Hanifa For Devan

Hanifa For Devan
Critically

Hanifa accelerated her pace. He doesn't want to miss any information about Devan.

"Dad, what's wrong? Operation's good, right? What about Devan? He's fine, isn't he, Dad?"

The question spontaneously came out of his mouth. The person being asked is still silent. Seeing the father's residence, Hanifa immediately held the hand of doctor Arif.

“Dad. Is it just me?"

"The operation is smooth, son," replied Dr. Arif at last.

“What is Devan doing, Dad? He's all right, isn't he?"

“Devan ..." Dr. Arif is unable to continue his words.

“Devan why, Dad?" Hanifa shook her father's body slowly. Tears have been shed in her eyes. "Dad, why diem?"

Seeing Hanifa who could not control her emotions, ummi Fatimah who had been sitting stood up.

“Honey, you calm down first, yes," said Ummi Fatimah trying to calm her daughter.

“Dad, Devan's fine, right?" ask Hanifa again.

Unbearable with his daughter, finally the doctor Arif told Hanifa even with a very heavy heart.

“Devan comma, Son. There was bleeding in his brain, and the blood type for Devan was depleted. Now, he is going through his critical period. Forgive Dad, Nak.”

The deg!

Hearing all his father's explanations, the tears that had gathered in the corner of his eyes immediately spilled. All his joints felt weak. Her chest feels tight.

“You're patient, yes, dear. All of this is a test. God wants Hanifa to be closer to Him, God loves Hanifa and Devan." Umm Fatimah hugged her daughter who was sobbing.

“Ummi ..."

“Honey, every human being is tested according to his faith level. The stronger a person's faith, the greater the test. Ifa don't be angry with God. Allah is All-Good Son, Allah will never forsake His servant. Let's just say, this is the first test for the Hanifa household."

The girl heard his ummama advice with tears still flowing.

“What's up, huh? Why are you crying?" asked Jihan who had just arrived, immediately astonished by the situation before her. “What's the operation done, Om?"

Doctor Arif nodded.

“Thank God. Where is my sister, Om?"

“Devan has been moved to the ICU. His condition is critical."

“What?" ask Jihan not to believe it.

“I'm sorry, Jihan."

Unlike Hanifa, Jihan is stronger than him. He warned that all this would happen. Since knowing the illness of his sister, Jihan has been sincere and resigned to what will happen in the future. As it is now. But Jihan is grateful, at least God is still kind enough to give her the opportunity to make amends.

"Devan can still be saved, although the greatest possibility will be more severe. Jihan still continues to strengthen her heart if the sister will recover and cheerful as before."

“Thank you for giving your best to my sister, Om."

“Om don't apologize. It's not all wrong. It's fate" Jihan said, trying to smile. Now his steps were approaching towards his sister-in-law. “Ifa, you are strong, yes. We all feel the same sadness."

Hanifa took off her umminya hug. Now his gaze was focused on the woman in front of him.

“Do not cry anymore. You know that? Devan is so sad to see you like this. He'd be mad at me if he saw you like this." Jihan's hand wiped the rest of the tears in Hanifa's eyes.

“Why is Devan going to upset Jihan's sister?"

“Because Devan loves you so much. He'd think I couldn't take care of you."

Hanifa kept quiet, still looking at what Jihan said.

“She doesn't want to see her loved ones cry. Now, we must be strong and strengthen each other. Because if we're weak, Devan will be comfortable with his critical period."

"But Brother, how is it?"

"I'm sure Devan will be able to recover from his coma. As long as we help him wake up. We must believe, God will help us."

Hearing that, Hanifa wiped the rest of her tears. I don't know why she's been crying so easily lately.

"Now, let's see Devan yuk!" take Jihan.

Hanifa nodded. Jihan, Hanifa, Umm Fatimah and Arif's doctor moved to the ICU room, where Devan is currently being treated. When they arrived at the door, they all put on bitter faces. And again, Hanifa's tears flowed back through her thin cheeks.

Since only two people were allowed in, doctors Arif and Fatimah waited outside. After putting on the clothes provided, Hanifa and Jihan immediately entered. Near him the husband who is now lying unconscious. I don't know when it will be like this.

"Asnalama, Devan. How are you doing?"

Hanifa's voice was stifled with her tears. Jihan's right hand rubbed against Hanifa's back, trying to strengthen her heart.

"I beg you, you wake up, yes. You promised you'd be healed."

Looking at the scene in front of him, the defense that Jihan had been holding had collapsed. The salty clear water came out perfectly from his eye peluruk. Jihan and Hanifa hugged each other, strengthening each other.

Not wanting to linger in sadness, ummi Fatimah who saw her daughter who had just come out with her eyes immediately told Hanifa to take ablution water and then pray. Pray for healing for Devan.

Hanifa immediately obeyed the words of his umminya. After ablution and performing the sunnah prayer, Hanifa took the Quran and read some surahs near Devan. He was sure that reading from a glorious book would help Devan wake up. Hanifa was very confident in the miracles found in the last scripture.

At the same time, someone was forcing his eyes to open. Slowly, her blue slices began to open, sweeping through the entire corner presented in front of her.

"What is this place?" He asked himself.

His memory tried to re-disassemble the memory that had been recorded by his brain. With all kinds of colorful flowers blooming, covered with shady trees and scented that place that he had never smelled before, it would be difficult for him to recognize the place. Everything in that place had never seen his eyes.

Curiously, his feet began to step through the place. His steps came to a halt when he saw someone standing in front of the door giving off a bright light, as if waiting for him.

His eyes narrowed even more as he knew the standing figure and smiled towards him.

"Papa?"
