Chapters. 76. Worries

After a long negotiation, the decision was finally reached. Zulaikha's family and Ammar's family decided to return to Indonesia to see the situation of Diana's mother, as well as for a proposal event to be held at the old house of the Zulaikha family.

However, when Zulaikha recounted everything that happened to his two sisters. They seemed to strongly disagree with the decision to return to the place where they came from, not because of the reason they did not want to visit Mother Diana but because of the existence of Defin which would certainly again disturb Zulaikha.

"Dek, Mbak is sure he will not do such a thing," said Zulaikha, he tried to convince his two brothers that Defin would no longer bother him.

"Bak himself still reminded me, if a few days ago the man had come to this house? and Ma'am even said that he wouldn't do that?" syifa said with emotion he stood up from his seat because he did not agree with the decision they had taken.

Sita clasped Syifa's hand trying to calm her down, she was afraid that her best friend would get out of control and end up hurting Zulaikha even though Zulaikha himself never felt hurt in his two sisters.

Ammar and Ibu Dijah who are still in that place lyrics to each other because of the tension that is happening, they are confused about what to do to melt the atmosphere.

"but Dek, Mbak also can not be silent?" reply Zulaikha, he looked at Syifa with sadness to make Syifa cluck upset because the gaze of the Brother that felt piercing his heart.

"sorry, Mom! He has always been like that" said Zulaikha unkindly, fearing that Syifa's anger would offend them.

Diana and Ammar's mother shook their heads when they heard what Zulaikha said. "She's funny, just like a kid." Ammar chuckled softly as he recalled the expression on Syifa's face that seemed very upset to all of them.

"He was always like that, explosive and emotional. But in fact, she is a caring and empathetic woman to others" said Zulaikha, smiling at Syifa's tightly shut room.

Ammar and his mother agreed to what Zulaikha said, they also knew that behind Syifa's anger there was a sense of worry and care for her brother.

Sita who was still listening to their conversation smiled knot. "Of course Syifa is good, otherwise she may have gone mad with your capture, Ammar!" Sita rushed from there to prepare the items they would bring back to Indonesia.

A few hours later, the Zulaikha and Ammar families were ready to leave for Indonesia. Ammar had prepared a private plane for their departure making Zulaikha and his two sisters stunned when they saw the iron dragonfly belonged to the Ammar family.

"It really belongs, Mas?" Zulaikha pointed right at the parked plane in the airport, as well as Syifa and Sita who could not blink when they saw the giant object.

"For Ma, this is Papa's big one. Abis has a little Papa too." Aziz jumped down from Ammar's sling and ran up into the plane.

Then they all followed the steps of the little boy to get into the plane with all their equipment.

"but Mas, why is Mas still calling me Ma'am?" asked Zulaikha while walking into the plane, Ammar who was in front of him immediately turned his head back to make Zulaikha steps stopped.

"that's because I'm not used to Zulaikha, sometimes I feel ashamed, too" said Ammar, he then continued his steps to the chair right next to Aziz.

Zulaikha smiled wryly as she watched Ammar's reddened face, now she was sure that the man was really ashamed of her.

"He's so sweet." Unknowingly Zulaikha continued to look at Ammar making his two Sisters giggle amused when he saw their Brother was fascinated by the man's good looks.

"Ehem, the world feels like both. Until you can't turn away!"

"Mama! Mama is sitting here!" Aziz called Zulaikha to make the woman not sit down, she then looked at Aziz who was pointing at the empty chair in front of him.

"Yes, Son! sit here." Mother Sejah patted the chair beside her making Zulaikha immediately walk back towards Ammar.

He kept his head down because he felt really embarrassed, he could have embarrassed himself in front of many people.

"O Allah, I want to sink to the earth!" Zulaikha glanced at Syifa and Sita who was still giggling laughed at her, she glared sharply as if telling her two sisters to be quiet.

"Zulaikha,"

"Yes Ma'am?" Sangking surprised to hear the call of Bu Dijah, Zulaikha until slightly raised his voice made Ammar and Aziz who were in front of him immediately look at Zulaikha.

Zulaikha only smiled awkwardly as she looked at the Ammar family's gaze at her, she really felt annoyed at herself who always put shame in front of others.

"mother's voice surprised you, didn't it?" mother asked Sejah, she smiled amusedly as she looked at Zulaikha's face that was crimson due to enduring embarrassment.

"no, ma'am!" refuting Zulaikha, he tried to calm his soul and body that had been constantly turbulent.

"well, there's something I want to ask you. But, I hope you're not offended by Mom's question!" said Mother Seen quietly, she looked at Zulaikha with a gentle and deep gaze.

Zulaikha smiled in response to the middle-aged woman's remark. "what is Zulaikha offended for, Mom? I'm already like Zulaikha's own parents, so it's inappropriate for Zulaikha to be offended or angry at Mom!"

Mother Sejah was happy and calm when she heard Zulaikha's answer, while Ammar who was in front of the two women sharpened his ears to listen to what his mother was talking to his future wife.

"Mom wants to ask you one thing, son! if...., if Defin had asked you to return to be his wife, is there a chance that you would have thought of him?" mother Sejah's voice sounded very hesitant to say what she wanted to say, for the first time she felt worried just in case Zulaikha still harbored feelings for her ex-husband.

Zulaikha was silent at the question of the middle-aged woman who would soon become her father-in-law, while Ammar looked at her because he was surprised by the question his mother asked Zulaikha.

"why do you ask like that? do you feel worried and distrustful of Zulaikha?" Ammar then turned to look at Zulaikha who seemed to be preparing to answer the question from the mother.
