"Agree!" Daren stood up and pranced - prancing happily. "TSee you in one hour, Daddy," he said in a lisp.

"Emc .. I wannah tsee Gigi and after, I wannah go to the zoou, I wannah visith Melman." replied Daren enthusiastically. Ben chuckled at Melman's name. A giraffe living in Manhattan's Central Park Zoo in the animated Madagascar movie. Favorite movie Daren.

"yeah? You wanna see Gigi? And then visit your friend, Melman?"

"Hmmm!" Daren nodded steadily.

"Alright, Sir. Let's go" Ben said as he drove his car out of the Greenwich area.

LINDEN CENTER, BROOKLYN, NEW YORK.

"See you tomorrow, Chante" Mia told her co-workers, welcoming her with a wave of her hand. Mia confirmed the location of the scarf around her neck and wore thick gloves to ward off the cold outside.

Mia opened the main glass door and stepped out of the building. Cold air immediately hit his face. The girl rubbed - rubbing her two palms that felt stiff from the cold.

"Daddy, let's go to the zoou."

There was the slurred voice of a very familiar little child in his ears. Without thinking long Mia turned her head and right, Daren was being held by her father and was only two meters behind him.

"Daren!" call Mia. The called one turned to him and screeched in excitement.

"Miaa!"

Daren rushed towards Mia and hugged the girl. "Why are you here?" daren asked a moment later with a astonished face.

"I work here," Mia replied, then turned to look at Ben who was sitting next to her and looked at her and Daren. "Die, Mr. Chevalier," said Mia.

Ben just smiled and nodded.

"Mia, we'd like to ggo to the zoou, canh you ggo with us?" daren asks, pulling Mia's hand and taking her to Ben.

"Emmm . that would be nice, Daren, but I ...."

"Canh she, Daddy?" Now it's Daren's turn to ask Ben for his opinion. More precisely begging.

Ben's car drove out of the courtyard of the sprawling Linden Center building, through the streets of Brooklyn and into the main road to Manhattan.

"Let me carry Daren," said Ben grabbed Daren who was in Mia's arms, fast asleep after exhaustion walking there and around the zoo is quite spacious. In his hand was clutched by a giraffe doll he had bought at the Central Park Zoo souvenir shop and named Mr. Melman, like the name of the giraffe character in his favorite movie.

"You sure?" ask Ben. Mia nodded.

Not far from them, there is a restaurant that says Dancing Crane Cafe, which is still in the zoo area.

"You want to eat something?" ask Ben. It just so happened that Mia was hungry. It's dinnertime. His stomach rang several times.

"Sure" replied Mia.

Dancing Crane Cafe is pretty quiet. There are only a few tables filled with visitors.

Ben stepped towards the receptionist and ordered the food. While Mia picked up the table that was in the corner of the room. The girl sat down while holding Daren who was still asleep.

"Sorry to trouble you" Ben said as he sat in front of Mia.

"No problem. Should I wake him up?" ask Mia.

"Hmm .. No, he's full of two pieces of cheese burger" Ben chuckled.

Mia smiling. His palms patted - patting Daren's small writhing back. The boy fell asleep again.

Silent mood. Both Ben and Mia were silent to each other. Mia threw a glance outside the restaurant. Garden lights illuminate the leafless trees covered in thin snow.

"Have lived in the States for a long time?" ben asked breaking the silence between them.

"Two years."

"I didn't expect Mr. Kusuma is your Uncle," Ben chuckled.

"Yeah."

"You're not in college?" ask Ben.

"Maybe one day. I'm collecting money first."

Ben nodded - nodding.

"Ben, can you take a picture for a second?"

Two white women approached Ben and pulled his cell phone out of their bag.

"Owh, sure," said Ben while positioning himself to be photographed. The two women take pictures with Ben. Mia noticed Ben's friendly and warm facial expression. For a moment the man stunned her. His blue eyes are really charming under the light of a restaurant that is quite bright. His long blonde hair was tied up in origin, a long, thick black t-shirt with a rope around his neck that was slightly open, revealing the bird wing tattoo, no matter what kind of bird, or what kind of bird, gushed to the neck of his line.

Mia opened the car door and sat Daren in her car seat and made sure the seat belt was properly attached. After that, Mia closed the door again.

"Are you sure you don't want me to take you?" ask Ben.

"Thank you, Mr. Chevalier, I can go home by myself, pity Daren if it has to be taken back and forth between Manhattan - Brooklyn," replied Mia.

"Okay, take care of them."

Mia nodded.

"Emc .. Mia!"

Mia paused her intention to turn around and move away.

"Thank you" said Ben with a sweet smile.

"My pleasure."

Ben got in his car and drove him out of the parking lot of Central Park Zoo. Mia stood looking at Ben's car which was slowly moving away. Then turn in the opposite direction, exit the parking area and head to the nearest subway station.

Mia takes off her coat as soon as she gets inside her flat and throws it just about on the couch.

Step towards the kitchen. Open the fridge and get a beer. After unscrewing the bottle, the girl walked towards the sofa and threw her tired body there.

"Hey, you're home late?" asked Ashley who had just come out of her room.

"Yeah," said Mia.

"You want dinner? I still have a pack of pizza if you want" Ashley said.

"No, I've had dinner outside" replied Mia who of course provoked Ashley's curiosity.

The girl approached Mia and sat down beside her.

"You're home late and you've had dinner, have you been on a date?"

Mia. Then shake. There is no point in serving this friend.

"Ben, you're dating Ben Chevalier. Don't you?" accuse Ashley.

Not dating, but accompanying his son around the zoo.
