60. Meet Day

Karima and Daniel walk to Daniel's car. Karima opened the car door using a remote. He and Daniel got into the car. Daniel sat down next to Karima. Karima started the car engine and then he pulled the car out of the parking lot.

Karima drove the car quietly. The car glided on the South Tangerang Ciater highway. The car leads to a technology institute located in the South Tangerang Serpong area.

Daniel noticed the way Karima was driving so calmly that he used to drive Daniel's car. They finally reached their destination.

“Pak, what's the cost?” ask Karima while focusing on driving the car.

Daniel read the paper he was holding. “Number one hundred five,” replied Daniel. Karima drives while paying attention to the house number. Finally, they arrived at the cost of PT Cipta Perja Utama. Karima parked the car on the side of the road.

Daniel and Karima continued their visit to other boarding houses and rented houses. He wanted to hurry back to the office and fire the rent-withdrawers. They are raising their rent. They got the trust of Pak Haji Jaelani because they are still the brother of Pak Haji.

After a final visit to the rented house, Daniel decides to return to the office. As they were about to get into the car, an eight-year-old boy rode a bicycle and approached them. The boy shouted,” Mama.” Karima and Daniel turned to the boy.

“Abang,” Karima said when she saw the face of the child. The boy approached Karima.

“Abang again, what? How to play so far?” ask Karima to the boy.

“But the play is not too far away! Play around the house aja,” Karima said to the child.

Daniel watched Karima and the boy.

“Mama what more?” ask the boy.

“Mama again work,” Karima replied.

“His work here? Mama said, Mama works at the office,” asked the boy back.

“Mama again between Mama's bosses,” Karima replied.

“That's Mama's top?” The boy pointed to Daniel.

The boy approached Daniel and kissed Daniel's hand. Daniel smiled as the boy kissed his hand. Daniel rubbed the boy's head and he aligned himself with the boy.

“What's the name?” ask Daniel.

“Day,” replied the boy.

“What class is it?” ask Daniel.

“Third grade,” replied Day while showing the number three by using his right finger.

“Pinter. It's been big, dong,” Daniel said.

“Iya. Already can take care of Mama and sisters,” replied Hari.

Karima noticed Daniel's interaction with Hari. Daniel seems friendly to the children.

“How many sister's day?” ask Daniel.

“Have two. His name is Gathan and Rachel,” replied Hari.

“A lot of his sister,” Daniel said.

“Abang,” call Karima.

“Iya, Ma.” The day approaching Karima.

“Abang home, yes! Play not far away. Play near the house. Mama wants to work again,” Karima said.

The day approached Daniel. “Om, Brother go home first.” Day kissed Daniel's hand.

Karima drove the car quietly. He and Daniel are on their way back to the office.

“We first eat. My stomach is hungry yet for lunch,” replied Daniel. From morning he went around in South Tangerang to check the boarding houses and rented houses. Actually he could have asked his assistant to check his papa's assets. But Daniel could not just take his hands off, he had to intervene to see directly the assets of his father.

“We search for mosque first. I have not prayed dzuhur,” said Daniel.
