It's been twenty minutes Gara's there. Spending his time in a square room that was quite spacious, in silence. His eagle net did not shift in the slightest from the figure of a patient-clothed middle-aged man who was staring blankly out the open window of the room.
After successfully spending half of his lunch rations with the help of a nurse, the man who was still handsome even though he was not young anymore said nothing. He just glanced at Gara with a sigh as if what he was staring at was a stranger. Then, he would turn his face back in the other direction with both hands clinging to each other. Just like a kid.
"Pope.."
Although Gara knew that his heart had long been frozen and difficult to touch, but his chest could still feel the throbbing pain when he saw the figure that had been his role model all this time had to end up in this place. A place where people who lose their sanity live.
"Papa looks healthy." Because he looked carefully at his father. Although not as good as before when it was normal, but his father never lacked care. Because deliberately put it in the best place with top-level service and treatment. The man even deliberately paid the price of an experienced psychiatric doctor with the best license for his father. With hope, one day the father will return with everything he forgot.
"Sorry, I can't see Papa every day." One thing he regretted, he had enough trouble getting in and out of this place. Besides being busy taking care of the company, she also had to fight with Melly if her mother knew she was visiting her father. And that's something he hates to this day.
Gara approached and took his place right in front of his father who was sitting in a wheelchair. The man examined the face of his father who was slowly aging at eating age, but he thought the father still looked the same.
"Papa, soon the company's birthday will take place. And those sycophants will definitely act sucks later." For letting himself look like a little boy who was complaining, "i need Papa so they don't dare to come closer and pestered my life." Her eagle's eyes dimmed slightly, "because Mama's almost behaved the same way they have been these past few years. I can't even recognize him."
Gara's hand was raised, taking the father's weak hand which was still silent. But he knew that his father must have been hearing it, regardless of whether or not his father understood it with the words he said.
Her body's poor reaction to coming into contact with others doesn't apply if it's with her father. Only with the father Gara able to behave like a normal human being. For it was only this hand that he was able to touch and hold without the slightest disgust in his heart.
"If we have to keep waiting without certainty, but I don't stop hoping that someday, we can go back to what we used to be, Papa." Her tears rolled down her cheeks, along with her father's netra which was now slowly focusing on Gara.
For a moment, Gara felt that his father had returned.
. . .
"When will you stop?" a man in his raincoat is now dealing with a woman who has been his sister-in-law for a long time. He uttered a sentence that he had said too often when the meeting came.
The one being asked simply turned his face the other way without changing his flat expression. "What should I stop?" clucking annoyed with anger that slowly rose into the crown.
The man sighed in disbelief at the question, "Sister clearly knows what I mean. Didn't Brother feel sorry for Gara?"
"Don't mention my son's name if you still associate him with the betrayed man!" argue Melly. His shout was quite loud, making the servants who were not far from there feel anxious. Fear that unwanted fights will occur. "Why did you come here anyway? do you want Gara to see all this?"
"Where should I come then? this is my brother's house, my nephew's house. And my brother is here too. Do I have to follow your journey to every country so I can talk to you?" he had already tried to be patient, yet the woman in front of him had always been indifferent. That always makes him almost lose control.
"You are not in your right mind Prama! you act like I'm wrong. That was all your brother's behavior. He's the one who betrayed me, so please enjoy his own karma." Melly smiled cynically with scorn that she could not hide.
"He himself chose to be insane, Prama. Don't fabricate! he even killed the woman to remove the evidence." Melly's teeth rubbed against each other to hold back the anger that re-established her. Things often happen if he remembers his past so dark.
"My brother was never a murderer. You made that woman kill herself!" Prama can't stand Melly's horrible selfishness. "You don't even realize that this behavior of yours makes Gara a figure she's not." Missing has been the polite call that Prama used since.
"Don't be ignorant of my son's life!"
"But you should know. Didn't you realize that all this time Gara acted as if she was okay just because she didn't want to make things more complicated? he knows, because he knows about this." Prama did not understand the need to in any way let alone advise her brother-in-law.
"Basin' on a liar! feel like your hero now?" Melly looked at Prama with a bitch. I don't like what that guy says.
"You are a liar, brother, you are so arrogant! until the advice of those closest to you you ignore for the pleasure of your own ego."
Melly paused for a moment with a slightly stupefied breath. But his eyes did not change even a little from his sister-in-law who somehow since when he no longer considered as a sister-in-law.
"Whatever! please argue whatever you want, because in fact what I believe is the truth." The woman retreated slowly and turned around, "you guys are indeed big sister sisters. Not sane." He continued before actually leaving the Aditama family room in silence. The servants who heard everything were even too afraid to breathe.
While near the main entrance, Abby stood pecking with a meaningless look. He had been standing there for ten minutes. And of course the conversation of the two people he was able to hear considering how tight the two had clashed with veins just now.
If it wasn't for wanting to fulfill Melly's wish to have Abby come to this residence because of their plans at that time, then she certainly wouldn't have seen the exciting show that happened just now.
"Wow, is there something I missed?"
