Chapters. 69. Zulaikha

The mood that was once always happy and flowery now suddenly became restless, and was filled with worry.

"Sir, will you answer my feelings?" asked Ammar hesitantly, to be honest he was not ready with the answer that Zulaikha would say later. Especially if the answer contained rejection, surely his soul would be completely shaken.

"emm, that's Ma'am. I'm not in a hurry, um I mean"

"it's okay, I've given everything to the owner of our heart. May this be the best way for each of us to live" Zulaikha cut, he rushed to clear the documents that had been dropped by Ammar.

While Ammar himself was still glued to where he stood, his intelligent brain was trying to digest word for word that Zulaikha had spoken to him.

"is Zulaikha going to reject me?"

Ammar immediately looked at Zulaikha who was drafting documents into the closet, his chest rumbling when he saw Zulaikha smiling sweetly at him.

"if so, I wait in an ordinary restaurant, yes" exclaimed Zulaikha as he grabbed his bag and passed out of his room leaving Ammar still manned.

"bismillah, may this be the best decision, O Allah," murmured Zulaikha as he continued to take his steps towards a restaurant that became a regular place for him and Ammar to enjoy the lunch menu.

Arriving at the restaurant, Zulaikha deliberately ordered a private room so that he could be more free to convey his answer.

Zulaikha waited for Ammar's arrival with a troubled heart, but he would give the man an answer but instead like him who was waiting for his answer.

While Ammar is still in the company, must be escorted to the restaurant by Rafa. Because of the feeling of anxiety and worry, he could not concentrate on driving his car. So Ammar ordered Rafa to take him to Zulaikha.

"o God, I'm so nervous!" lamented Ammar, he leaned his body in the car.

Rafa glanced at Ammar with a thin smile, he was comforted to see the look of Ammar's face that looked funny and adorable in his eyes.

"let's see your beloved sister Zam, you'll be very happy, '" Rafa suddenly remembered his late best friend who was the older brother of the man he was with.

A moment later, their car arrived at the destination. Rafa and Ammar immediately disembark to enter the restaurant, but suddenly Ammar stopped his footsteps when he received an incoming message from Zulaikha's counselor.

"Ammar, I'm waiting in room 03 yeah,"

That was the content of the message that Zulaikha sent to Ammar made the man speechless.

"why? did something happen to the company?" rafa asked, he looked at Ammar who kept glaring at his phone.

"how's this? why did Ms Zulaikha order a private room? did Ms. Zulaikha not want to see me embarrassed, so she ordered a closed room," said Ammar, she felt very confident that Zulaikha would definitely reject her declaration of love.

Rafa clucked annoyed when he heard what Ammar said, he then pulled the collar of the man's shirt to make Ammar surprised by the actions of his bars.

"get in! and prove what you say is true or not! don't you remember that saying was a do'a? all your words will surely come true" said Rafa sharply, he then removed the collar of Ammar shirt so that the man could breathe a sigh of relief.

"it's really a bang, a pouch-"

"you come in, or me?" threatening Rafa, he was already very furious at what Ammar is doing at the moment.

Hearing Rafa's threat, Ammar hurried to continue his footsteps to meet Zulaikha. Even though he was walking fast, Ammar did not realize that he had passed the room occupied by the woman.

After paying attention to the row of room numbers, Ammar realized that he had passed. Then he immediately turned around and stopped right in front of the door of room 03.

Zulaikha who had been waiting for Ammar's arrival immediately stood up when he saw the man while Ammar himself only smiled faintly and immediately sat in front of Zulaikha.

Ammar's eyes rounded perfectly when he saw the various kinds of food that had been on the table, and he was even more shocked when he realized that all the food that was on the table was his favorite food.

Ammar raised his head to look at Zulaikha, and was met with a sweet smile from the woman.

"Sir, i-this-what's this?" ammar asked stutteringly, he felt confused and did not understand what the woman was currently doing.

"Mas Ammar, I accept your feelings, and am willing to be your wife,"

deg, Ammar was astonished by what he had just heard from Zulaikha's mouth. His eyes were perfectly rounded with his mouth open because he was shocked by what Zulaikha said, his life seemed to be flying in space at this time.

"i cannot be a strong and obedient woman like Khadija, nor can I be a loving and tender woman like Aisyah. So, please guide me to be a devout woman who can accompany you to His heaven,"

Ammar was glued with teary eyes when he heard all Zulaikha's words, he then lowered his head so that Zulaikha could not see the tears that had escaped the corner of his eyes.

Zulaikha himself did not expect that his mouth would speak such words to Ammar, but it was his heart that he managed to reveal to the man.

"thank you Ma'am, thank you. God willing, I will always guide you, God willing, we will be together to sail the household ark in the shade of God" Ammar replied.

No words can describe how happy Ammar is right now, it feels like thousands of flowers are not enough to symbolize the blooming of his heart which is currently after his love is reciprocated by the only woman who has filled the recesses of his heart.

Zulaikha himself felt very relieved because he had answered Ammar's love, he who never thought that he had fallen in love with the man, was shown by God and opened his heart.

"god, whatever happens. All things are your will, so give us the ease to exercise all the choices we have made," Zulaikha breathed a moment to offer a do'a to the Owner who had shown and opened the way for his relationship and also Ammar.

After all the love confession process was completed, they began to enjoy the food and drink menu that had been in front of them.

Without Zulaikha realizing, if since then his phone continues to vibrate signifying that there is someone who constantly calls him.

Zulaikha who was about to grab something inside her bag just felt the vibration of her phone, she switched to take the phone and picked up the call from someone.

"assalamu'alaikum, Dad,"

"what?" Zulaikha jumped in shock to the point of standing up from his seat when he heard bad news from someone who made a call with him.
