Allow Me to Be Happy

Allow Me to Be Happy
Chapter 53

“Where are we going, Brother?” ask Dewi who is currently in the car with Reza.

“Hem.”

“This is not the way home, Brother,” said Dewi again.

“Hem.”

“Hem ha ho aja daritadi,” ketus Dewi.

“Hem.”

“Over time nmeselin also ni person.” Dewi then pulled out a cell phone, better to see his social media than to invite an ice man next to him who can only answer hem only.

About a 30-minute drive away, Reza parked his car in a large house located inside an elite housing complex.

“Whose house, Brother?” ask the Goddess who feels familiar with the house in front of her.

“Down first,” said Reza while getting off the car.

The goddess saw Reza who came down and approached a man who had just come out of the house. They shake hands with each other. Samar Dewi heard Reza's voice saying the word wife while pointing towards her car.

The goddess got out of the car and went straight to Reza.

“Well this is my wife, Dewi.” Reza introduced the Goddess to the man.

“Halo, Mom. Introduce me Rahmad,” said the man named Rahmad introduced himself.

“Goddess.”

“Let's go in first, Sir,” take Mr. Rahmad

Mr. Rahmad walked first followed by Reza behind him. Reza who saw the Goddess did not move her legs finally took the hand of the Goddess to enter the house.

This two-story house has a neutral color and a simple shape. Large windows are complementary and allow sunlight to enter every corner of the room in the house.

This contemporary design house is natural with plant accents dangling at some point of the house. In addition, there is also a large swimming pool on the side of the house, while the backyard is overgrown with grass and some trees that add to the coolness of this house.

Reza took Dewi around the house from the first floor to the second floor. During that time the Goddess did not stop staring at the admiration of the house that she was walking in at this time.

“So how, Mr Reza?” ask Mr. Rahmad who made the daydreams of the Goddess scatter.

“Where?” tanya Reza saw the Goddess.

The goddess scrunched her forehead a sign of not understanding. “Means?”

Mr. Rahmad looked smiling.

“No need to ask, Mr. Reza. Daritadi your wife does not stop staring in awe with this house.”

Reza, who saw his wife's confused face, asked for permission to speak with his wife. Reza brought the Goddess into the backyard because she knew there were many things that the Goddess wanted to ask her.

“Kak, what the hell does that mean? How about daritadi, how mulu. What is it?” ask the Goddess impatiently when they are already in the backyard.

“You like his house?” ask Reza.

“Ya likes, dong. Beautiful, adem too. Whose home is this?”

“Home us.”

“Ha?”

“Iya Dewi Anggraini my dear wife, this is our home!” clearly Reza while holding both shoulders of the Goddess.

The goddess looked into Reza's eyes looking for a lie, but there was nothing there. She looked around the house her husband had just told her that it was their home.

“But why, Brother? We can still stay at home now,” said Dewi.

Reza lowered her grip and grabbed the hand of the Goddess.

“As I said before if I want us to start our new relationship in a new place. If you remain in that house, I fear you will continue to be overshadowed by the feeling of being a second wife when now you are my only wife. As Rena expected, she wants us both to live happily with the children she entrusted me and you.”

The goddess was touched by Reza's words. Reza who saw his wife's eyes glazed over carrying the Goddess into his arms.

“I want you to be happy, Wi. So allow me to make you happy,” said Reza while peeping the head of the Goddess wrapped in hijab. The goddess nodded softly at Reza's chest.

“Udah yuk, we are waiting for Mr. Rahmad inside,” said Reza who immediately took off his embrace. He then took the hand of the Goddess back to bring her into the house.

“Pak Rahmad is smart just looking for an excuse,” said Reza smiled.

“Besok noon Mr. Rahmad can go to my office, all of you bring his letters. Take it easy to buy this house. Please later made on behalf of my wife, yes,” continued Reza.

“Kak?” lirih Dewi who only got a weak nod from Reza.

“Good, Sir tomorrow I will contact before to Mr.”'s office

“Thanks, Mr. Rahmad.”

Reza then took Dewi's hand and brought her back into the car.

“We all ate outside, yes,” invite Reza.

“Home alone, Brother. Poor old children left behind,” reject Goddess.

“Ngga. Sometimes we both go. After all, there is a mother at home who accompanies children,” said Reza who focuses on the streets in front of him.

“Ha? Is the queen's mother coming? When?”

Reza laughed at the title the Goddess had given to her mother-in-law. “Tadi noon.”

“Why not say?”

“This is me, right say.”

“Iya said that he was asked. Ih nyebelin.”

“Don't be so busy with dong, baby. We, will go on a date,” persuaded Reza while holding the hand of the Goddess.

“Date?”

“Iya dating. Think of it like dating after marriage. Hold hands, halal. Want to kiss also halal.”

Dewi laughed at Reza's words which he thought were very funny. I don't know since when her husband began to talk a lot compared to what he used to know.

“You are yes, Wi if people say rock kayak, hard. But if you are already in ‘krek’ there is a pearl in it.”

“Aduh meleyot adek, Bang,” kekeh Goddess.

Once again the laughter of the Goddess filled Reza's dusk car. It was a beautiful day for Reza.

“We look for a mosque first yes, Brother. Already want maghrib,” invite Goddess.

“Ready, Miss Doctor.”

Reza then turned his car into a large mosque on the side of the road. Dewi and Reza perform the Maghrib prayer service together with other Muslims.

After finishing the prayer, Reza and Dewi continued their journey to a restaurant.

“A few days ago I had a client meeting at this restaurant. The food is good, the place is also comfortable,” said Reza.

“Trust me the same choice Kak Reza will never disappoint.”

Dewi and Reza entered the restaurant which at that time was not too crowded. Reza pulled the chair and invited the Goddess to sit, while Reza chose to sit in front of the Goddess.

“What do you want to order?” reza asked when a servant had come to them with his menu book.

“Because Kak Reza who has come here, so Kak Reza can choose a menu that feels right for Dewi.”

“Okay then.”

“Mbak I ordered wagyu tenderloin steak medium rare 2 same orange juice also 2 yes,” Reza said to the maid.

“Good, Mas. Please wait, thanks.”

As soon as the maid, Reza and Dewi continued their conversation. This time Reza inquired about the first day the Goddess of work returned after a six-month holiday. Reza listened carefully to all the stories of the Goddess, until finally the story was interrupted due to someone who called the name Reza. The man's voice was able to make Reza's hair stand up, fearing there would be bloodshed tonight.

“From the many restaurants in Jakarta, why should I meet him here?” reza in his heart.
