"I won't forgive myself if something happens to my mother" the girl said.
"That's Diya....Patience...I'm sure your mother will be fine, believe me!" Ferdi said again, burying the girl's head in his arms.
The two young people were not aware that from earlier there was someone who noticed their behavior. Both of them were shocked when reprimanded the person earlier and immediately released their embrace.
"Ferdi? Why are you here? You're not in school?" The man asked astonished to see his son there.
"Anu ma's...Anu..." Ferdi could not answer because his mother was caught by a doctor at the hospital.
"Please go to your room...! Wait right there"
"But ma...I'm..." The young man did not continue his sentence because his mother was a little pushy with the glare of his eyes.
"Sister Ferdi's mother?" Diya whispered quietly after seeing the doctor examining her mother's condition. Ferdi nodded.
"I'll stay first"
"Yes..." Diya answered approaching her unconscious mother.
After the doctor examined him, Diya asked carefully.
"How's the doc of my mother's condition?"
"Udah is a bit better, in a few hours he will wake up. You take it easy, yes" he replied smiling blandly.
"Thank you doc"
"Yes.."
"Who's your name?" The doctor asked him to make Diya's heart flutter.
"Diya" replied her slowly a little wryly when she saw the doctor's view of her. Very piercing. It seems he doesn't like it.
"Excuse me" he said after observing Diya. Diya breathed a sigh of relief as the doctor walked out of his room.
"Mudah-mudahan tidak terjadi sesuatu kepada kak Ferdi" Katanya dalam hati seraya berdoa.

"You don't like it when you're in contact with the girl" doctor Mira said firmly when facing Ferdi directly.
"What does mama mean?"
"Kethrine?" Repeated Ferdi smiled blandly.
"Ferdi doesn't love Kethrine ma...Ferdi loves Diya. Diya was everything to Ferdi"
"What do you mean" Denied Mira growled.
"You..."
Doctor Mira did not get angry, because the door of the room was heard on tap by someone.
"Sorry doc" said a nurse entering the room.
"Space number 4 should be checked immediately. It was a dock emergency" said the nurse a little worried.
"Yes...I'll be there for a while" replied Mira briefly. After the nurse came out, Mira approached her son.
"Mama doesn't like that girl. Understood it! This question, let's talk in front of your father. Let her know what her daughter's choice is" she said straight out of the room. Ferdi rubbed his hair. He became angry and impressed with the attitude of his adoptive mother. With wide steps, he immediately left the room.

"Kak Ferdi" Tegur Diya when he saw who came.
"You're okay, right?" Her question saw the change in the young man's attitude.
"You're not being asked the same questions as my mama?"
"Sir" replied Diya astonished.
"Why brother?"
"Son....Nothing" replied Ferdi evasive and changed the subject.
"Oh...Yep...How's your mother doing?"
"Udah started to get better, he realized for a while. Then go back to sleep"
"Thank God then" he said softly. Silent....
"Sister Ferdi's okay, right?" Diya asked again because it was unpleasant to see the change in attitude and look on the young man's face.
"There's nothing" replied Ferdi smiling.
