Douglas restaurant is located in the development area of Aurous Hill. It is far from the city center and there are rarely any residents. Charlie found it a little strange why Douglas chose to open a restaurant there.
Claire tells Charlie about some of the big companies going to build companies and factories in the area including multinational companies like Foxconn, therefore the area will expand and crowded in a short time.
In other words, it was a wise and smart move for Douglas to open a restaurant in this area right now.
Douglas named his restaurant, The Charm, on a new, very wide street corner. If you look at the exterior, it's huge. It has two floors,
artistic concept.
When Charlie drove his car towards the entrance of the restaurant, there was already a row of cars parked near the entrance and several people were standing in front of the gold-colored BMW, chatting and smoking.
Charlie recognized them, they were his college friends, but they were not familiar.
Charlie still remembered the man who seemed to be the leader of the group. His name is Clinton Tucker and he is famous as the son of a rich man on campus. She once had feelings for Claire, but Claire never cared about her.
Clinton is leaning back in her gold BMW and hearing the praise of her friends. They were as amazed at Clinton as they were at her car. “Clinton, you really are great! How long have we been out of college? You can buy a BMW! I think it's a 540 model, right? With the highest specification of the 5?” series
Clinton laughed loudly and said, "Haha. This is indeed a 540 model, and it costs only about seven to eight thousand dollars! I use it for my daily activities, not expensive items.”
“Sial! Model 540s? This is the most expensive of the 5 series!”
“Huhh, I can't even afford to pay the installment of the first series BMW car, Clinton you are really great!”
“Clinton, your car must be very fast, right?”
Clinton smiled with satisfaction and said, "Well, it's very fast, the speed and acceleration is very good. I've never seen a car that could be as fast as my car on the road until now.”
“Very cool! I wish I could buy a BMW. My girlfriend underestimated me so much, criticized me because I couldn't buy a car, she was so annoying!”
“Yes, God! Is that Charlie
loser?!”
“I think the person sitting next to her is Claire! That must be Claire's car, not Charlie's, you loser!”
Clinton also saw Charlie in the car, and his face changed instantly to a slight annoyance. “Oh, that loser! He is very lucky!”
All of a sudden, someone asked, " Hey, what series BMW is he wearing?”
Charlie drove up to the restaurant and retreated to the parking lot. Clinton looked at the 520 model logo on the back of Charlie's car and sneered, “Huh, the 520 model is the lowest of the 5 series! Only a loser like him would use a car like that!”
The man beside him nodded and said, “Clinton, your car has the highest specification of the 5 series, while the car is the lowest specification of the 5 series. Your car is so much better than hers, don't you think?”
Clinton snorted in disdain. “I can buy two cars like hers with the price of my car now!”
"Clinton, you are the greatest!”
Meanwhile, when Charlie parked his car. Claire and Loreen got out of the car and walked towards the restaurant.
The men seemed to blink in surprise and greeted them happily, "Wow, here are our two beautiful women!”
