"What a pity you are. Hard work banging bones just to feed your brother and stepfather." Nania remembers what her grandmother said when she came home at the weekend while still working as a baby sitter.

He was fifteen years old and he had just graduated from school. But Nania is forced to take her first job as a babysitter in a hereditary family.

In addition to his father who fell ill, also because his mother imposes heavy responsibilities on him. His salary at that time was not much.

But Mirna's words that continue to ring in her ears about filial piety to parents really have a big influence on her.

Makes Nania feel that the burden of the whole family is on her shoulders, and she has a responsibility to support them.

Every month he sends most of his salary to Mirna, while the rest he keeps to himself. Which after collecting then he used to bring the father to the hospital.

Although many times the man refused, but Nania insisted on taking him to get treatment from the doctor even though it was not serutin that should be. But at least the father got treatment.

"Trust, Nduk. God is not deaf and blind. He knows what you're doing, and won't let you be like this forever. God Knows how His servants fight and strive for the best. So keep doing good until His mercy comes down and saves you from the bad things that may be upon you."

Then the words of the other grandmother Nania remembered, also rubbed on her back when unwinded after a day of selling snacks on the road at the time of traffic jams. She was seventeen years old and decided to find her own fortune elsewhere after more than a year of working with a child whose salary was inhumane, six months of work in a garment factory whose working hours are unlimited. And in some other places that if remembered it will make anyone will not believe a girl as young as it went through hard times.

Until after some time and still struggling alone he found an announcement on social media from a tavern that was just about to open. Which eventually led him to the point where he found people who were very far from the shadows. Not even thinking about it at all.

"Grandmother was right, and I'm grateful to keep granny." He murmured in his heart.

"OK, let see .. who should we meet here?" The car that Daryl was driving entered the Nikolai Medical Center hospital area in the afternoon.

"Physician Neurology Specialist …." The man stared at his phone screen after getting an answer from hospital staff as to who he should meet to deal with his problems.

"Doctor Citra? Hm …." The man muttered as he read the incoming chat followed by a photo of a doctor.

"Duh, you suspect this doctor girl?" Nania took the phone from her husband.

"Well, when there was a male doctor named Citra? The cruel parents who gave me that name?"

Nania laughed at Daryl.

"The doctor's beautiful, Dadd." Then he handed the flat object to the man.

Daryl rolled his eyeballs.

"Come, shall we see doctor Citra?" Nania then went down without waiting for her husband to open the door for her.

"Good afternoon, welcome to Nikolai Medical Center?" A doctor about Kirana's age greeted as soon as they entered.

"Please sit?" he said he was getting ready with his inspection tools.

Daryl and Nania were seated in the available seats.

"What can I help you with?" ask the woman later.

"I .. have a problem." Daryl opens the sound.

"For Father? Okay, what's the problem?"

"Nerve problems, Doctor."

"Nerves?"

"Yes. Dyspraxia?"

The doctor looked at her for a while, then he turned to Nania.

"How did you know that you have dyspraxia?" She asked.

"I can't button a shirt and tie a shoelace."

"Then?"

"The others can still be done, but these two are very difficult."

"When did you realize you had this?"

"Since third grade SD. But it seems like from before that. It's just .. No one knows."

"How come? Because things like this appear in toddlers, and adults should know, sir …."

"Daryl's. I'm Daryl Nikolai." The man just introduced himself.

"Oh .. good, Mr. Daryl." The Citra Doctor wrote something down in his notes after he looked at the data provided by his assistant. Who then realized as a family member of the owner of the hospital where he worked.

"Then how have you been living your daily life if you have dyspraxia?"

"Since childhood the nanny always helped me do anything, also my twin brother."

"You have a twin brother?"

"Yes, Darren. She's her husband Doctor Kirana who works here too. You familiar?"

"Doctor Kirana?" Doctor Citra.

"Plastic surgeon?"

"Ohh .. may not be familiar because I've only been here two weeks."

"Hmm .. okay."

"So as long as you are small to adult you are helped by caregivers and twins to do what you can't do?" Doctor Citra asked again.

"Yes, Doctor."

"And you're sure other than not being able to put a button and tie a rope, nothing else?" He's convincing.

"Yes." Yeah."

"Have you seen an expert before?" He wrote again.

"Never, and this is the first time."

"Good ... What do you want me to do? Because frankly you seem very normal to me. Most people with CDC or ADHD like you would have anything else. Such as stunted growth, poor speaking ability, and coordination of movements and emotional management in yourself will be disrupted."

"He's an irritable man, Doctor." Nania replied with a laugh. The conversation between the two men paused.

"Doctors say emotional management is also disrupted?" ask Nania then.

