LINDEN CENTRE BROOKLYN.
Mia was feeding herself with a spoonful of mashed potatoes, when she saw Chante, her co-workers were dumbstruck while staring at the kitchen door. The girl turned her eyes in line with what Chante saw. His chest pounded. The long-haired, blond and messy figure was smiling while waving towards him.
"There's something we can help you with, Mr. The chevalier?" ask Chante who is no less nervous. Ben shakes. While Mia's tongue feels muddy. Only the smile on her lips could she please to return Ben's hand.
"Emc .. Rose is currently .. walking - a walk in the back garden with .. emm .. a nurse." Mia is trying to control herself.
"I'm looking for you, Mia."
Mia and Chante looked at each other.
Ben chuckles. "There's something I want to say. Emm .. But I see you're having lunch. So, you better finish first. I'll wait for you at the cafe."
After saying all that, Ben returned to his smile and passed from that place.
"Hmmm ..." murmured Chante. Looking at Mia with a prickly eye tattoo.
"It must have something to do with music." Mia interrupted.
"Or something else," Chante slumped over Mia's shoulder.
"It's impossible" Mia said as she finished her meal quickly.
After the plate is empty, the girl says goodbye to Chante and moves towards an outdoor cafe next to the main building.
The atmosphere there is quite quiet. Mia turned her gaze looking for Ben's figure. He saw that the man was there, at the table under the oak tree playing with his phone.
Mia stood looking at the figure that was able to make her chest pound. Ben noticed Mia's presence and twitched his forehead in surprise. The girl just stood up and did not greet him.
"Mia, are you alright?" ask Ben.
Mia gasp. Then grimace in shame. Then immediately stepped closer to Ben and sat down before the man.
"Die, Mr. Chevalier," said Mia nervously.
Ben laughed a little. Then looked at Mia with a slanted look. "I feel too old and formal if you call me that. Just call Ben."
Mia was surprised to hear Ben's words. But then his smile came up. A warm feeling arrived - suddenly radiating in his chest. His blue eye. Oh I can't!
"Want to order something?" tawp Ben's.
"Ah, no need, Mr. Chevalier .. emm .. I mean, Ben." Calling his first name made him goosebumps. His chest arrived - it felt tight.
"Well, Mia, Rebellion are working on a fourth album, we want to do something different. I want to add one instrument to one or two songs. And Greg, our base, proposes to wear the violin alone. I think it's going to be a unique blend. Are you willing to help us?"
Mia swallowed her saliva. The girl couldn't concentrate on anything that came out of Ben's mouth. A sweet smile on the sidelines between the movements of her lips really makes Mia hypnotized.
"Mia, are you listening?" Ben squinted his forehead, seeing Mia dumbstruck.
"Ouh, yeah, I'm sorry." Mia was waking herself up. Inwardly he wanted to slap her face many times. "So you asked me if I was willing to help? You're offering me a collaboration with Rebellion?" he said it when Ben's words started getting into his brain. And that made him even more nervous.
"Yeah."
"It .. like a dream, emm .. are you serious?" mia asked in disbelief.
"i'm serious. You're a good violinist. I told you I've seen you perform at Belly's Bar, haven't I?"
Mia nodded.
"Your violins and the heavy rock blues? That's cool." Ben praised, making Mia seem to fly high into space. The girl tried to set her foot back on earth.
He remembered it, he remembered it.
"I .. willing," he said stammered.
Ben's blue eyes sparkled. "It's so nice to hear it. Okay, you can come to the studio Saturday and Sunday." The man thought for a moment. "You can give me your phone number? I'll let you know what time you can come to the studio." Ben hands his phone to Mia for the girl to record her number.
"Nice" said Ben after the girl finished recording the number on the phone screen. "Well okay, then .. I gota go, see you again, soon?"
"See you later, Mr. Chevalier . emm .. Ben."
It was strange to call him by his first name.

"Brand, you're not gonna believe this."
Mia sips her hot chocolate, chattering enthusiastically at Brandon sitting opposite her, at a second favorite cafe near Brownsville, Brooklyn.
"Whatis that? Hurry up say."
Mia grimaced happily. "Ben Chevalier offered me a collaboration on some of The Rebellion's songs."
"Ohya?" Brandon smiled, bitter. "Congratulations, Lammy."
"Gosh, I feel like this is a dream." Mia cheering.
"Are you happy to be collaborating with Rebellion or because you're close to Ben Chevalier?" brandon asked Mia.
The girl's lips are so cute. Mia refused to answer.
"So happy for you, lil sis." Brandon patted - pat Mia's back gently. "I wish you could get that man of yours."
Mia clucking. "Hey, I'm happy to be able to collaborate with Rebellion of course, you've always been teasing me" he said.
Brandon chuckles. You're so pretty when you're grumbling. Lamia, I can't stand it.
"You know? Don't be a coward like me."
"Coward?" Mia squinted her forehead.
"Yes, don't you dare say how you feel about the person you like."
Mia breathed deeply - deeply.
"Not like that, Brand, I .. emm .. she ...." Mia stuttered. "After all, you know who he is, and who I am?"
"You'll never know without you try."
"Say that to yourself too!" hardik Mia was half-tempered.
"Okay." Brandon stared fixedly at Mia's eyes, making the girl astonished, at once caught off guard. "Lamia, you should know, all this time I've harbored my feelings for you. But now I can't hold it anymore, I love you."
"What?"
"I love you, Lammy."
"Please don't joke, Brand!"
Brandon's laughter exploded. Then pointed to Mia's face that was flushed red.
"I'm giving you a course, Lammy. That's how you express your feelings to someone you've liked for a long time."
"Geez, Brand, it's not funny!" Mia rolled her eyes.
"Look at you, your expression is funny."
"I really hate you, Brandon Boyd!" hiss Mia.
Brandon's laughter is still breaking. Occasionally, tears were shed in the corner of his eyes. Mia grunted in annoyance.
"Come on, I'll walk you home" Brandon said as he put several pieces of one dollar on the table. Mia was still murmuring - the murmur restrained her frustration.
"Come on, Lammy."
Brandon grabs Mia's arm and pulls her up until the girl is forced to get out of her seat and follow Brandon out of the cafe.
"Sorry, I was just kidding. Don't be mad."
Brandon hugged Mia's shoulder from the side. The girl looked at her best friend. Now his mind was filled with words Brandon said a moment ago. Is he really just making jokes?
No, no, please, Brand, don't!
