Claire's heart was still pounding as she exited Wilson's office.
Grandma will officially announce her position tomorrow. Finally, he was able to raise his head with pride.

Charlie has some plans for his wedding anniversary in a special and extraordinary way.

The necklace was made of bright white jade. Very elegant and beautiful, perfect for Claire.
He slightly peeked at his price tag—13 million, a cheap price for him.
He called one of the salespeople and said. “Hai, can remove this necklace. I want to see it.”
The salesperson looked at it with a different look and muttered, “I don't hold the key, the key is in our Manager.” Then he spoke through the intercom and said, “Nona Wolfe, there's someone here wanting to see our most precious thing!”
Not long after, a very attractive woman with thick makeup walked quickly towards the front of the shop enthusiastically. Her name is Jane Wolfe and she is the Sales Manager at the store.
“Which amazing guests would like to see our amazing collection?”
The salesperson pointed to Charlie and said, “This guy.”
“Hah?” Jane turned her gaze towards Charlie and showed a look of disdain as if she had just eaten a fly.
How can this loser afford the most valuable jewelry in this store?
He turned to the salesman and said, “Hey, Gill, you're kidding, right?”
“No, it is true, this man who wants to see the necklace.”
Jane sneered harshly, “Do you want to tell me that this loser can afford this necklace? Are you blind? If so, let me know, so I can fire you right away and stop bothering me!”
Jane thinks that she is able to judge people accurately based on her long work experience.
So, from his observation, he was able to judge that Charlie was just a poor person.
He will not be able to buy a necklace for 1,300 dollars, let alone a necklace for 13 million dollars!
He was just wasting his time!
The salesman fell silent after being reprimanded, but Charlie scrunched his forehead and asked Jane. “You opened the store door to run a business right? I want to see the necklace, is there a problem?”

The corner of Jane's lips seemed to move as she sneered. “Wow, you're so good at acting, I'm so amazed! Thirteen million in cash? Haha, don't make me laugh. I've never seen that much cash in my life.
