79. Hitchhiking Prayers

Arriving at Karima's house as usual the children all fell asleep in the car. Maybe because they're already swimming. Daniel turned off his car engine and looked back.

“Bu, I can pray?” ask Daniel.

“Bby, Sir,” Karima replied.

Karima woke Hari. The day immediately woke up. With a stagger Day got off the car. Karima got out of the car while holding Rachel. Daniel got out of the car and opened the back door, he took Gathan and brought him into the house.

Daniel took Gathan to his room. In the room Hari was sleeping on his bed because he was still sleepy. Daniel put Jonathan to bed. After that Daniel came out of the room and met Karima who had just come out of the room. Karima carries a prayer mat.

“Wudhunya place where?” ask Daniel.

“Oh, here.” Karima opened the door that was in the middle between her room and the children's room. Turn on the lights from outside.

“Please, Sir,” says Karima.

Daniel went into the bathroom for ablution. Karima calls prayer rites in the mosque for Daniel to pray. After that, he headed to the dining room. He prepared the dishes for lunch.

A few minutes later Daniel came out of the bathroom. He saw Karima in the dining room. He is preparing food.

“Bu, where to pray?” ask Daniel.

“Oh over here, Sir.” Karima walked towards the small room that was near the middle room. Daniel followed Karima. He entered the room and prayed there. Karima returned to the dinner table preparing lunch for Daniel.

Ten minutes later Daniel finished praying. He approached Karima. Karima was watching television in a very small voice so as not to be heard to the mushola. Daniel sat down next to Karima.

Karima looked at Daniel.

“Eat first, Sir. I have prepared lunch for Father,” said Karima.

“Bu Karima just know that I am hungry again,” said Daniel.

“Come, Sir.” Karima got out of her seat and went to the dining table. Daniel followed Karima.

“Please sit down, Sir,” Karima said.

Daniel sat in the dining chair.

“Bapak want to take his own credit or want to take it?” ask Karima.

“Take it yourself,” replied Daniel.

Daniel poured rice on the plate. Then take the side dishes that are available on the table. Karima also accompanied Daniel. When they were eating, Hari came and approached Karima.

“Abang hungry, want to eat,” says Hari.

The day goes from the dining room to the bathroom for ablution. Karima and Daniel continue eating. Daniel enjoyed the food, it tasted good.

“The food is good. Who's cooking?” ask Daniel.

“Mpok Minah the cook. I only bring chicken and make vegetable soup,” replied Karima.

Shortly after, Day came. He has finished praying. Day sat down next to Karima and then took her own meal. Then he ate his food.

“Bang Day. Smart mom cook, huh?” ask Daniel.

The day that was eating turned towards Daniel.

“Iya, Om. Mama's cooking is delicious. Mama used to cook every day. But now sometimes Mama cook, sometimes Mpok Minah cook,” replied Hari.

“Abang want Mama to cook again every day?” ask Daniel.

“Mau, Om. But Mama has to work,” answered Hari.

“Om know how,” replied Daniel.

“How to, Om?” tanya Day's.

“Reclassic. Later also Abang tau,” replied Daniel.

Karima did not take heart the words of Daniel. For Karima it is only the way Daniel comforts the hearts of the children.

After eating Daniel went home.

“I'm going home, yes. Thank you for the good food,” Daniel said.

“Sama-sama, Mr. Daniel. I thank you because you have invited the children to swim, ” Karima replied.

“Abang. Coming home, yeah. Sometimes we swim again,” Daniel told Hari who was watching television.

“Iya, Om,” Reply Day.

“Assalamualaikum,” said Daniel then out of Karima's house.

“Waalaikumsalam,” reply Karima and Hari.

Karima drove Daniel to the front of the house. Daniel got into the car and started the engine. Before the road he opened the car glass. He waved to Karima and then the car drove away from Karima's house.
