Chapters 16. Almost Anyways

"Vio ...." Angel's voice weakened hearing Vio's words.

"Never talk to me again! From now on, we each work. I never did anything bad to you. But on the first day we met, you've squeezed my trust." Vio also passed leaving Angel who was still standing firmly staring at his back which began to move away.

"So, you want a rough way? Alright!" Angel clenched her fingers while staring at the door of the break room that began to close.

Vio immediately ordered a taxi to return to the apartment. Arriving at the apartment, Vio took a shower and headed straight for the kitchen to fill the stomach. The woman opened the food refrigerator, and looked for ready-to-eat food that Jason used to make.

"Nothing?" Vio's shoulders slumped because no finished food was kept warm before being eaten.

"Then I make spaghetti!"

Vio began to bring out the sauce, onions, and some other ingredients to cook with the spaghetti. He boiled the spaghetti paste, then started preparing the topping. Actually Vio was confused as to how.

This was the first time Vio held a pot and other cookware. The woman stared at the vegetables, tuna in a can, and some other ingredients while scratching her head. Finally he decided to see how to cook spaghetti through television connected to the Youtube channel.

Vio continued to follow the steps given by the host of the cooking channel. After the water boiled, Vio immediately put the spaghetti paste into the pot. But, chaos began.

Smelled the scorching scent of a skillet that he used to saute tuna. Vio began to panic seeing smoke billowing into the room. Not to mention the water in the pot that started to overflow, because Vio was pouring too much water into it.

"Oh, how's this!" exclaim Vio panic.

The pans started burning and started to burn. Vio was in the fog looking for a cloth to put out the fire. Stupidly, Vio did not turn off the stove.

After getting the t-shirt on the clothesline, Vio immediately wet it with water. While she was still in the bathroom, Jason came. The man looked up at the fire burning on his stove.

"God! What's this!" Jason put his bag on the table.

The man took off the shirt wrapped around the body and headed for the sink to wet it. That suit, Jason threw the wet shirt over the frying pan.

"Vio! Jesus, Vio! Where are you?" Jason turned off the stove then looked for Vio in his room.

There was a sound of a door slamming from the direction of Vio's bathroom. Jason approached immediately, and tried to turn the doorknob. But that door would not open.

"Vio, get away from the door!" shouted Jason.

After making sure Vio had moved away from the door, Jason immediately broke the object open. Vio looked frightened in the corner of the bathroom while hugging his own body. Jason immediately hugged the body of Vio who was shivering in fear.

"Hey, relax. Everything's fine. Calm down" said Jason, trying to calm Vio down.

"The fire suddenly lit up on the frying pan when I was about to drain the pasta. I-I was about to put it out, but instead the fucking door was locked!" Vio continued to talk between sobs.

Jason finally took Vio out of the room. He asked the girl to sit in the living room, while Jason took water for her. As he passed the stove, Jason smiled wryly.

The smell of burnt tuna and puff of smoke now filled his kitchen. In addition, the pasta that was boiled Vio turned to be as big as an Alaskan worm. Not to mention the former pieces of paprika and some tuna splattered on the floor.

"It looks like tonight I'm gonna have to clean up late." Jason smiled wryly then stepped closer to Vio.

Vio's eyes looked still wet with the rest of the sobs from fear. Jason thrust the mineral water to Vio, and it was soon grabbed by the woman.

"Drink! Everything is safe. It looks like the fire detection device is not working. I'll report it to management."

"Sorry, I've made your kitchen a mess. I was starving and I wanted to cook spaghetti. Bbt ...." Vio's cry broke again.

"Hey, stop. I also apologize for not cooking enough food for you. From now on call me if you want to eat something."

"But, Jason ... Don't I have a cell phone?" Vio looked down at the end of his foot.

"Wait here for a minute." Jason walked up from the couch and walked into the room.

Soon, Jason came out with a flat object. Jason gave her a used phone that she hadn't used for a long time after buying a new one. Vio also received the flat object.

While Vio is asleep, someone secretly enters Jason's apartment. A tall man slowly entered Vio's room. He stared savagely while grinning at Vio who was just wrapping his body in a towel kimono.

"Let's continue the game that was delayed, Baby!"
