27. Marriage Plan

Adrian out of the room. He has not worn work clothes, he still wears house clothes. He walked to the dining room. While walking through the living room, he saw Mia and Mother Titin who were watching television in the living room.

“High breakfast, not yet?” ask Adrian.

“Not yet. Wait for Mas first,” replied Mia.

Titin's mother turned to Mia when she heard Mia calling Adrian ‘Mas’.

“Mas Adrian does not want to be called Master again,” said Mia timidly.

“Yes, it's okay. That's better,” said Ibu Titin.

“Come, Mak! We have breakfast first,” take Adrian. They walked to the dining table.

“Mas want to drink what?” ask Mia before sitting on the dining chair.

“Drink juice,” Adrian replied.

“You what juice?” ask Mia.

“Juice mango,” Adrian replied.

Then Mia walked towards the kitchen.

“Eh, where are you going?” adrian asked when he saw Mia going to the kitchen.

“You make juice for Mas,” replied Mia.

“Tell Odah who makes juice! You have breakfast,” Adrian said.

“Iya, Mas,” Mia replied.

Mia goes straight to the kitchen and tells Odah to make juice for Adrian. Soon he came back again. Adrian and Titin's mother are eating. He sat next to Titin's mother. He also had breakfast.

Shortly thereafter Ecin's mother came to bring the juice to Adrian.

“Loh, how did Mother Eciin make juice? Odah where?” ask Adrian.

“Odah is washing dishes,” replied Ms. Ecin.

“Mother Ecin has breakfast?” ask Adrian.

“Not yet, Sir,” replied Ms. Ecin.

“Mother Ecin breakfast first! There will be something I want to talk to Mia, Mother and Mother Ecin,” said Adrian.

Ecin's mother was about to step into the kitchen.

“Mother Ecin where are you going?’ ask Adrian. Ecin's mother turned to Adrian.

“You have breakfast,” replied Ms. Ecin.

“Here is breakfast!” Adrian said.

“Iya, Sir. I take the plate first,” replied Mrs Ecin. I went to the kitchen to get the dishes.

After finishing breakfast Adrian gathered with Mia, Ibu Titin and Ibu Ecin in the living room. There was something he wanted to talk to Titin and Ecin's mother.

“Mia already received my application,” Adrian said.

“Alhamdullilah,” says Ibu Titin and Ibu Ecin.

“I want to get married with Mia,” Adrian continued.

“For where to marry I leave it to Mom, Mom wants us to get married where?” ask Adrian.

“I will bear all the cost. So you don't have to worry,” Adrian said.

“Alhamdullilah if Mr. Adrian who wants to bear all the costs. Mother has no money to marry Mia,” replied Ms. Titin.

“If you can, Mom wants you to get married in Sumedang. Pity your relatives and neighbors if you have to go to Jakarta too far. They do not have a vehicle to get to Jakarta,” said Ibu Titin.

“Duty Mother Ecin, please find a competent wedding organizer in Sumedang!” Adrian said.

“Good, Sir,” replied Ms. Ecin.

“Means Ibu Ecin will go home to Sumedang?” ask Titin's mother.

“Iya. If you want, you can also go back to Sumedang. Tomorrow I will take you back to Sumedang. All pilgrimages to the grave of mama Mia,” jwab Adrian.

“Alhamdullilah. Finally Mum can go home too,” said Ibu Titin.

Adrian's phone rings. There's a call coming in from Ryan.

“Sorry, Sir. This morning I had a meeting with PT. Indo Mira,” said Rian.

“Good. I'll be there soon,” Adrian replied.

Adrian ended the conversation.

“Mak, I have a meeting with a client. Later tonight we continue the conversation,” said Adrian.

“Iya, go!” answer Mother.

“Mas want to change clothes first,” Adrian said to Mia.

“Iya, Mas,” Mia replied.

Adrian moved from his seat to his room. Twenty minutes later Adrian came out of his room. He was fully dressed with a suit and tie. Even the perfume smells everywhere.

Mia quickly goes to Adrian's workspace to pick up Adrian's briefcase.

“Mak-Bu Ecin I go first,” farewell Adrian.

“Iya,” replied Ms. Titin and Ms. Ecin.

“Assalamualaikum,” says Adrian.

“Waalaikumsalam,” replied Ms. Titin and Ms. Ecin.

Adrian walked to the car. When I got near the car, Mia gave Adrian a briefcase.

“Mas go first, yes. Later in the day you will not have to deliver lunch! It is likely that the meeting will be long,” Adrian said.

“Iya, Mas,” Mia replied.

“Assalamualaikum,” says Adrian.

Adrian gets in the car and Adrian's car slides out of the yard.

The next morning after finishing breakfast Adrian, Mia, Ibu Titin and Ibu Ecin went to Sumedang. They used Adrian's Alpard. Mr. Ratno drives the car. Adrian sat next to Mr. Ratno. Mother Titin and Mother Ecin were sitting in the middle seat while Mia was sitting in the back with Lina. Ecin's mother tells Mia to sit next to Titin's mother, but Mia does not want to because Mia already considers Ecin's mother like her own mother. It feels impolite that Ecin's mother is sitting in the back. So Mia chose to sit in the back with Lina.

At one o'clock in the afternoon they reached Sumedang, they went straight to the tomb of Erin mamah Mia's mother. When we arrived at the tomb of Erin's mother there was a bouquet of flowers that were still fresh on the grave of Erin's mother. Mia took the bouquet of flowers.

“Whose flowers?” mia asked while looking around the tomb.

“Try Mas view.” Adrian took the bouquet and noticed the flowers.

It's an expensive flower Adrian said in his heart.
