The Secret of Violetta's Pregnancy
Chapters 20. Woe

Michelle's feet were as if they were on the asphalt. Mercy's car, which seemed to have lost control, continued to accelerate violently, and hit the woman's body. Michelle's body slammed into the air and crashed violently onto the asphalt.

Jason, who witnessed the incident, was shocked. Everything happened so fast. It felt like he had just picked up Michelle to speak four eyes. Now the woman is dying on a paved road.

Jason got out of the car. The atmosphere of the streets was very quiet like never before. The man shuddered in horror as he saw blood begin to seep out of Michelle's head.

"Yes God! Michelle!" jason shouted after getting out of the car and approached Michelle's body which was seen convulsing for a moment.

Jason reached into his pocket to call the emergency number. However, just as he was about to press the emergency button, a call came in.

"Hello, Jason. Don't even think about taking Vio away. Or you'll end up like Michelle" the man on the other end of the line threatened.

Jason slips. He knew very well who was calling him right now. The man circulates his gaze to look for the whereabouts of the caller. Knowing Jason was in a daze looking for his whereabouts, Matheo chuckled.

"The baby is mine! If you get in the way of my plan, I'll do what I said first!" Matheo's voice sounded cold and piercing, full of threats and intimidation.

"And there's one more thing you should know, Jason. I can see what you see, and I can hear what you hear. So be careful in your actions!" threaten Matheo, then the call ends.

"Damn it! Aargh!" shouted Jason.

Grief surrounds Michelle's funeral. Green grass with hundreds of gravestones lined up, became a stifling sight that afternoon. Vio stepped slowly towards the burrow that was dug for Michelle.

Michelle's mother was crying so much in her husband's arms. The coffin began to be lowered, and it was overwritten with red earth. After the funeral was over, one by one Michelle's relatives left the tomb, laying chrysanthemums on top of the mound.

When Vio was about to do the same, suddenly Margaret looked at him sharply. Michelle's mother's jaw was hardened. He wiped away the tears then approached Vio.

"Fucking bringer!" asparagus Margareth.

A second later a loud slap landed smoothly over Vio's cheek. His face turned away because of the blow given by Margaret. The heat on Vio's cheek surface was less painful than what the woman wearing the sunglasses said.

Vio looked sadly at Margaret. He gently rubbed the cheeks that looked flushed to ease the pain. Vio ignored Margaret who kept looking at him dislikefully, then lowered her head to put the chrysanthemum flowers over Michelle's grave.

"You're a fucking carrier girl! Your mother died to save you! Your father turned into an undead shortly after you made trouble! And now ...." Margaret's words hung in the air as sobs escaped her lips.

the woman seemed to take a deep breath, then exhaled slowly. His fingers clenched tightly as he tried to hold back the crying. Margaret's shoulders were trembling and tears began to slip and slide down her cheeks.

"Michelle was in an accident to help you!" exclaims Margaret with her tight-looking teeth.

"Sorry, Auntie. My father ...."

"Yes! Your father fell into a coma from a heart attack moments after you were expelled!" shout Margaret.

Vio felt something was awkward with everything. Why the stepmother hid the condition of the father from the public face. After this, Vio intends to meet the father to ascertain his condition directly.

"Go there!" margareth shouted while pushing Vio's body.

Lucky Jason sprightly. Shortly after Margaret pushed Vio's body, she ran towards the woman. Vio stood up again with Vio's help.

"Mom, this is all pure accident. It has nothing to do with Vio. Jason was forced to lie so that this problem was finished not protracted because he would definitely be dragged along.

"Aren't you the man who was with my daughter just before she had the accident?" Margaret narrowed her eyes as her head was being filled with bad thoughts.

Inside to Margaret the death of Michelle was very unnatural. Like something was awkward and planned. He believes that the incident was not just a regular hit-and-run, but there is an element of deliberate.

"You are also the sole witness in this incident! Don't you two have something to do with Michelle's death! You killed my daughter on purpose! Just confess!" margareth cried like an infidel.

The woman kept hitting Jason's field chest. The husband was so patient he tried to calm her down. He also felt very lost, but his head could still think coldly.

"I was indeed the sole witness of the accident. But, I never had any intention of taking Michelle's life." Jason stared intently at Margaret who was still weeping so hard in the arms of her husband.

"You go home. Thank you for attending Michelle's funeral. Pray for the best for her."

Vio and Jason decide to leave the funeral. Vio walked gontai towards the car. His mind could not be separated from the news given by Margaret about the condition of the father.

Vio wanted to make sure of it straight away. He eventually contacted the Smith family doctor and asked the father's condition. According to the doctor, the father was intensively treated in his own home by renting medical equipment to help his vital organs work.

"Take me home."

Jason complied with Vio's request. Along the way Vio continued to hold back tears. Alleged reasons for the mother hiding this condition from the public also swirled in her head. Various bad thoughts about the stepmother now arise drowning haunting him.

"Jason, do you think that stepmother is any good, or just pretends to be good?"

Hearing Vio's question, Jason immediately knitted his eyebrows together. He glanced at Vio from the edge of the eye. Jason cleared his throat a few times before finally answering Vio's question wisely.

"I never had a mother. I just get love from my aunt. So ... I don't know what it's like to be loved by a biological mother or a stepmother is the same or different." Jason smiled wryly given the bad luck he had received since childhood.

Jason was left by his mother at birth. According to the story of the aunt, her mother preferred to pursue a career and leave her to Jason's aunt. Vio let out a rough breath after hearing Jason's heartbreaking story.

The woman felt a little bit more fortunate to be able to feel the affection given by two mothers. Instantly, bad thoughts about her stepmother disappeared instantly.

"I hope you're a good stepmother. Not just love my father's treasure as much as it's told in fairy tales."
