8. Luck

Currently Vano was looking at the atmosphere of the tavern he went to with his best friend. When he was comfortable with the atmosphere of the tavern, suddenly the voice of Ersya who could be said to be shouting surprised him.

"Ailina?!" Ersya exclaimed earlier which made her friends shocked and simultaneously looked at Ersya's view.

'Alina? who?'. Vano thought as he looked towards Ersya's gaze.

For a moment Vano was silent, dissolving in his mind. Trying to understand the meaning of his heart that thumped. But just as he was about to find the answer, his brain reacted and instantly took over the feelings of his heart. He shook his head slowly, and refocused his eyes on the girl who was showing such a shocked expression.

While Ersya is currently smiling widely, feeling happy because the girl is indeed Alina. The plain girl he knew at the minimarket that night. Looking at Alina's current expression, it made her chuckle in anxiety. At this time Alina's face was very funny to him, Alina's eyes that glared showed that alina was really shocked, her cheeks bloated because she had not had time to swallow the food that was still in her mouth, plus Alina's flickering eyes were confused, completely making Ersya anxious.

Seeing Alina who remained silent, made Ersya get up from her seat and step closer to Alina's table. It only took two steps for her to get to the girl's table.

"Hey, how are you? you still remember me?" ersya asked after sitting in front of Alina.

Alina looked at Ersya, and then she came to her senses from her shock. Alina nodded slowly. Alina immediately swallowed her food, upon seeing Ersya chuckle in front of her.

"I remember sir.." he said.

"It's good that you still remember me, but why are you so surprised when I call your name?,"

Alina cursed Ersya in her heart. How could he not be surprised, Ersya called his name while shouting, until for a moment he felt like a villain who had just been in grebek.

"S-I'm just shocked to see you again, sir." he tweeted.

"Why are you so scared?!" Ersya subconsciously raised her voice again. Intentions wanted to make Alina comfortable when talking to him, but her habit of talking in a high voice even made Alina more shocked.

"Ah, m-sorry sir I mean.."

Alina had not yet finished her speech, Vano said.

"That shrill voice of yours scared Er. oh someone please wake up to her bad habit.." Vano said as he stared pushyly at Ersya.

Ersya glanced at her companions while opening her eyes. Vano stared back at him off guard, while Delvin and Danial were still confused by the spectacle in front of them.

"Sorry Alina, I didn't mean to scare you. The way I talk is like this when I'm excited, sometimes I I can't control it." said Ersya looking at Alina with a smile.

"No, there's no need to apologize sir." said Alina returning Ersya's awkward smile.

Alina was silent, she did not know what else to say. Honestly, at the moment he is not comfortable with the conditions around him. The man before her was currently looking at her with a smile that seemed too wide for her, while the two men next to her were looking at her with curious eyes, and what bothered him the most was the gaze of the cold man who was currently looking at him fixedly, I don't know what the man was thinking.

As Ersya was intending to continue her chat with Alina, a servant came to bring an order to her desk. Ersya glanced at Alina, an idea flashed across her head. Ersya immediately took over the bowl that Alina was holding, took the glass containing the drink and immediately moved it to the table where she and her companions were sitting. Then Ersya pulled one bench on the other table, and placed it near her desk.

Alina was just silent, still not understanding with the intention of Ersya who suddenly took her food and drink. Until Ersya pulled her arm slowly, and led her towards the table next to her she was still unconscious.

"Well, are you just sitting with us? you're alone, aren't you?" said Ersya who made Alina aware.

"E-eh, it's okay sir, I just go back to my table.."

Alina intended to get up and go back to her desk earlier, but Ersya's hand held her back. Alina tried to reject Ersya's invitation again, but Ersya remained stubbornly asking Alina to sit down with her.

"Have sat down, you won't win if you argue with him." said Vano without looking at Alina. Currently Vano is focusing on eating his food.

"Yes, lady, just sit here with us. Relax, we are not bad people. Don't be afraid" said Danial, he smiled a little at Alina's awkward behavior.

"Forgive my friends, ladies, let's eat comfortably.." Delvin said with a smile.

Alina finally chose to give up, she continued her delayed eating event earlier.

A moment later, the awkwardness slowly faded away. Now at the table it just sounds chatter and laughter. Alina is occasionally seen responding to questions given to her. The men treated her well, although they knew that Alina was just an ordinary girl who worked as a servant.

Alina initially felt uncomfortable, because when she saw the appearance of the men in front of her she knew that they were not ordinary people. Alina realized they must be from the upper class. However, the men did not look arrogant at all despite the occasional haughty impression. So Alina felt fine as they greeted Alina kindly.
