TWENTY-ONE
Lintang blinked both of his eyes, trying to wake up from his long dream. There was a regular breathing of her husband, a sign that he was still asleep in his sleep. He saw a short clock on the wall of his room between the numbers two and three.
She looked at her husband's face. His mood was still so upset when he recalled the incident of dinner with Reni a moment ago. In his mind began to appear bad thoughts as well as an unwarranted prejudice.
Lintang threw out a rough breath, trying to master the state of his heart. Trying to think positively about her husband. He also stroked his flat stomach.

Agum came out of the door of the mosque behind his office after finishing performing the Asar prayer service. Usually after finishing Asar prayer two hours later he will go home soon. "Your wife looks very young, how many years are you with her?", asked Reni to try to open a conversation with Agum.

"Oh.. Do you love your wife?, I heard you only knew her for a while and then got married immediately?", asked Reni in a probing tone.
"Why are you asking Ren?", Agum asked
"Hmmmm it's nothing, I just remember five years ago someone told me, if I love her death and nothing can ever replace my position in her heart" Lintang replied lightly

Agum smiled faintly "That was Ren, before you decided on me and chose to marry him......."
"Mama, where are you?", a male voice came from inside Reni's house.
The man went out and approached Reni and Agum who seemed to be busy chatting.
"Oh you are here, huh?" said the man.
"What's the reward?", asked Reni
"That's the kids waiting in the dining room, going to eat pizza together" he said", replied the man. Reni nodded too.
"Well, are you also Gum?", the man continued when he saw Agum's whereabouts.
"Yes Tom, that was the Asar prayer" replied Agum
"Oh yes, congratulations on your marriage. Sorry at that time I was the same Reni could not come, because there was more business in Bandung", said the man named Tomi.
"That's okay, Tom, the important thing is his prayer" replied Agum
"Oh yes, I first Tom, Ren, there is still a lot of work in the office" Agum continued, saying goodbye. Tomi and Reni nodded and Agum left the two of them.

Agum leaned his back on his study chair. His mind wandered far away. It's a long way off because it happened five years ago. When he lived in Jogja for two years. After he met Reni after the Asar prayer, it was as if his brain was rewinding the memory five years ago, and he was further immersed in the memory.
The flashback
A couple of lovers were sitting in a city park chair. "Do you love him?", asked the man. The woman did not respond to anything.
"Why don't you want to fight for our relationship Ren, so that your parents can accept me?", he asked
"I can't do anything mas" the woman replied briefly.
The man hugged the woman's body. Then kiss her lips with a deep kiss.
"You know Ren, you're my love of death. And at any moment nothing will ever replace your position in my heart" he said.
"Marry your parents' choice, but don't force me to erase your name from my soul" she continued.
