Chapters 11. World Work

"Include me, I'm Violetta. It's good to be your partner." A wide smile was engraved on Vio's lips.

This was one of Vio's first experiences. Usually the woman gets a monthly ration from Jhonson without having to bother with work. However, from now on Vio must work alone to support himself and the fetus that is now in the womb.

"All right, now get to work! May your hearts be happy!" Jason gave his passion to all his employees that morning

All the employees of the store began to do their respective tasks. Three employees worked that morning. Two baristas and Vio.

A side dish like cake, Jason had already teamed up with one of his relatives. So they will supply some kind of cake to the cafe every day. As for other types of food, such as french fries, spaghetti, or pasta, Jason himself cooked it for customers.

"Vio, come!" Jason waved at Vio who was cleaning the table.

Vio rushed over to Jason. Jason began teaching Vio how to operate a computer with the Linux system. Vio who is actually smart was able to capture what Jason explained well.

"understand?" jason asked to make sure the woman next to him understood his explanation.

"of course. It's easy!" Vio smiled widely then moved from that place.

However, when Vio had just turned back his arm was held back by Jason. The two pairs of human child eyes were staring at each other. Slowly Vio's smile disappeared changed with a wrinkled forehead.

"What's up, Jason?"

For a second, two seconds, Jason was silent. He seemed to be thinking of something. Shortly after, Jason removed Vio's wrist and then raised his arm with his fingers clenched. Jason punched the air in front of him.

"Spirit!" jason exclaimed accompanied by a smile sheet that can make the hearts of women stop beating temporarily.

That's what Vio is feeling right now. Unknowingly, the woman held her breath from looking at Jason's smile. After Jason returned to his name, Vio blinked and took a breath. Vio seemed to be panting so much that it made Jason panic.

"Are you okay, Vio? Why does your breath look so tight?" jason panicked.

"I-I'm fine, Jason. Then I will continue my work first!" Vio immediately stepped up leaving Jason and went back to holding a washcloth to clean the table.

Bizarre bin magic, when the store board was opened it turns out there were already about 5 people in line in front of the cafe. Seeing that, of course, made the employees and Jason dumbfounded. They were very busy that morning.

Not just ordering coffee, ice cream, or other drinks. Customers also ordered some heavy meals such as spaghetti and pasta. The clock shows at 1 o'clock when Vio's stomach feels so wrapped.

Cold sweat poured out, drenching the woman's forehead. Vio's gaze began to blur and his stomach felt like it was being stirred. Jason who realized that immediately pulled Vio's arm.

"Elga, can you replace Vio for a second?"

Elga nodded, then handed the empty cup to William. After Elga changed Vio's position, the woman was swept by Jason to the employee's rest room.

"Sit down, let me get you some warm water." Jason sat Vio's body on the bench, then walked towards the dispenser.

Soon, Jason returned with a glass of warm water. Vio blew on the water and drank it slowly. Jason asked Vio's condition again.

"I'm .. hungry." Vio's eyes glazed over with lips curving downward.

After Jason came out of the dugout, Vio opened his box. Inside the box was already a salad and also several pieces of meat steak and bread. Vio who saw the food before him drooled.

Without waiting anymore, Vio immediately ate his lunch greedily. For some reason since living with Jason, his appetite has increased many times. He really enjoyed the food Jason made.

While being engrossed in eating food, suddenly an employee entered the room and stared dislikefully at Vio. He approached Vio, then closed back Vio's lunchbox.

"Isn't it time for a break yet?" The woman folded her arms in front of her chest.

From the pin attached to the woman's chest, Vio can tell that she is named Monica. Vio smiled gently trying to be patient with the woman.

"I was hungry, and Jason allowed me to take a break first. I almost fainted."

"Jason? You're calling Mr Jason by name?" Monica squinted.

Vio just looked down. The hunger he felt was not satisfied, and now his legs began to tremble. The woman's forehead was again flooded with cold sweat.

Vio's gaze began to darken. He tried to close his eyes repeatedly and then shook his head to get his gaze back in focus. However, his attempt failed.

Vio's body started to drift. He finally fell to the floor. Monica who did not know that Vio was pregnant even smiled obliquely.

"There's still, huh? Getting scolded by other people even pretending to faint?" Monica approached Vio and then used her legs to touch the woman's arm.

"Hey, wakeup! Don't use this stupid trick to avoid making mistakes! Hey, wakeup!" Monica continued to touch Vio's arm with her leg.

"What are you doing, Monic!" jason exclaimed as he looked at Vio who was being kicked by Monica.

"P-Sir, he pretended to faint when I reprimanded him for a meal at work!" Monic's fingers pointed towards Vio who was still lying limp on the floor.

"I gave him permission! Are you stupid or what?" Regardless of Monica who continues to try to defend herself, Jason immediately lifted Vio's body.

Jason brought Vio out through the back door of the cafe. The man drove the car to the hospital. Arriving at the hospital, Vio was immediately treated.

Jason paced in front of the IGD while biting his fingers due to excessive worry. He was afraid that something bad would happen to Vio and his fetus. Soon after, Matheo left the IGD.

"What's Vio's condition, Doc?"

"How can he be weak? Didn't you feed him?"

"I ...."

"Don't let anything bad happen to the baby in the womb!" matheo.

Without saying more, Theo left Jason. The man bowed lethargic while squeezing his frustrated hair. He rubbed his rough face then walked into the IGD room.

Vio was still sealed with an infusion hose attached to the arm. Jason blamed himself for this. Starting from that second, he promised to pay more attention to Vio's nutritional intake so that the same incident did not happen again.
