Episode 69

Alex drives his car at a speed above average. Alex wants to make sure that David's classmate doesn't have a fatal injury. Because if the injury is fatal, David and Melisa will get more and more severe demands.

Arriving at the hospital, Alex immediately asked the whereabouts of David's friend to the hospital staff. And there he met the parents of David's friend who was caught up waiting for his son to be handled.

“Mamah will not stay silent pah.. Mamah will sue that lowly family. Mamah will make sure the child goes into prison and is punished with a weight.” Said the woman in a brown suit who was none other than the mother of David's classmate.

“Ya.. We can't just shut up. Our son was hurt so badly because of to the brutality of the boy.” Add the husband with fire rage.

Alex who heard that could only shake his head. Alex knew what David was doing was wrong. But David's intentions were good. That is defending the self-esteem of his brother who was denigrated by his classmates.

Not wanting the two men to sue David, Alex rushed over. The man greeted calmly a couple who were restless waiting for their son to be treated by a doctor.

“Mr Alexander.” The two muttered in surprise as Alex approached and greeted him. The two of them immediately stood up from their seats staring confusedly at Alex who inexplicably arrived in front of him.

“Eum.. I represent the family David wants to know how the child is now.” Alex said that made the two people even more surprised.

“But sir.. What is your relationship with David until you come?” With a little stuttering papah from a classmate David asked.

“I Melisa's superior. Brother David. I also purposely came to account for what David did to your son.” Alex answered calmly. The man did not think his actions would make the issue of Melisa who was his mistress even hotter.

The married couple just quietly did not understand why Alex got to care about it to Melisa and David.

“I will bear the cost of the hospital until your child is completely healed. But please don't make any demands. It's all just a misunderstanding. David did that because he felt his family was despised and demeaned.” Alex is obviously in both.

Both are silent. Although the two of them actually could not accept what happened to his son, but if Alex had advanced both of them would not dare to do what. Both are afraid that if they demand it will backfire on their own.

Not long after the doctor came out and explained that the injury to the head suffered by a classmate David was not severe. It makes the couple just silent because Alex also listened directly to what the doctor said about the state of David's classmates.

Not long after that Melisa came as a representative of the David family. Although fear is so powerful it dominates her heart and mind, but for the sake of her sister Melisa against that fear. Melisa will bear all the demands placed by the family of David's classmates because even though she intends to defend him, what was done by David is still wrong.

“Pak Alex..” Melisa frowned when she found Alex who was still there. What's more Alex is being with David's two friends' parents.

Alex just shut up. Suddenly Alex was confused why he arrived to take the initiative to help Melisa and her sister David. Alex is not someone who cares about other people's business. Alex is a selfish man who always attaches importance to his own self. But now, just because seeing Melisa and David who are so loving and complementary to Alex feels very touched. What's more when hearing the reason David beat up his classmate to defend Melisa's self-esteem as an older sister who is very dear to him. Alex felt excited until suddenly doing things that even Alex never expected himself.

“Sorry, madam.. How is Bagas?” Ask Melisa heart.

“Bagas is fine only.” Answer mama Bagas calmly.

Melisa was silent for a moment. Not expecting demands. But according to Melisa, the attitude of the two Bagas parents is very strange.

“Doctor says no serious injuries are worth it. So it's better now we go home.” Alex's words made Melisa look back at him.

“But my pack should..”

Before Melisa continued her words, Alex had already approached and then pulled Melisa's hand away from the two old men. Alex has already given some money so that the two of them do not sue Melisa. Alex also covers Bagas' medical expenses at the hospital.

Alex really doesn't care what comes out of Melisa's mouth. The man opened the door and forced Melisa into the car.

After Melisa was in her car, Alex immediately followed inside and sat in the steering chair beside Melisa.

“Pak Alex.”

“Everything is in order. The Bagas parents won't demand anything from you and David. I have handled everything. I gave them a lot of money. I also bear all the hospital fees Bagas.” Sela Alex looked at Melisa seriously.

Melisa's eyes were perfectly rounded hearing it. It was only fitting that the two Bagas parents did not say anything to him. They did not even look angrier and instead gave a faint smile to Melisa. And that's because of Alex.
