The Cloud's Regret

In a room measuring only 3 x 3, with cold cement, there is only a thin mat that becomes the base, this is where behind the iron bars, the clouds are located. It has been about three months that he languished behind the cold walls of the prison along with other inmates in different cases.

At the beginning of his arrival here, he became the moons of citizens because of his whining behavior that sometimes makes people angry. So he was severely bullied by his senior prisoners. But, over time he got used to it and started to get a friend in there.

Today, she had never expected that there would be anyone visiting her before. How happy he was when he saw his father and brother coming. But the fun is only temporary. After hearing the news that he had never imagined before.

The mother apparently lay sick during her disappearance and added something very surprising to her. Hearing the news that the girl who had succeeded in depriving him of his honor, is now pregnant with a child from the results of his vile deeds. And like an arrow shot right in his heart, the brother willingly married the girl he previously loved to account for the things his sister never did. All because of his stupidity.

The clouds were sitting limp, in his holding room. Satria's words kept circling in her head.

"Never touch her life again after this, because I'll make her happy." That was the sentence that Satria had emphasized to him.

"Arggghhh, fool ... fool .. fool .." he cried in frustration as he banged his head against the wall many times.

Friends who were in custody with him stopped his crazy actions that hurt himself.

"You're crazy, yeah! You want to die! Stop, fool!" they said they cursed the Clouds who acted foolishly while pulling the body of the Clouds away from the wall.

The clouds slumped, weeping over all regrets.

"If I hadn't been rash about ruining it, this might never have happened. The girl I wanted, was now my sister's own wife." she muttered and a clear circle had already managed to break out from the corner of her eye.

"That happens let it happen, but regret comes later. But you can't dissolve in your regrets. We are here to be punished to improve and rise to a better person. Plant it in your heart, if you will change for the better. Do not continue to instill hatred and resentment, because it will further worsen your personality." said one friend Awan advising.

" Spirit, bro ...!" say another one.

The clouds felt excited again, after gaining the support of his friends.

"Maybe this is God's rebuke to me, Raina deserves to be happy with a good person like Satria." Inner Cloud tried to let go of everything that had happened.

Satria could not wait to get to her house. The road conditions are not so crowded that Satria can drive its motorcycle at high speed. Satria meandered over the road, passing every vehicle in front of him. It only took him thirty minutes and he finally arrived at his house.

Satria stuffed her motorcycle into the garage and then rammed the doorbell. Raina, who was just about to fall asleep, woke up again after hearing someone hit the bell outside.

Raina immediately woke up and saw who was outside.

"Mas Satria ..." he said softly as he opened the door for Satria.

"Assalamualaikum .. You haven't slept, Dek." said Satria as she stroked Raina's head and walked in.

"Walaikumsalam .. Raina actually wanted to sleep earlier, but heard the bell of the house so Raina woke up again" said Raina while following her husband's steps and sitting next to Satria.

"Sorry, it's disturbing your sleep. Are mommy and Bara asleep?" asked Satria while leaning her head against the sofa.

"You've been sleeping since, Mom. If Bara .. um, that kid hasn't come home like that, Mas. She had permission from Raina if she had group work at her friend's house" Raina replied.

"Ehm, let me call him later. This is a gift for you and your family." said Satria while presenting a large paper bag to Raina.

"Thank you, Mom. Is Satria going to eat? Must be we haven't had dinner, right?" ask Raina.

"Yes, prepare it. Mas want to clean the body first." said Satria while moving to his room. Raina goes to the kitchen to warm up the food for Satria. After carrying Satria's belongings and putting them in her room.

While Satria was still sitting on the edge of her bed staring at the small box containing the necklace she had bought for Raina.

"I'll give it at the right time." murmured Satria with a smile and then moved to the bathroom.
