I Am Yours, Mr Chevalier!
Part 17's

Catherine ran around to Laras, who was sitting on a bench under an oak tree in the courtyard. The girl was busy with her book.

"Your class is done?" catherine asked as she sat beside Laras.

"Uh - huh," replied Laras who was still busy with his book.

"You owe me an explanation, Laras," Catherine said with a full glance.

"What?" ask Laras indifferently.

"You and Greg."

Barrel closed the book. "I don't know either" he said.

Catherine clucking. "How can he ask you out" said the gray-eyed girl.

"It's not a date, Cath .. she just invited me for coffee."

"Did he like you?"

Laras chuckles. "I don't know."

"How about Ben? Looks like he likes you too . ahh you're crazy Laras, how can you be liked by two members of The Rebellion at once" Catherine said.

Baras laughed softly. His chest rippled when he heard Ben's name called. The longing with the smile of the man suddenly burst out.

"Who will you choose, Laras?" ask Catherine.

"Ben is not interested in me, Cath," said Laras bitterly. "And Greg, I don't know what to do, right now I just want to focus on college and survive here, anyway I'm still traumatized by James, I'm not interested in a relationship with any man."

"Awwh Laras . don't waste a chance, don't let Greg get away with it" Catherine said excitedly.

"Basically you're an aggressive woman!" maki Laras smacks the book into Catherine's head slowly.

The tall-nosed girl just blinked her eyes with her innocent facial expression. Making Laras chuckle.

Ben put his guitar on a guitar stand located in the corner of the studio room. The Rebellion just finished its rehearsal today.

"Let's get some drink" Liam said, grabbing his coat.

"Sorry guys, I don't think I can come with you guys" Greg said, wearing his thick coat. "I have an appointment with someone."

Ben turned his head towards Gregory, his chest pounding, was someone Laras, his inner self.

"Wow .. is she a woman?" marcus Goda. Greg just smiled faintly.

"Woohoo . Finally, I thought you were gay, Greg.

"Damn you!" maki Greg's.

Liam and Marcus are broken. Temporal

Ben just smiled coldly. Then

without saying anything, Ben rushed out of the studio room. It made Greg and the others astonished.

"Hey Ben .. are you okay?" ask Marcus. The three followed Ben out of the studio room.

"Yeah, I'm fine," Ben replied lazily as he sat down and fixed his shoelaces.

"You're going to have a drink with us?" ask Liam.

"Sure," Ben replied briefly.

Greg grabbed his gray bag sling and put on his sunglasses.

"See you later, guys," Greg said, waving to his three best friends. Liam and Marcus return Greg's wishes, but Ben does not budge. His face looks cold.

"Hey Ben, are you guys having a problem?"

"Nope!" answer Ben short. But Marcus doesn't really believe it.

"Did Greg date the woman you like, Ben?" liam Goda. Ben's chest rippled. Liam's words are true.

"Come on Ben, let's get a drink!" marcus was wearing his coat. The three stepped out of the room.

"Where are you taking me?" ask Laras.

The girl was in Gregory's car.

"You'll know" Greg replied as he drove his car toward Hudson Park.

Barrel just fell silent. His eyes were directed out the car window. The streets seem empty. The trees whose leaves began to fall into a scene along the way. The Hudson River is beginning to be seen. Fog began to fall covering part of the top of Manhattan's skyscrapers.

Greg stopped his car at a restaurant called "Cascade" which is quite luxurious. The man got out of his car and opened the door for Laras.

"I'm taking you to dinner" he said.

Looking around, this place is quite beautiful, for two years in New York the girl had never set foot in this place. Of course, this is bourgeois territory.

The cowboy-style restaurant is quite crowded. Gregory took Laras to a table near the window.

Laras could see the quiet Hudson river and the passing boats in the middle.

A servant came to them and handed the two menu books to Laras and Greg.

"Emh .. Greg, I'm not too familiar with these food menus, you better choose the menu," Laras said after reading all the food and drink menus in the menu book.

"Owh . okay .. emh .. two delmonico's steaks, two glass of wine and .. new york cheesecake for dessert, please," Greg told the restaurant's waiter. The waiter recorded Greg's order then passed.

"You look good," praised Greg to Laras who at that time wore a 60s-style black mini dress along the knee, complete with white stockings and his favorite vintage shoes. His long black hair that was parted in the middle was just draped away. The appearance of the barrel does look classic.

"Thanks" answered Laras.

"May I know you better, Laras ..you are a unique and attractive girl in my eyes" Greg said.

Barrel chuckling. "I'm not who you think I am, I'm just a mediocre girl,"

his elbow.

"No, you're different, you don't remember when Ben met you at McFadden, you were the only woman who wasn't hysterical about Ben, it was weird."

Dada Laras rustling. The first time he met Ben was indeed Laras did not realize it, but over time the charm of the blue eye was able to mess with his mind.

"If you say so," said Laras with a faint smile

Laras was stunned, what he was thinking so he agreed to Greg's dinner. Is all that just his desire to vent his frustration to Ben alone. Suddenly the girl felt that she had taken advantage of Gregory. It seemed that this man before her really liked her. But what he had in mind was that bitch. Laras breathed deeply.

"You want to see the movie after this? The ghostbusters?" haggar Greg.

"Emhh . Maybe next time, it looks like I have to go to bed fast tonight, tomorrow I have to work."

"Ahh, I see .. You work at Rose's place on the weekend, don't you?"

"Yep."

"You're a hard worker, Baras," praised Greg,

the man even more admired this beautiful girl before him.

"I have to!" Laras chuckles. "New York is tough" he said.

"Awesome!" murmured Greg.

Before long the restaurant waiter returned with a tray full of their food orders. The conversation began to flow warmly between the two. The evening before the foggy night was cheerful with the occasional burst of laughter of Laras and Greg.
