“Kio. Play with Kayla, kid! Don't push each other.” Dara tries to direct Kio to get along with playing with his younger sister who is learning the way. It has been 2 months Dara takes care of her two children while working. Lately he's been even more busy, writing something on his laptop.
An idea that just came to his head, did not want him to waste. One night after thinking about it, Dara took a laptop and directly designed a restaurant themed ‘shop & go’ considering in this pandemic, there are no crowds allowed.
Several times he checked the rest of his savings, and it seemed enough to make a tool with his own idea of selling smoked meat. She had never seen anything like this idea before, and as a woman who was good at cooking, Dara was eager to try her luck.
“What's busy on holidays like this?” Tomi looked at what his wife was doing.
“Rotisserie? This is your idea?” he continued so to read at a glance. For ideas like this, Tomi no longer hesitated to his wife. The woman he married was not a woman. He was full of ideas, and could develop them in an instant.
“iya.” Answer Dara briefly. This tough attitude he still maintained even though Tomi had softened to him.
“I want to help. What can I help you with? I think your idea will work ..”
“Hmmm” Dara momentarily thought. It is also true what her husband said. After all, Tomi was the one who was the most likely to help her.
“I need to make a tool. You remember the tools we saw in Manila? For the smoked meat. I need tools like that. Who can I pay to make that tool?” keep Dara.
Tomi got up, picked up a piece of paper and a pen. He sat next to his wife ...
His hands scrawled the paper making a skeleton of a grill, and thrust it at Dara.
“Like this?” said it. Dara nodded, and added some details to the paper.
“Sapri can! You recall? Our satpam. He was very good at making machines like this. Should I visit him?” tomi.
“Iya. Try the discussion first. I want to know how much money. After that, I just thought about the recipe how ..” said Dara, and a kiss from her husband landed on her forehead gently.
“I did not choose wrong. You are indeed the brain used to the maximum, haha!” tomi's taunts, countered with a smile and a gentle punch to her chest.
“Well dong, smile. Fani does not exist. Hahaha!” tease Tomi again.
“So when?”
“What?” answer Dara briefly.
“When am I not on my back again when sleeping?” Tomi smiled seductively, replied with a pinch of Dara.
“I enggak dakutin ... Only turn your back.”
“Hahaha is the same!” he hugged his wife and kissed her all over his face.
“I want us to keep this up,” Tomi continued.
“I don't like you to be jealous. Especially with a woman who has nothing to do with you. You are so much more, why should I look for less?” Tomi tries to convince Dara.
Hearing her husband's words, Dara was a little happy, but did not erase the worries in her heart. With that much experience, Dara becomes even more difficult to get rid of her worries.
“So what will your store name be?” ask Tomi to his wife.
Dara's eyes looked at her two children who were playing then said, “K. K Rotisserie's. For children later.”
Tom smiled and hugged his wife again. He's really lucky to have a woman full of ideas like this Dara. Especially in pandemic times, many people have lost their jobs, but his wife has an idea that was previously unthinkable for her.
They have agreed to directly discuss Dara's idea with Sapri, a former security guard in their office, who previously worked as a mechanical engineer. Dara will immediately dabble in some concoctions to determine their original menu later.
“Hmmm good luck ..”
“Definitely. It must be a pity...” replied Tomi cheering his wife.
