CHAPTER 11

"Silvi, do you know which Adit sir is staying at which hotel? There's a document missing." Yuna called Silvi, Adit's secretary.

"In the Hotel Bolivia the Sudirman Bu Yuna branch. Can I help you send the documents?" ask Silvi.

"Oh no need. Let me just. Thank you, yeah." Yuna hung up on that phone. It seems Adit is indeed going to work because he invited Rico a field analyst.

'I think I'm too suspicious.' Yuna smiled. He continued his work, typing some documents. Then he stopped as if he suddenly remembered something. He took a cell phone and called someone.

"Nita? How are you?" tanyakanya.

"Good Mba Yuna. Mba Yuna ain't never been here again?" ask Nita.

"I'm helping my husband now. Becca there's Nit?" Yuna waited for Nita's answer with her heart pounding.

"Mba Becca's two days off Mba." Nita's answer opened the mind of Yuna who had indeed traveled far.

"Oh, okay. My phone didn't pick up with him. Titip bimbel ya Nit, bye." Yuna's hand shook slightly as she closed the call.

'Eready. The answer is everything. Stupidly I who had believed for a moment with Adit.' Yuna cried and lowered her head on the table. He felt that what he was doing was in vain. She was always one step behind Becca.

"Excuse me, Miss Yuna." Cathy's words stopped when she saw her boss who looked tangled.

"Mother's sick?" tanyanya while approaching Yuna.

"No. Just a little dizzy. Why Cathy?" ask her while tidying her hair with her finger.

"Oh there's Mr. Jo from the GBI. He was looking for Mr. Adit, but Mr. Adit was not in place. So he wants to see Mom. How's it?" said Cathy.

"Can. Just get him inside." Yuna tried to smile. It was not how long the oriental-faced man had been in.

"Hi Yun, am I bothering you?" tanyakanya.

"Of course not. Sit down Brother." Shua sat in front of Yuna.

"When do you call me brother? We're not school kids anymore Yuna." They laugh.

"I'm used to it. Then what should I call you?" Yuna asked back.

"Call me Shua. I'm only a year older than you." They talk long enough. Tell each other about their respective college lives, how Yuna met Adit, about the busyness now. But they never mentioned Shua to Yuna's statement of feeling just yet. Perhaps they both considered it a disgrace or a mistake in the past without them knowing the truth behind it.

"I'm sorry I had to pretend I didn't know you." Adit clasped Becca's hand and kissed her. Becca understands. Rico was sitting in economy class while they were both in business class. Adit does have a job in Surabaya. When she told Becca yesterday, Becca immediately asked to come along. Be them now embarking on a new adventure. They had never been out of town together. But Adit asks Becca to be patient because there is Rico. When he arrived in Surabaya, Adit sent Becca directly to the hotel without him. However, Adit is a leader who must maintain his good name, he does not dare to recklessly act.

"It's okay, sweetheart. Tell you what I'm happy enough as long as I'm near you. I can't stand a day of not meeting" Becca said, leaning her head against Adit's shoulder.

'Forgive me Yuna. I was selfish for wanting you and Becca. I can't choose between you.' Adit believes he loves Rebecca more than Yuna. But for some reason, Yuna's mature attitude in the face of her affair, the change in her appearance, and also Yuna's game last night made Adit pound a little.

Upon their arrival in Surabaya, Becca went straight to the Bolivian Hotel that Adit had booked for her. While Adit with Rico directly headed to the workplace using the car they had rented.

"Becca! What are you doing here?" A man approached her.

"Sister Vino? What's the big brother here?" Becca asked back.

"Well, big brother asked why are you asking? Sister again there's a meeting with a client." Vino took off his sunglasses. A friend smiled at Becca.

"Becca's just on vacation. Refreshing." replied origin.

"Know, I'm Sandy." The guy who felt so handsome reached out his hand to Becca. Becca welcomes him, but he is not interested.

"Sister Vino nginep here?" ask Becca.

"Yes. But tomorrow afternoon I will return to Jakarta. Who are you the same? Yuna?" tanyakanya.

"Himself." Once we lie, we cover it up with another lie.

"A holiday alone? Want to join us? It just so happens that Kak Vino's work is already done" said Vino.

"Ga deh. Thanks though. Becca just wants to enjoy the hotel" she said.

"Come on, let's have lunch for a bit. You don't miss Brother?" vino asked a little. Becca couldn't resist.

"OKs. Alright. Brother Vino treat me, Becca didn't bring a wallet." Vino smiled and embraced his sister.

"So you're still taking care of Yuna?" ask Vino while chopping his chicken noodles. Becca doesn't like this kind of conversation.

"Becca is alone, sister. Yuna works at her husband's company." Becca replied

"Oh so. It's been a long time since I've seen Yuna."

"Where does Brother work? Smoothly?" becca asked to switch the conversation.

"Lumayan. Brother now has taken control of Java. Sandy's holding Sumatra." Sandy smiled happily as her name was called Vino.

"Oh, good, brother. Don't be too busy. Find a good boyfriend, get married."

"It does. But I haven't been able to fit it yet. Yes just so, later also come alone if you are a mate. If you're looking for the right girlfriend, you know the big brother." Becca nodded with a smile.

Vino escorts Becca back to the hotel, while she and Sandy continue to another place. Becca is a little anxious when she learns that Vino is staying at the same hotel as her and Adit. Luckily Vino will be leaving the hotel tomorrow. But still he has to be careful. Vino doesn't know Adit, at least that's what he knows. Vino didn't come to Yuna's wedding. But Becca can't possibly escape Vino's rampage if she finds out she's staying with a man at a hotel.

Their parents no longer exist. Becca's father died when she was a child, while her mother died four years ago. Vino is actually very protective of Becca, but Becca assures her brother that she is old enough to be independent and can take care of herself.

Becca regretted her relationship with Adit. In the first three months they had an affair, he once stated that he wanted to break up with Adit. At that time Yuna told a story and cried because she felt her relationship with Adit was stretched because they could not have children yet. Becca couldn't bear to see it. But Adit assures him that the cause of it all is not Becca. Adit. Finally, Becca gives up on her feelings. If Adit loves him, and he loves Adit, why can't they be together? It was that simple for him. Becca once thought maybe time would make her and Adit stretch and get bored. But it turns out that time actually makes them fall deeper into the trap of forbidden love so that they can no longer reach a way out of there.