"Yes." Yeah." Doctor Citra nodded.

"Well, irritability, emotion also likes to accuse people." continued the woman.

"really?" Doctor asked.

"Yes if there is a problem must be angry right? Whoever it is." And Daryl answered.

"Seriously, Doctor. In addition to not being able to attach the same buttons iket shoes are also easily angry yes no more. The rest he's good at." Nania spoke again.

"Mh …."

"Work, sports, martial arts can also be especially if you are angry again. He could die, he'd beat people up. Carry the same motorbike, even carry a helicopter heli can also." He explains.

"Wow, this is a unique case, isn't it?" Doctor Citra was a little relaxed about treating this patient. What the woman next to Daryl said was quite interesting.

"Yes, really."

"Then what do you want by meeting me if the others are able to do, Sir?" The woman asked again.

"Just ... to find out if I can recover?" Daryl answered.

"Dyspraxia is a neurological disorder that occurs due to disorders of the brain that may occur during pregnancy or when the baby is born and grows. It will not be restored. The dyspraxia is already formed like that."

Daryl already knew that but still he felt disappointed.

"But, if you want to undergo therapy it can be mitigated. Moreover, with routine and lifetime there is also a possibility that you are able to handle it like others, just that it may not be as normal as them."

"It's okay, Doctor. I would choose therapy if it could be done." said Daryl with enthusiasm. This time he wanted to try something as his attempt to deal with his own problems.

"Well, but there are some screening procedures that need to be done so that we know the right treatment for you." The doctor got up and asked him to move to the examination ward.

"Your condition is very good right now" he said after he checked on Daryl's health.

"Your sister said if you can do anything else well?" Doctor Citra spoke again.

"Sister?" Daryl is still lying down.

"Yes, sister?" The woman turned her head towards Nania who was still sitting in her place.

"He's not my brother, Doctor." replied Daryl.

"Then? Niece?"

The man rolled his eyes, while Nania laughed while covering her mouth with her hands.

"He's my wife."

"Duh?" The doctor glanced back at Nania who was still laughing.

"Our differences are so striking, aren't they?" Daryl was upset after hearing the doctor's words.

"Umm .. no, sir. I didn't mean it, sorry." She also laughed a little at her own words.

While Daryl just grunted quietly.

"Well, shall we check the others, sir?" The woman returned to her desk.

"Please write on this paper." He held out a piece of paper with his pencil.

"When I write I can."

"It's just a procedure, sir."

Although reluctant, but Daryl still do it. He wrote down anything that flashed through his mind after which handed it to the doctor.

"Good, sir."

"Yes it's good."

Then the doctor asked Daryl to do something else. Like drawing, arranging objects and doing some simple movements.

"Everything's good." The woman wrote a few things on her note.

"So point?" They went back to their seats.

"It seems that what you are suffering from is quite mild."

"Light what?" But Daryl reacted. "Doctors know every day I'm hard-earned if no one helps me get dressed, and pair my shoes? Maybe for you it's easy and light, but for me it's heavy, Doctor. That's why I came here to seek help. And you call that light? That's right!!" The man was raving.

"Eee .. That's not what I mean, sir. But …."

"Yes, sorry. That's the procedure, sir. I'm just doing my job."

"Your job is to handle patients, not to mince words. Doctor just let my patience run out? See? This is why I don't want to go to the doctor even though I already know what I should be doing to deal with this matter. He talks a lot!" Daryl turned to his wife.

And the man almost reopened his mouth to speak when Nania clapped his hand twice.

"Ssttt! It's noisy!" he said that instantly made Daryl speechless.

"Well, now the doctor knows, right? That's how he is every day especially if his employees or anyone else is acting" said the woman.

"Good." Doctor Citra laughed awkwardly. "CCDC patients are less able to control their emotions on average, ma'am. And I'm used to it."

"Thank God then, I'm relieved." Nania rubbed her own chest.

"Not to worry. This disorder can still be treated. Maybe a few months of therapy and applying the habit, then everything will be lighter for you" said the doctor who gave a piece of paper to Nania.

"This is a list of therapies that should be done. You can start tomorrow, the day after tomorrow or at any time, but try it on weekdays. Morning or afternoon like this. And I'll be here when you come." he said.

"Good Doctor. Don't you have to take medication?"

"As far as I'm concerned, for your husband's case you don't need a cure yet. We'll see you at the next meeting?"

"Okay, then."

Then the two men left.

***

"Have you heard? You can start therapy tomorrow. Mornings or afternoons may be up to you when there is a time. Maybe it's good the morning before work so it's still that early?" They're on their way home when the night is up.

"No way." Daryl focused on the busy highway traffic around him once they got out of the hospital area.

