Tire 32. Legacy Sharing

A tense atmosphere enveloped the Smith family's living room. Anna, Jhonson's sister and his wife, as well as several close relatives were present in the reading of Jhonson's will. The family lawyer is still on his way.

Anna and Albert looked to throw sharp glances at each other. The two camps felt most entitled to the property the Smith family had. In fact they forget that there is Vio as the ultimate sole heir of all the assets belonging to the Smith family.

"You're just his sister. I am the one who has full rights to all assets belonging to my late husband!" anna was full of faith.

Hearing Anna's words certainly made Albert laugh out loud. The corner of his eyes until he let out tears because he felt what his sister-in-law said was a joke. And so was Albert's wife. He smiled amusedly at Anna who was adamant with her opinion.

"So, do you want to be my second wife? Only later will I give a little assets belonging to my late brother. This house maybe?" Albert suddenly grimaced in pain as his wife stomped her feet.

"Handling, Honey. I'm just kidding" whispered Albert, grimacing with pain.

Anna who saw the incident could only smile on her side. He ignored the two people then grabbed the phone. The woman tries to contact Benny, the husband's lawyer who holds the will.

The other close brother was silent. Not commenting anything. Actually they besides Albert, were there just to witness the division of the inheritance. So, there is no effect on other relatives anyone who gets more assets.

Shortly after, the main door of the Smith house was wide open. A handsome-looking middle-aged man entered the middle room. He rushed to meet Anna who was now getting off the sofa.

"Good night, Mrs Smith. Sorry, it's made you and the others wait a long time." Benny lowered his head slightly as a sign of respect to Anna and all that was there.

"No problem, Mr. Benny. Please sit!" Anna pointed at the chair she had originally sat on using her five fingertips.

"Thank you." Benny landed his butt on the chair and began to open the bag.

The man pulled out an envelope, then opened it slowly. Before reading the contents of the envelope, Benny wears glasses with a gold frame. He cleared his throat a few times, then started to open his voice.

"Before I read Mr. Jhonson Smith's will, it would be nice to introduce myself first." Benny again postponed the reading of the will.

"I'm Benny Brandon, a lawyer who was authorized by Mr. Smith to take care of all the legal administration of his business as well as his assets. Here I will read the will written by Mr. Smith five years ago." Benny began to unfold the paper and took a deep breath before reciting the contents of the will.

"I am the undersigned, Jhonson Smith ...." Everyone there fell silent as Benny read out sentence after sentence written directly by Jhonson.

"For the house we now live in, along with a unit of Ford-F Series cars, and the savings of 1 million dollars I gave to my beloved wife, Anna Swan." Benny glanced at Anna at a glance, then read back the contents of the letter.

Hearing that statement, Anna gawked. Anna had thought that her husband would give the company and other business assets to her. It turns out all this is beyond belief. She only got a small portion of the assets that her late husband had.

After that Benny said that all other business-related assets, a villa in Madagascar, and 2 luxury cars were given to Vio. This time Albert was inflamed because he did not receive a penny from his sister. The man felt that he helped develop Jhonson's business and contributed quite a lot to the company.

"I don't accept it! There must be something wrong with this will! I've been very kind to Jhonson! Why didn't he give me a dime!" exclaiming the fiery Albert.

"Mr Albert, did you forget? A few years ago, he bought a house for you. Mr Smith pung helped to pay off the debt due to your hobby of going to the casino every night?" Benny looked at Albert with a slanted smile.

Albert hit the air because he could no longer twitch. Finally the man, getting off the sofa and leaving there while holding the clothes of his wife. He kept cursing all the way to the main door.

Not getting there, Albert slammed the door rough after coming out of the Smith family residence. It was not only Albert who protested. Anna still has not accepted the distribution of her late husband's estate which she considers unfair.

"Vio is not entitled to anything here. She's been out of this family since she was pregnant with that obscure child! My husband kicked her out of the house directly, and said that she was no longer part of this family!" exclaimed Anna with trembling shoulders.

"In this world there is no such thing as a former child, Ma!" Vio's voice came from the direction of the main door.

The only son of Jhonson Smith has returned. He came with Jason and Javier. Just in case, the house was surrounded by Jason's men.

Vio approached the mother who was now looking at him sharply full of anger. Anna's jaw was hardened perfectly. The woman's fingers clenched tightly until her fingernail imprinted on her palm.

"If it's an ex-wife, it's definitely there." Vio smiled as he stared intently at Anna who was now throwing a hateful look at him.

"Thank you for showing your true nature, Ma. So ... I don't have to bother to unpack everything."

"How do you know your father ...." A loud slap now landed on Anna's cheek.

The woman's face turned away. Vio stared intently at the hateful stepmother. The woman he thought loved himself sincerely was the same as the cruel story of a stepmother in a fairy tale.

"I'll report everything to the police. The murder of my mother, father, and contributing to the illegal media act!" vio exclaimed without the slightest fear.

Everyone in the room was wide-eyed when they heard Vio's words. They also did not think that Anna was a cruel woman. Shortly after, several policemen entered the house and approached Anna.

"Mrs Anna Swan, you we're arresting on charges of manslaughter and covering up illegal medical acts!"
