Chapter 55 - I Love you

The red thread that was able to pass through the world portal ‘Shadow Soul’ took Valery out of there and here he was.

When she opened her eyes, the first thing Valery saw was a room so luxurious and so wide beyond her small apartment, she closed her eyes again, hoping this isn't another world that Levin purposely moved.

Valery's last memory is of him receiving Levin's ring and after that Valery doesn't remember anything, he limply tries to look further inside the room that feels foreign to him.

“what is this?”

The gaze was fixed on the tool that almost wrapped his body. Valery only realized that if he was also wearing patient clothes, he removed the respiratory tract on his face and removed the infusion tube in his hand.

‘have I had an accident?’ 

‘should have happened, shouldn't I have been in the hospital? Then where am I now? Is--,’ 

Valery got off the bed, but his body was still weak and difficult to move. With bare feet he walked out of the room. ‘Woojin, where are you?’

Valery is sure if he is back, he can confirm it because the last time Valery was taken away to the world ‘Shadow Soul’ himself experienced a lot of events that might make the doctors confused and right! Valery was supposed to be in a coma all along.

It meant that only his soul was taken away. 

"Woojin” Valery walks while resting on the wall of the room, he wants to make sure if his feelings this time are not wrong, he said, if he really has returned and everything about Aster or Afro has been lost even though Valery will not be able to live longer because of the age that continues to be cut.

Valery continued walking until he entered a main hall, where only a few servants were surprised to see him. 

“anyone can tell me where Woojin is?” valery said, somehow he was very difficult to move again, suddenly he lost his balance. 

“Valery!” 

It remained that Woojin caught the body before it touched the floor. 

Valery smiled, slowly raising his hand to touch Woojin's face, the man he had longed for and always made her ask if we could be together?

At least Valery could still feel the warmth of the face and see the eyeballs that Valery had always wanted to see and the smile that the man rarely showed.

“Woojin, is that really you?” valery said, even though the body has not been able to move much, Valery continues to force to touch Woojin's face like this is not a mere fantasy but real.

“Valery, I-” lied if Woojin can't help but cry right now, his body shaking violently and his mouth as if in glue can't say anything. He pulls Valery into the future, pouring everything into his longing. “Valery, please don't go again. I really cannot live without you, I love you”

Valery cried, that's the sentence he's been waiting for for these five months, a sentence that can give hope to him that it's not just him who harbors this feeling. “Woojin-aku-also”

The two hugged on the floor of the main room, everyone was carried away by the atmosphere of the two of them, like this was the feeling they wanted to convey and the sense of longing that was slowly being treated.

Just about to say Woojin had already closed the sentence, he kissed Valery gently very different from what the man used to do, she said, as Valery meets a warm figure in Woojin who rarely the man shows.

“so all this time, you've been taking care of my body? I think my body is not in this world”

“Valery, I'm sorry I was late saving you”

Gently Woojin puts Valery in his basket, the man is unceasingly kind and completely different to the angry and extremely rude Woojin. He still holds Valery's hand even though the red thread cannot be seen anymore.

“me too Valery, I beg you not to go again, and can you share your problems with me?” 

Valery smiled, how wonderful it was all to say a dream but it was real and really made Valery happy but on the other hand he was sad too, maybe the effect of Levin's control is still attached to his body so Valery to imagine if in front of Levin. 

“all is over, there are no more things you need to fear, your dark side is gone and you won't hurt anyone else”

“what are you going to go? Valery if I knew I'd lose you after the dark side disappeared, I'd rather go leave you”

“Woojin, every meeting there will be a farewell, nothing eternal, I will indeed leave but not this time but someday it will happen-,” 

Woojin closes Valery's mouth with his hand, not that he doesn't want to listen to what Valery is talking about but rather that Woojin is unable to listen if his words say that he will leave. 

“if you insist on leaving, I will cover this entire country to prevent you from leaving!”

“Woojin, would you like to hear my story before you get here? I went somewhere else, where I really saw my mom and dad”

Yeah, that's true. 

That's the obstacle Valery back on his body when a long time when he had left the world ‘Shadow Soul’.

It's not just Woojin's business that he does, but in fact Afro people are involved in it. With a thread of red in Valery's soul the Afro Child helps him out of Levin's portal. 

At first Valery thought he would be really made to directly choose because the Aster in his body was dead but he was actually met when unexpected. He was reunited with his mother after several years and Valery was invited to visit the father who was different from the life of the mother. 

At first glance it is very fun, but the moment when the leadership of the Afro brought to a place or rather like other realms where Valery saw a lot of people there.

‘Valery, your life will not be as long as you already know, right? You were too young to kill that Aster so the Afro lost another mate, I brought you here not to punish you but instead you are here given the choice to be like us or give birth to a baby as a substitute for you’ said the Afro leader.

“what did you choose?” woojin asked, she was already curious about Valery's choice rather than listening to the continuation of the story. “you must have chosen the second choice right?”

“I haven't chosen, I was told by them to think” 

Woojin directly put Valery's hand to his chest, “Valery, would you rather be like them? An Afro must not fall in love, the task is also so heavy for you, let's get married and be born a child to give to them”

Valery heard it was sad, he kept it away and just kept quiet, it sounds selfish if Valery prefers to sacrifice the life of his son who is not in his stomach but Woojin will be hurt if he prefers to be an Afro.

“what if in fact I can't have any more children? You are a prince, right? And will be king. This kingdom needs a successor Woojin, not a queen of” 

“ for what you say you love me if at the end we will part another, if only parted until so many years I will wait for it but real you will be there for hundreds of years and no life after” Woojin sighed since “we have done blood ties, we have done blood ties, until whenever I can't love another woman let alone marry” 

“Woojin, if I knew in the end like this, I would prefer to leave but everything is holding me here, I'm scared and I'm confused, they keep saying I'm leaving because of my fault but on the other hand I'm afraid to leave you, is our love wrong?”

Valery's crying again, is this the story? 

Though his mother and father made himself like this but why Valery alone should bear it, he could not even make a choice for the certainty of his next life. 

“there is no wrong love in this world Valery, it's just not love that causes this to happen but destiny, I'm sure we can get through all this” with a swift Woojin to bring Valery into the future.
