100. Apply Karima

Karima looked at Daniel.

“Ya, Mas,” Karima replied.

“So Mommy asked, when can you propose,” said Daniel.

“What answer?” ask Karima.

“Mas said to talk to you first,” replied Daniel.

“Rima hasn't told Bang Aziz that Mas Daniel proposed to Rima,” Karima said.

“How about going home I think stopping by Bang Aziz's house?” ask Daniel.

“Home Bang Aziz away in Cipulir. Later Karima talked to Bang Aziz by phone,” Karima said.

“Mother wants to propose to you as soon as possible,” said Daniel.

“How about tonight Mas and family come to propose to you?” ask Daniel.

Karima was silent for a moment. He thought first.

“Hopefully Bang Aziz no time,” says Karima.

“Aamiin. Let's get married soon,” Daniel said.

A restaurant employee came to bring their order. Daniel and Karima stopped talking. The employee served food on the table and then left their desk. Daniel and Karima ate their food.

After finishing eating and praying dzuhur, they continued their journey to Lido Bogor. At half-hour they reached Lido. They went straight to the hotel construction project.

At the place where Daniel and Karima got out of the car. There was a noise from the cement machine. It looks like the workers are painting the foundations of the building. They look at unfinished projects that can even be called half-finished. The project will be a burden for them as they have to come to Lido often to see the project.

A man wearing a work helmet approached them while running.

“Sorry, Mr. Ma. I didn't know that Mom and Dad were coming. I was watching who was watching who was cast pole,” said the man while chatting.

“It's okay. We just arrived,” Daniel said.

“Let's bring Pak Bu around the project,” said Pak Wanto project foreman.

Daniel and Karima toured the project with Mr. Wanto. Daniel noticed the foundations of the building being casted. Although he only continued the Yarfin project, Daniel wanted their clients to be satisfied with their work.  After finishing touring the project Daniel and Karima returned to South Tangerang. They arrived at the office when adzan magrib. Mr. Min stopped the car in front of the office.

“Thank you for helping Karima and the kids,” Karima said before getting off the car.

“Sama-sama, Rima,” replied Daniel.

“Rima go home first. Assalamualaikum,” says Karima.

“Waalaikumsalam,” replied Daniel.

Karima got out of the car and stood by the side of the road. He waited until Daniel's car left.  Karima waved her hand as Daniel's car walked away from the office. After that Karima walked to his car parked in the office yard. He opened the car door using a remote and then he got into the car. Soon Karima runs his car leaving the office yard.

On a clear Sunday night Daniel and his family went to the Cipulir area. They proposed to Karima. They didn't bring any other family. Quite the nuclear family is Daniel, Mr. Dandi, Ms. Gita, Mia, Adrian and the beautiful Safina.

The arrival of Daniel's family was welcomed by the Karima family. Karima has three older brothers, Bang Aziz, Bang Edwin and Bang Anton. All three of her brothers.

When Yarfin was caught cheating with Winny both Karima's sisters were furious. In fact they almost want to memu*kul Yarfin to battered. It was fortunate that Aziz quickly prevented his two younger brothers from becoming anarchists. Otherwise Yarfin had been crushed by his younger siblings Aziz.

Daniel and his family break into the yard of Aziz's house.

“Assalamualaikum,” says Daniel and his family.

Daniel and his family greet the Karima family.

“How are you Mr Daniel?” greet Aziz when greeting Daniel.

“Wadd. Don't call me sir again! Call me Daniel,” said Daniel.

“I'm used to calling Sir,” Aziz said.

As Daniel shakes hands with Edwin and Anton, Karima's two older brothers stare at Daniel with full of prints. Daniel felt uncomfortable being stared at so by Karima's brothers. Unlike Aziz, Aziz was friendly towards Daniel. Maybe because they had met before.

Aziz invited his guests to sit down. Daniel and his family sat in the guest chair. The living room of Aziz's house is so large that it can fit many chairs.

“Om Daniel.” Day and her sisters came out of the living room. They greeted Daniel and his family one by one.

“Aduh. Very smart,” praise Ibu Gita when shaking hands with the children of Karima.

Edwin and Anton watch their nieces and nephews greeting Daniel and the family. Although their niece is familiar with Daniel, it does not mean they agree that Karima is married to Daniel. They still have to be vigilant, they do not want the Yarfin incident repeated.

Hari and her sisters join them. Hari and Gathan sat in an empty chair while Rachel sat on Daniel's lap. Seeing Rachel sitting on Daniel's lap, Edwin immediately called Rachel.

“Rachel, here sit same Angku!”

Rachel shook her head.

“Nga. Lahel wants to cama Om Danil,” replied Rachel.

“Already. Just let him be in my seat with Daniel,” Aziz said. Edwin hush. She doesn't like it when Rachel's close to Daniel.

Mr. Dandi began to express their intention to come to Aziz's house.

“My family and I came here to apply for Karima for our son Daniel,” said Mr. Dandi.

“Sorry, Sir. Before we answer Daniel's proposal, I want to ask Daniel,” Anton said.

“Please,” replied Mr. Dandi.

“Bung Daniel's. What made Bung Daniel want to propose to Karima?” ask Anton.

“As Dude Daniel knows Karima's widow has three children. He's older than Daniel's man. Why choose Karima? While there are still many women out there who are young and beautiful. Moreover, Dude Daniel seems to come from a family of being, it must be easy to get a beautiful woman,” said Anton.

Aziz shook his head at Anton's question. Daniel smiled at Anton. All of Daniel's family turned to Daniel, waiting for an answer from Daniel. Daniel took a deep breath.

“Well shall I answer. I chose Karima to be my wife because she was so beautiful in my eyes. He made me feel comfortable being around him. He was soft and smooth, making me not want to stop talking to him,”.

“And regarding the Karima children, their presence made me an indispensable person. With their presence makes my life more meaningful and colorful,” continued Daniel.

Aziz turned to Anton.

“How, Ton? Is there still a lack of answers?” ask Aziz.

“That's enough, Bang,” replied Anton.

Aziz turned to Edwin. “Edwin. Anything you want to ask?” ask Aziz.

“There, Bang,” replied Edwin. Aziz invited Edwin to ask.

“Bung Daniel's job what?” ask Edwin.

“I am a director at my papa-owned company,” replied Daniel.

“Means you're papa's son. Anything belongs to your papa. You don't have your own company,” Edwin said in a mocking tone.
