One incoming email notification on the phone Baras. Immediately opened the message and the girl smiled reading the contents.
Maid Home Magic, the housekeeping assistant's agent, accepts her to join. A few days ago, she filed a file with the agency to apply for a housekeeping assistant on the weekend.
Baras had to go the extra mile since James left because the income only stayed from him. Living in New York is not cheap.
Baras immediately prepared to come to the office address of the agent mentioned in the email to conduct an interview.
If all goes well, this weekend he can start working. Laras encouraged herself and reminded herself that she was a strong woman.
Laras looked at his face in front of the mirror, and nodded steadily.

The address his agent gave was in an elite area. And it just happened to be 23 minutes from her apartment in Tudor City, Manhattan.
After a while looking for the intended house number, finally Laras arrived in front of a house painted pink.
Madame Rose . C .
The name of the homeowner listed above his address. The barrel took a deep breath, though,
then press the bell of the house steadily.
Shortly after, a middle-aged woman in a household assistant uniform appears and opens the door for her. It seems to have been waiting for the arrival of Laras.
"Tunggadevi Larasati Soetodjo?" ask the woman friendly.
"Yes, mom," answered Laras.
The woman let Laras in. Barrel looked around the room in admiration. All things neatly arranged. The walls are clad in classic wallpaper and some of the paintings on display seem to be the works of famous painters.
"I'm Penelope, I'll explain your assignment here ...."
Hearing the words of the woman named Penelope, Laras immediately turned his eyes to her.
Penelope explained that she applied for a holiday every weekend to her employer, therefore Madame Rose was looking for a housekeeper to replace her at the weekend, help Madame Rose to the bathroom and accompany the walk in the back garden of the house. Penepole said her employer was paralyzed and was in a wheelchair.
"Ah one more, here there is already a cook so you do not need to prepare food, just just take it to Madame's room."
"Usually every weekend Madame's granddaughter comes, so when she is accompanied by her granddaughter, you just do another task"
"Okay, let me introduce you to Madame."
Penelope took Laras upstairs. Then entered a very spacious room, even much wider than the apartment Laras.
A white-haired old woman was leaning on her bed.
"Madame, this is Miss Soetodjo, who will replace me every weekend."
The woman turned her head towards them, Laras smiled.
"Hallo Madame, call me Laras," said Laras politely.
Madame Rose developed a friendly smile.
"You're beautiful" he said praising Laras.
"Come here, son ...." Madame Rose waved her hand at Barrel.
After Penelope said goodbye, Laras stepped towards Madame Rose and sat on the edge of the bed.
"What's your name, son?" ask Madame Rose.
"Back, Madame."
"Where are you from?"
"Indonesia, Madame, and I are also studying S2 at Columbia."
"Oow really, my grandson Benji is also in college there, maybe you know each other."Madame Rose chuckled.
"It seems I don't have a friend named Benji, Madame."
"Alright, Laras, let's tell you more about yourself" the woman asked.
Laras then tells her about herself to Madame Rose. This old woman is so warm. Laras felt like he was talking to his grandmother.
Moments later the two engaged in a warm conversation. Occasionally interspersed with small laughter.