"Why not?"

"I'm alone."

"It's okay, don't I have to go to school?"

"Just so you can drive me like this."

"Gee! Can it be yourself?"

"No, I want you to accompany me to therapy."

"Om Der is it big? Time not alone?"

"Ck! You sound like Anya." He glanced at a glance.

"It's okay, Anya's funny."

The man opened his mouth.

"Anyways you should continue to accompany me to therapy from tomorrow."

"alright, Sir. What the hell isn't?" Nania laughs.

"Not to be afraid, it's just therapy. I saw his name. Much deh?"

"That's why you should accompany me, so that I don't get bored."

"Hm …."

"Seriously. Or later I'll nag in front of the Citra doctor."

Nania chuckles.

"That's a pretty doctor pity you galakin? Sawan you know?" She recalled the time her husband was grumbling in front of the woman in the white suit.

"God, it's wrong he himself is rambling!" Daryl defended himself.

"It's not long-winded, is it his job?"

"Hmm .. yeah, right."

"Eh, turn first!!" Nania asked her husband to stop by somewhere.

"What?"

"To the mini market." He pointed to his left where a famous mini market was located.

"You want some food?"

"Yes." Yeah."

Then Daryl followed suit.

"Yeahy!!! Jackpot!!" The woman clapped in excitement, then she got down from the car cheerfully.

"Huh, you SD boy! Stop by this place just glad not to play." murmured, and he went out to follow his wife.

"Hey, Malyshka! Wait, why first? You will get lost!" Daryl grabbed his hand for him to hold.

"So, just a mini market when I'm lost?I'm not a toddler that's gonna go missing near the shelf?" Nania answered.

"Who knew someone kidnapped you? You have to stay alert. The crime can happen anywhere including in the mini market." They entered the building.

"I can scream."

"If they smother your mouth?"

"I bite his hand, I kick his leg. Keep running away."

Daryl then smiled.

"Why smile?"

"You're so smart." The man rattled the top of his head.

"So, not clear?"

"Haha. Hurry up and buy what? Should food not drink?"

"Yes, bebel." Nania picked up a basket in her place, then walked down a few aisles followed by Daryl in the back.

He took a few packs of snacks, bread and other types of snacks. Candy and chocolate are also mandatory things that must always be in the shopping cart. Also added a few bottles of drinks that had received protests from her husband. But the woman did not pay attention to him at all.

"Udah" he said after the basket was full.

"Relatedly? That soap-soap hasn't come in yet? All of you believe I'm being kind." Daryl.

"Ahaha, not ah. Soap is still complete." Then he let the man take his groceries to the cashier.

"All I know is that the hawker is just one small crackle filled snack. It's …." Daryl stared at the two large bags filled with his wife's snacks.

"I need more food. Be healthy."

"Yeah, right."

"There again?" The cashier asked after he finished counting their amount of groceries.

"It looks like it's already." Daryl answered.

"Wait." But Nania interrupts when the man pulls out his card to pay.

"What else?"

"Umm... Is there a pregnancy test kit?" ask the cashier.

"There" replied the woman behind the table.

"Buy yes, two." said Nania who was immediately followed by the cashier.

"What did you buy that for?" Daryl asked.

"Well, I'm pregnant or not."

"Hmm .. Is it?"

"I don't know, you just want to check?"

"Oo, okay." The man then handed over his cards after everything was done.

"Milk's tea!!" Nania appointed a beverage merchant in the mini market parking area.

"Have you got a lot of drinks?" Daryl picked up one of the crackles he was carrying, but Nania continued to approach the beverage merchant.

"God! It's really her Elementary School kid!" Then he followed after putting the groceries in the car.

"Want to?" Nania offered when the man was already nearby.

"No, you're just. I need hot coffee right now." Daryl answered.

"Good, good sir. Just for a second." He received one big cup of his favorite drink.

"Say twenty thousand aja, Dadd." said Nania then while sipping milk tea.

Without much talk Daryl handed over a piece of twenty thousand money that happened to be in his wallet.

"Okay, now we're home!!" Nania is still excited.

"really home? Don't want to hang out on the terrace of the mini market, hum?" Daryl made an offer first.

"No, I'm sorry you're tired, right?" Nania hugged her hands while pulling the man towards their car.

"Related?"

"Hu 'um. Just hanging out at home while taking a break."

"really right? Don't let your house sulk because we're not hanging out here?"

"No, hahaha."

"Well then I'll take you home soon." He opened the door for her.

"Be careful, getting home I won't let you be quiet for a while!" he muttered after he closed the door and walked around to the steering wheel. Then, immediately plug the gas from the place.
