TWENTY-FIVE

Seen box car driven by Agum entered his yard. He came out from behind the wheel carrying several plastic bags containing various kinds of fruit inside.

"Mas, have you gone home?, the clock has come home, usually at eight new nyampe house?", asked Lintang while looking at the clock on his cellphone which just showed at five in the afternoon.

"Dear, I don't feel well, the head feels heavy" replied Agum.

Latitude looked at Agum's face, sure enough, he looked a little pale. The latitude exhaled a rough breath. Just now she was faced with the condition of Friska who was affected by typhoid, now her husband is in a bad condition as well.

"What's the matter, dear?", asked Agum

"It's nothing. Dah yuk enter first", invite Lintang.

Lintang held Agum's arm towards their private room. Agum immediately put his body on the bed.

"Mas want to take a bath first?, let Lintang boil warm water" Lintang fresh

"Yes deck, please boil water yes", he said softly.

Latitude to the kitchen, boiling water for the purposes of bathing her husband. Soon, everything was ready, and Lintang led Agum to the bathroom.

Agum was silent as he thought. Lintang did not wait long to sit Agum on the closet, then she bathed her husband.

"Mas has a history of hypertension?", asked Lintang while massaging her husband's arm.

"Are we now going to the mas clinic, let's know for sure?" said Lintang offer.

"Tomorrow on deck. Now I want to rest. The head feels heavy" replied Agum.

"Yes already, pray maghrib first yuk mas, after that continue to rest", invite Lintang.

Lintang and Agum perform congregational maghrib prayers. Three rakaats were finished, and Lintang went to the kitchen to prepare her husband's dinner. While Agum, back lying on his bed.

The latitude was busy in the kitchen this morning. He was preparing a breakfast menu for his family. Chicken soup became his choice to be the breakfast menu this morning.

"Dek, put the vegetables yes, if the sauce is boiling, the stove is immediately turned off", Pinta Lintang told Mimin.

"Yes to Lin", replied Mimin

Return to room. He saw Agum still curled up under his blanket. He approached Agum and tried to wake him up.

"Mas, mas, wake up yuk, take a shower and keep breakfast!", said Lintang while shaking Agum's body.

Agum squirmed, opened his eyes, trying to wake up from his dream. His face looked soft and limp. He tried to sit down then

Agum spewed out his entire entrails right in the lap of the Latitude. And certainly managed to make a Latitude shirt full of something that came out of Agum's stomach.

Lintang smiled as he continued to pay attention to the former vomit Agum.

"It's okay, ma'am. Bye, Lintang clean-up first. After this we go to the clinic. Adek is afraid of why" , replied Lintang while stretching to the bathroom.

The latitude cleansed his body. He used his kimono towel then prepared warm water for the Agum bath. After that he approached Agum who was still lying on the bed.

"Come mas, adek akinin bath" said Lintang.

The latitude also memapah Agum which looks staggering. As usual, he sat Agum in a closet and then he poured Agum's body with warm water that he had previously prepared.

Lintang wore his maroon red robe which he combined with an instant black veil. After that he fed Agum painstakingly. At least so that something filled her husband's stomach.

"We will ride the motorcycle yes mas, let adek boncengin" said Lintang while feeding rice and vegetable soup into the mouth of Agum.

"What's the deck?", asked Agum

"Yes nothing mas, indeed why?, Lintang even not calm if using a car", replied Lintang anyway.

"But the mas always feel calm if there is beside you dear," said Agum while kissing Latang cheek. The one being kissed looks groggy while blushing shyly.

Agum just nodded. He felt like he could do nothing because his head was so heavy. And it is according to what the latitude says.

The latitude parked his matic motorbike in the front parking lot of the clinic. He breathed a rough breath. Just yesterday he visited this clinic and today he has to go back again.

He remained faithful to hold Agum's arm when entering the registration place. After registering, they sat on a bench that was devoted to waiting for calls.

Fifteen minutes later Agum's queue number was called. The latitude divides him into the practice doctor's room at the clinic.

"Good day father, mother", greet the young male doctor in the range of thirty-five years.

The second number (diastolic) represents the pressure inside the blood vessels when the heart is resting between heartbeats. A person can be said to have hypertension when measured on two different days, the systolic blood pressure reading on both days is greater than 140 mmHg and or the diastolic blood pressure reading on both days is greater than 90 mmHg. And after I checked the father's blood pressure 160/100", replied doctor Ilham

"For the treatment how is it doc?", asked Agum further

"For the moment I give special drugs patients with hypertension only yes sir. Medications to remove excess salt and fluid in the body through urine. Drugs to dilate blood vessels, so that blood pressure can go down. And drugs that work to slow the heartbeat and dilate the vessels. The purpose of using this drug is to lower the blood pressure of people with hypertension. Blood pressure-lowering drugs that function to make blood vessel walls more relaxed and renin inhibiting drugs that have the main function of drugs to inhibit the work of enzymes that function to raise blood pressure and are produced by kidney. If renin is overworked, blood pressure will rise uncontrollably" Dr. Ilham explained

"Well, for a while cigarettes the same coffee avoided first yes sir", continued Dr. Ilham also.
