Hanifa For Devan

Hanifa For Devan
The Blue Eyes

08 August 2019 ..

"O Allah, I take refuge in you from the evil that will befall you today, especially from the blue eye. Aamiin," a girl prayed before exiting the gate of her house.

A very bright morning for a Hanifa Salma Khadijah. High School students who always start their day with a smile and grateful. It was as if gratitude was the most powerful medicine that could heal wounds on him. His happiness is always evident. Like at the moment. Walk cheerfully with plastic in both hands.

The 18-year-old girl used to walk to school. Simplicity and the lessons taught in the parlors flourish in his life. In his heart planted high ideals and dreams, so that it became his own passion for him every day.

He has many dreams in his prayer, one of his dreams is to be able to get a scholarship abroad, if necessary to where his father studied first.

“Ah, so miss daddy. I wish I could meet you soon" he smiled.

While being engrossed with his daydream, the plastic in his hand suddenly fell due to a motorcyclist who passed by his side and managed to graze him.

“Astagfirullah!"

Several times Hanifa said that sentence while picking up cakes that fell due to being dragged earlier. While the motorcycle stopped and went straight to him. He immediately helped Hanifa pick up some of the fallen cakes.

“Everything, if the road is on the feet do not use the eyes! Very sad si," the scolding of a man who was now staring at Hanifa with an annoyed face.

Hanifa was still silent. He did not want to look for trouble with a man as hard as that rock. But chose to grumble in his heart.

Oh God, this is the wrong person to say, hit people, do not apologize anymore. My prayers have not reached the sky.

Without any more babibu, the man who was a schoolmate with her immediately left. Hanifa took a deep breath and immediately stepped her foot into the school as well.

Just about to enter the classroom, Hanifa's steps came to a halt. Now his eyes focused on the figure that hit him earlier that he knew his name was Devanno Ibrahim John.

According to the story that developed in his school, his last name was lost since he joined his papa religion at the age of 7 years. From the name alone, it has been explained that he is not native to Indonesia. Just look at his slightly brownish-brown hair and his dark blue eyes, everyone who had ever looked into his eyes would have guessed the origin.

Devan, the mysterious student who always spends his free time on the basketball court. Somehow sometimes Hanifa felt sorry for her who always looked lonely.

"Ekhem. Ciee. the lyrics. Careful, ntar's pulling." Someone's voice was right in his ear.

The surprised Hanifa immediately held onto her chest. "Astagfirullahaladziim. Ayyan. Just ngagetin."

"Hehe, sorry Fa. You are really excited to see that guy. I think someone wants to be Manda's rival."

“What the hell Ayy, don't worry. Enter yuk!"

“From Fa, I want to tell you, we will gather members after rest. That's what Mr. Wafi said."

“Kak Wafi? hanifa asked confusedly.

Ayyan grunts. “Iya Fa, Brother Wafi. The former chairman of OSIS plus the chairman of the PMI. Your time has forgotten? Who's the Scout builder at our school."

Hanifa nodded slowly. He did not know because indeed he rarely paid attention to the organization of the coconut bud.

“Oooo. Gather what Ayy?"

“That, to discuss our school's annual event."

"Which annual event?"

"To be precise, it's our 40th school day."

Hanifa nodded. Apparently he understood.

“Makanya kak Wafi asked us and other members to gather to discuss this event further," explained Ayyan again.

“OK, later we go together yes," said Hanifa and got a thumbs up from her best friend. After that, they also entered the class.

All the lessons this morning went well. Hanifa and Ayyan immediately rushed into the hall to gather. They are members of one of the favorite organizations in the school, namely PMI.

Not without reason Hanifa joined this organization, but his ideals who want to become a doctor. So that he can train himself at PMI before stepping on the lecture bench.

“Ayy, I'm going to the cafeteria for a drink. What do you want nitip? I bought it."

Ayyan thought for a moment.

“You just go Fa, I don't want to nitip anything. But a sneak behind it, afraid you're late."

Hanifa nodded and immediately left. While taking the change, his eyes caught the figure of Devan who was participating in Scout training.

“I just found out that he's in Scouts," he whispered in his heart.

“Eh, yes brother. I just want to buy a drink. What other brother is here?"

The man smiled. "I'd like to buy some Fa drinks, too. Your name is Hanifa, right?"

Hanifa nodded.

"Thank God it's not wrong for people. Bi, the drinking water is one yes."

The middle-aged woman guarding the canteen smiled and nodded. “Dek Wafi when to get here?"

“Tadi morning Bi."

"Well, after college it's getting more handsome just this Wafi Deck."

The one praised only smiled clumsyly.

“Aibi is there only. My face is still the same, nothing has changed."

“Yes, it's up to Dek Wafi."

“Oh yes, you want to go to the hall, right?" Now the man called Wafi asked the woman beside him. And again Hanifa just nodded.

“Yes already then, our direction and destination are the same. Let's go! The others must have been waiting" he suggested.

“Yes, replied Hanifa.

In a different place, Ayyan who was waiting for Hanifa in the front of the class squinted her eyes when she saw Hanifa walking with the dominant man in her school. After the man left, Ayyan immediately approached his best friend before there was a big problem.

He looked at Hanifa with a very serious look. “Fa, how can you be the same sister Wafi anyway?" Ayyan looked at her best friend seriously.

"Ooo, so that's her name, sister Wafi?"

"Yes Fa, the one I told you about. You know that his girlfriend Sis Wafi is fierce, like a wolf. If he sees you walk the same way, brother Wafi, argue not dear to your fate Fa," he said.

Hanifa smiled. "Tu, suudzon's the same guy."

"I'm not Suudzon Hanifa, but the truth is."

“Iyaaa, my good and caring Rahma Narayyan. I met Mr. Wafi also accidentally in the cafeteria. After all, Wafi's sister is a student, her boyfriend can know about her activities at school?”

"I don't know the Fa. But said the children next door, there was once a woman who was run over by the same woman who claimed her boyfriend, sister Wafi."

Hanifa heard the words of her best friend. "Maybe it's just Wafi Ayy's fans. If from the looks of it, sister Wafi is not the type of guy who wants to date deh."

Ayyan shrugged her shoulders. "Eitherway. Maybe so. But what's wrong with being ready to dipper before getting wet."

"A umbrella is ready before it rains Ayy" Hanifa scolded.

"Yes yes, my tongue was sprained a little bit earlier. Hehe."

"Udah, you calm down. I won't find any trouble. But really, I accidentally met Sister Wafi."

“OK well, your reason this time I accept. But beware if I see you falling down the road together again same sister Wafi."

Instead of being afraid of what Ayyan said earlier, Hanifa let out a small laugh.

“Kok laughs the Fa anyway? This I seriously know," said Ayyan a little confused.

“You were like his girlfriend, Kak Wafi, you know. Grumpy. Haha."

Ayyan blushed her lips.

“Iiiihhhh kok have the heart to say I'm like his girlfriend kak Wafi is fierce?"

“It's Ayy, it's people already at the get-together. Yuk!"

They also accelerated his footsteps. After all the agendas are discussed in detail, the entrance bell rings. Those who had lessons were then allowed to return. No exception Hanifa and Ayyan who immediately asked permission to go to class.

As soon as Hanifa left, the eyes that had been watching her realized something. The corners of her lips were drawn to the ends forming a beautiful arch.

It turns out that you still do not know me Fa, even though I have been waiting for a long time to meet you again. He said in his heart and then continued his unfinished discussion.
