Chapters. 57. Papa's dead!

"god, help me!" Ammar was already worried about what Zulaikha would ask, his palms were even sweaty with a heartbeat that was getting stronger.

"how do you think they know I'm here?"

Ammar immediately breathed a sigh of relief upon hearing what Zulaikha asked, he then rubbed the sweat that flowed because he was restless waiting for the woman's words.

Sangking nervous and excited Ammar to answer Zulaikha's question with a single breath, he was not even aware of what he said because he was shocked by the woman's question.

"then, how do they know I'm here?" zulaikha continued while looking at Ammar as if he was asking the man.

Ammar exhaled slowly, trying to get back to his right mind after being made nervous and misbehaved by Zulaikha.

"it's easy, Ma'am! I'm sure he must be looking for my place to live, as well as to meet with Mbak," replied Ammar, he could already guess where Defin knew that Zulaikha lived in the area around it.

Zulaikha nodded his head when he heard the man's reply, he then sighed violently because he no longer knew what to do so that Defin would not come back to disturb him.

"what, Mommy really won't come back to him?" ammar asked hesitantly, he was curious as to what Zulaikha was feeling right now.

Zulaikha smiled at Ammar's question, "i don't know, Ammar. But for sure, my heart really doesn't want it anymore. Now, I can only leave everything to the Almighty. I also hope that God will show me the way, and also Mas Defin," said Zulaikha, a clear look of sadness on the woman's face.

"hopefully on your way, there will be me accompanying you, Ma'am!" Ammar could only pray that one day Zulaikha would open his heart to make room for Ammar.

Zulaikha glanced at Ammar with a faint smile, honestly, his heart was pounding repeatedly when he was with Ammar. While Syifa was smiling herself at seeing the misbehaving Brother, she was sure that her Brother had feelings for Ammar.

"Mama, where's Papa? Aziz wants to go with Papa!" he said, his hands were wrapped around Zulaikha's neck while continuing to call his Papa.

"yes dear, Papa is home. We go there, Aziz, don't cry anymore! Hem," said Zulaikha fondly, he wiped away the tears of Aziz still on his face.

He then walked to the house of Ammar which is only a few meters from his own house, because Ammar deliberately gave the house to them to be close to his family home.

Zulaikha glanced at Aziz who looked still crying even though it was not as much as before.

"in a moment we meet Papa, Aziz don't cry anymore!" zulaikha said later, it was seen that the woman was already in front of the fence of the Ammar family luxury house.

"loh, Zulaikha's mother!" exclaimed the gatekeeper of the Ammar house who was replied with a smile and a nod of Zulaikha's head, the middle-aged man immediately opened the gate so that Zulaikha could enter.

Zulaikha then walked into the courtyard of the house of Ammar, seen some servants were passing by around the luxurious house.

"look! Papa is in the park" exclaimed Zulaikha when he saw Ammar sitting beside the house with Madam Dijah, Zulaikha then accelerated his footsteps to join them faster.

"Father!" zulaikha shouted while waving Aziz's hand, making Ammar and his mother look towards them, Ammar and his mother smiled brightly and rose from their seats to welcome the arrival of the woman. Although every day Zulaikha always came to meet or play with Aziz.

"Papa's dead!

as soon as Zulaikha's steps stopped when he heard Aziz's words, he saw the little boy sharply because he was shocked by what he said.

While Ammar and Ibu Dijah who were still looking at Zulaikha were confused when they saw her stop, they decided to approach Zulaikha because she was still silent by looking at Aziz.

"Papa died, Papa died with Papa the Great!"
