After completing the surgery, Revan headed to the medical locker room. He took his cell phone which was in the clothes locker. Activate the phone. There were 2 missed calls from his wife. Revan smiled when he found out.
" It's done doc?" asked one of Revan's colleagues who was in the dressing room.
" yes. Just new. Just coming in?." asked Revan back.
" Yes." she replied.
" okay. I go first." said Revan then moved from that place.
He walked through the hallway after the hospital to get to his study. Some of the patients were in the waiting room where he worked. With a friendly smile, he entered the room.
" Dok had a patient who was bleeding while waiting in the waiting room" one of the nurses who entered along with him reported.
" Then?." asked Revan.
" Doctor Radit has sent him to the ICU and is examining him. Therefore Radit doctor patient I leave to doctor Revan to be examined. Because from that time Radit doctor has not returned" said the nurse while handing over the medical records file belonging to his friend.
" Okay, all right. Call the next patient." Revan said as he headed to the sink to wash his hands.
One by one the patients were examined by Revan painstakingly and thoroughly. He forgot and ignored the phone call from his wife. He himself also forgot his stomach that had not been filled at all from the morning.
The clock shows lunch hour. But the patient was still 3 people in front of the waiting room. He sighed withstanding the fatigue that came to his perch. He had to postpone his lunch first. Kasian if these patients have to wait for her to finish lunch first.
" Dok has lunch?" asked Radit, his friend who went straight into his room. It looks like Revan is examining his patients in front of the USG screen. Dr. Radit was standing next to her while looking at the screen in front of her friend.
" What about the patient?" asked Revan.
" It's not serious bleeding. I've injected a booster. Because it's a pity that it has to be taken out now. Still 30 weeks old (age ). I'll wait 3 hours. If it's still bleeding, how else. Forced to eject. Her mother's safety is more important than anything." explains Dr. Radit. Revan just fell silent and nodded.
" I'm going to the cafeteria. Do you want something?." asked Radit.
" You have a stomachache?. Since when?." asked Radit.
" Since then. My stomach feels uncomfortable. Nausea and gqk taste great. Maybe because I haven't had breakfast this morning" Revan said.
" Yes, I have a wife and I still don't eat breakfast. Your wife isn't cooking?." whispered Radit teasingly.
" He's my wife. Not maids. I didn't marry her to make her cook and clean up." Revan said. Radit who heard it just laughed.
" Ok I go first." he said, then left Revan's room.
An hour later, Revan backed out of lunch to check on his three patients. After everything is done. He headed for the canteen to buy lunch before he headed to the treatment room.
He really has no taste for eating. The food he just bought was just stirred - stirring without eating at all. His stomach was full when he saw the food. Finally he decided to leave the meal and leave.
Before he left the cafeteria, he saw that there was an arrangement of sweet dishes neatly displayed on the table of one of the merchants in the canteen. Rujak was so tempting. Especially when he saw the slices of kedondong fruit, it felt like his saliva wanted to drip.
Without a second thought he bought two cups of sweet rujak and took it back to one of the tables in the cafeteria. He really can't wait to eat that sweet stuff. He did not like spicy and sour food. But this time he was so fond of sour and spicy food.
Unknowingly he had already finished one cup of the sweet ramjak. It feels so good to be able to eat that food. His stomach was also immediately full even though he only ate vegetables in a cup that was not so big. There is one more cup left. He did not eat it and put it in a plastic bag.
He also walked to the treatment room on the 3rd floor of the hospital. Every time he was done with the patient's affairs in the polystyrene room, he and Radit were obliged to come to the treatment room to check one by one the patients who were there. Who knows if anyone needs further medical treatment.
He also saw Radit his friend had made a visit to several beds of patients who were there. Revan placed the package of rujak that he brought on one of the tables there. The nurse who saw him was stifled and asked questions within them.
Tumben doctor Revan ate rujak. Usually he always refused if he gave the food. Murmured one of the nurses.
He also followed his friend Radit, to the treatment room of his patients.
