ruffled his hair rough. Barrels really messed up his feelings.

"Ben, here's your whiskey .. Don't get too drunk, we'll be in Houston soon,"

marry said as he put a bottle of whiskey and a glass of sloki on the table.

Ben clucked. "Okay, okay ..," Ben replied in a lazy tone.

Marry smiled knot. Then it passed from before Ben.

Ben looked at the bottle that read Johnnie Walker in front of him. A few minutes he was silent. Then open the lid of the bottle and pour the brownish yellow liquid into the glass. Then downing. The sweet taste mixed bitterly wrestled within his mouth. Moistened his throat and left a warm effect in his body.

His eyes shifted to his phone.

Seems like Ben has enough guts to ask Laras directly about his ex-girlfriend.

Pressing the phone button when the barrel number has been listed on the screen. With a slight thumping Ben waited for the girl's voice to be heard from across.

"Hello?" The girl's soft voice sounded. The whiskey he just picked up.

Ben cleared his throat to control his emotions.

"Look, Ben . if you call me just to ask me this, I gota hung up, I'm working right now."

"Remember, answer!!" snapped Ben. Filled back into his glass and then grabbed it.

"What's wrong with you?"

"What did your ex-boyfriend do in your apartment this afternoon?"

"Nothing, he brought me lunch that's all," replied Laras. "Woo . woo .. wait a minute, how did you know that? Did you ask somebody to stalk (stalk) me?"

Shit, maki Ben in heart. Baras will be angry.

"Ben!!!"

Exactly, Laras was furious just across the street.

"How could you do that, Ben!"

"B .. I . uh .. I just wanna make sure that you're okay," replied Ben.

"You're a psycopathic freak!" maki Laras is upset. Then hang up the phone.

Shit, shit, shit! Ben ruffled his hair once more violently. Ah, how confusing this girl is, why she is angry, her mind is frustrated. Shouldn't Ben be angry?

Ben filled his slok again, gulping it down regardless of the bitter taste in his tongue.

"Well, is anyone drunk? Why not tell me?"

Marcus flings his body in front of Ben, seizing the glass of sloki that Ben was about to drink.

"Geez .. You look pathetic!" said Marcus, repeating the meaning of Laras.

"Shut up, assh!" maki Ben is upset.

Marcus laughed out loud at Ben's curse.

"Seriously Ben, you look .. different these days," Marcus said, drawing his face closer to Ben, watching Ben up close.

"What do you mean?" ask Ben risih.

"You look ... fucked up." Marcus' laughter exploded. "You look pitiful, like someone who was rejected by his love," Marcus teased still with his laugh.

"Suck!" maki Ben seizes the sloki glass from Marcus's hand.

Marcus was still laughing as he left Ben with his dead red face.

"Yeah sure, I'm pathetic" Ben murmured as he lifted his slok.
