The Wasted Bride

The Wasted Bride
Re-meeting

"Assalamu'alaikum."

Ustadz Zahid, Mehmet, Aldair, and Sean have arrived at the Ghifari family home.

"Wa'alaikumsalam," answered Amma who appeared from the kitchen and immediately took her husband's hand to be let down.

"Come to the dining room, Amma has prepared for you."

"Naaina?"

Amma smiled at the question of her eldest son. He understood that his son wanted to ask about Arwaa.

"Amma will get Naina and Arwaa to come..."

"Will?"

Everyone turned to Aldair who gasped at hearing the name of the woman he had been looking for.

"Hm... Iya Arwaa, Naina's friend, Sean's cousin," explained Mehmet feeling confused by Aldair's attitude.

Unknowingly Aldair's tears trickled down making everyone who saw him shocked.

"Sorry!" Aldair said before he hurriedly stepped onto the second floor, towards Naina's room.

Aldair knew the location because to get to the guest room, he had to pass through the room of his business partner's sister first.

Mehmet and Sean, who feel strange about Aldair's attitude, follow the man. And stopped when he saw Aldair who was silent in front of Naina's room.

"I'm sorry if I let your family down. But my current state does not allow me to think about other men's feelings."

Sayup-sayup heard the voice of a woman who in recent months is very Aldair miss.

"What do you mean Arwaa?"

"I've been mussing..."

"She is married!"

Aldair suddenly went into Naina's room making the person there surprised.

"Mas Genta..."

Arwaa could not believe her eyes as she caught the figure of the man who had always made her feel uneasy.

"What do you mean?"

Mehmet asked this time. The man did not like Aldair's saying that his sister's friend was married.

"I said he was married!"

Aldair's voice sounded cold.

Himself realized.

So all this time the woman who was always talked about by the Ghifari family as the future wife of Mehmet was his wife.

Don't hope!

"Why can you talk like that?"

Sean's voice sounded. The man knew enough of the reason why his cousin was in Canada.

"Because I'm a husband..."

Aldair has not spoken. His body is suddenly overturned by someone who is none other than Sean, Arwaa's cousin.

'Bugh'

"Yeah!!"

Naina screams while Arwaa closes her mouth to see Aldair staggered by Sean's punch.

Sean could not control himself, he continued to beat Aldair until Mehmet who had been trying to digest what had happened, intervened, holding Sean who was like a fidelity.

"Damn! Unhand me! Let me hit that jerk!!" Sean's scaffolding continues to try to break away from Mehmet.

Ustadz Zahid and Amma who heard the commotion on the 2nd floor immediately ran towards there. They were surprised to see the commotion that was happening there.

"WHAT IS THIS?!"

Ustadz Zahid's voice boomed, sounding terrible enough to make everyone in his daughter's room was silent.

Mehmet released Sean who looked more restrained his emotions but still stared hard at Aldair who had sat down with his injured lips with a nose that also bleed.

***

After the commotion in Naina's room earlier. Aldair and Arwaa are in the guest room facing Ustadz Zahid. Sean went somewhere.

Actually Mehmet and Naina also had wanted to be there but Amma forbade because it dealt with the personal life of Arwaa and Aldair, he said, what they recently learned is that the two are married couples.

The wound on Aldair's face had been treated by Arwaa of course, because it was the man who asked for it.

Ustadz Zahid looked deeply at the two men before him. He was quite astonished to hear the explanation from Aldair about what had happened between them.

Especially after he heard about the marriage study earlier. It was obvious how sinful he had been to Arwaa all this time.

"What does Aldair really explain, Arwaa?" Tanya Ustadz Zahid.

"True Ustadz."

Arwaa nodded confidently. Although he had been made agitated by the existence of Aldair, but he felt that they should have talked about this.

"I've been wanting to talk about this for a long time with Ustadz, because I still don't know my current status, whether it's divorced or possessed..."

"Mas won't divorce you Arwaa!" Firmly Aldair stared intently at Arwaa who was only replied by a sigh of fatigue.

However, Arwaa's current state had not completely recovered, clearly visible from her pale face.

"Previously sorry, you said you never touched your wife for almost 2 years of your marriage. Is that so Aldair?"

Aldair nodded though uneasy at the question posed by Ustadz Zahid.

"Is it the reason you did that because your wife was disobedient and disobedient to you?"

Aldair looked at Ustadz Zahid with a worried look. Should he tell her the reason for that. He turned his head trying to see the reaction of the wife who turned out to be just looking down, dodging from looking at her.

Ustadz Zahid breathed.

"This is how Aldair, a husband should not leave his wife in bed for some time, unless the wife does nusyuz or defiance, disobeys her husband, does not fulfill the rights of her husband, does not fulfill the rights of her husband, it is permissible for the husband to silence his wife until she repents,"

"As described in the Qur'an the letter of An-Nisa verse 34. The women whom you fear are nusyuz, so counsel them and separate them in their beds, and beat them up. Then if they obey you, then do not look for a way to trouble them. Verily, Allah is Most High, Most Great."

Aldair looked down to hear Ustadz Zahid reciting a letter meaning woman in the Qur'an.

"If there is no nusyuz then it is not permissible for the husband to silence him because it is required that a husband maintain the honor of his wife, and to make his wife fit his needs and the ability of the husband,"

"If a husband leaves his wife on the bed for more than four months, deliberately neglects her, without the carelessness of his wife to fulfill the rights of the husband, then the husband is under the law of the court, although not swearing, equal to the law of ilaa’ or swear not to fuck his wife. If for four months the husband has not returned to his wife and paid her, but he is able to do so, not during menstruation and childbirth, then he is told to divorce her, but if he refuses to go back to his wife and does not want to divorce her, then the judge who divorced him or annulled his marriage, if the woman asked him so," explained Ustadz Zahid made Aldair look up.

Aldair's body stiffened at Ustadz Zahid's explanation. Doesn't that mean they can get divorced if Arwaa does ask for it because after all she has ignored all the birth and inner living of her wife during their marriage.

"How did Arwaa, did you do something your husband didn't want to do to make your husband silence you?"

Arwaa shook her head, slowly she turned to her husband with tears welling up.

"My husband... Did your wife do something you didn't want to do?" Lirih Arwaa tried to hold back her tears so as not to drip.

However, she is still a woman who is injured when hurt, feels useless when ignored.

Aldair stared into the eyes of his wife who was ready to shed those tears. He suddenly stood up and knelt at his wife's feet.

"Astaghfirullah maaas!!!"

Arwaa who found Aldair doing that also suddenly moved from her seat and joined on her knees to align herself with her husband.

"Mas don't be like this, I beg you!"

Aldair shook his head quickly with tears as well.

"No Arwaa, no. I should have done this to you long ago. I don't know what else I can do to apologize for all the mistakes I've done. He was blind, completely blinded by the lust of the world so that he could not see the figure of the angel that God had given to him all this time."

Arwaa's tears were no longer held back. No matter how disappointed she was with Aldair, she still did not want her husband to kneel down just to get his forgiveness.

Aldair lowered his head not wanting Arwaa to see him crying like this with his hands tightly holding his wife's hand.

Arwaa could feel Aldair's tears in her hands making her heart full, how much her husband regretted his actions.

"Yes..." Call Arwaa gently with a hand that also returned the handle of the husband made Aldair raise his head.

"Sit down first. I can't if it's like this."

Aldair shook his head and tightened his hand. He was so afraid that if his grasp was broken his wife would leave again.

"I beg you!" Pinta Arwaa gave a gentle smile that Aldair deeply missed.

Slowly Aldair got up and sat himself still holding Arwaa's hand.

Ustadz Zahid smiled at the sight of the married couple in front of him.

"So you forgive your husband?" Ask Ustadz Zahid.

Actually, he was a little disappointed when he found out that the woman who was expected to be his daughter-in-law was married.

"InshaAllah Ustadz."

Aldair turned his head quickly and looked in disbelief at Arwaa who was smiling towards him.

If to be honest, there is a little doubt in Arwaa's little heart but she tries to be proud to forgive her husband. Moreover, he remembered the will of Abu Al-Darda to his wife, Raudah Al-Uqala.

'If I am angry, you will be pleased with me. When you are angry, I will try to be pleased with you. If we are not like this, then surely we will be so soon separated (divorced).'
